"So why are we going to lunch with that hot chick?" Niall asks me as I grab my car keys and we head out the door.

"Because if you didn't notice, the whole house was clean. She did it. Whilst everyone was asleep. Including myself."

"So your basically saying she's wife material? I might ask her out. I mean if that's ok with you?"

I look at him. "Why are you asking my permission? She's not my girlfriend. I'm not her dad. Why are you asking me?"

"Because you like her."

"I don't like her."

Do I?

No I don't like her.

I don't.

I knock on the door.

No answer.

I knock again a bit louder.

All of a sudden the door opens.

"Oh good afternoon Harry." Audrey says.

"Hello. Are Riley and Megan in? We are all going out for lunch."

"Oh that's nice. Let me go get them I think they are in their rooms upstairs. Would you like to come in?"

"That's ok. We will just wait out here. Thank you."

She shuts the door whilst we wait outside.

"What a Milf. Good looks must run in the family. What's Megan like?"

I let out a little laugh.

"What's so funny?"

"Oh you will see."

He looks at me in confusion.

Suddenly the door opens and Riley walks out, followed by Megan.

"Oh hey Niall. I didn't know you was joining us. This is my little sister Megan."

Megan lets out a shy wave.

Niall glances at me and I laugh.

"Nice to meet you Megan."

"Harry it's nice to see you own at least one t-shirt." she jokes.

I shake my head in amusement.

"Are we ready to go?" I ask. "I'll drive. Does anyone want to go anywhere in particular? I know a burger place with an arcade. We could go there."

"Sounds great Harry." Riley says politely.

We all walk to my Range Rover. Niall calls shot gun so he rides in the front seat while Riley and Megan take a seat in the back.

"I'll pick the music." Niall sticks his iPhone into the music dock.

Maroon 5 start to play softly in the background.

"You have a nice car Harry."

I look at her from the rear view mirror. "Thank you. I got it for my 18th birthday."

She smiles at me.

I'm not quite sure if she could even hear what I said.

I need to stop doing that.

After about a 20 minute drive we pull up to a restaurant called Ruby's.

"This place do the best burgers." I state as we walk inside.

"Pick a table. Anywhere is fine."

Niall walks over to the booth in the corner and everyone follows after him.

After looking at the menus for about 5 minutes. The waitress comes over to take our orders.

"Hey, what can I get you guys?" She asks but only looks at me. She winks and taps her pen on her notepad in her hand.

She's pretty cute I guess.

We all order burger and fries apart from Riley who orders just fries and a strawberry milkshake.

"Are you on some sort of diet or something?" Niall asks her.

"No." she giggles

That giggle is so cute.

"I'm actually a vegetarian." she continues.

Of course she fucking is.

I'm such a fucking idiot bringing her to a burger joint.

Niall laughs. "Good one Styles, what a great place to bring her." he says shaking his head.

"I..." I begin.

"No, no it's okay. Of course you didn't know. I don't mind coming here, honestly. Plus Megan eats meat so it's absolutely fine Harry."

There she goes being all nice again.

"I'm sorry." I say.

"Honestly Harry don't worry about it."

The waitress whose name tag says Tammy, brings over our drinks and tells us our food will be another 20 minutes or so. She also hands me a piece of paper.

"What's that?" Niall asks.

I open up the piece of paper and written down is a number with the name Tammy on it. And a note telling me to call her. I slip it into my shirt pocket.

Might take her up on that offer later. She's pretty hot and I could use abit of fun.

"Girls just fall at your feet mate." Niall says. "You must have a huge di-"

"Niall." I interrupt him. I nod my head towards Megan and Riley nearly chokes on her milkshake at Niall's choice of words.

"Oh shit sorry." he says. "Oops I said shit...ah crap I said it again."

I roll my eyes and shake my head.

"I'm so sorry about him." I say.

"It's okay. He is quite funny." she giggles again.

Fuck. There she goes being cute again.

Not a moment later. Our food arrives.

"Riley this burger is delicious, Harry was right." Megan licks her lips after taking a bite of her cheeseburger.

"Harry isn't right very often." Niall laughs looking at Riley. "You stare a lot don't you?"

I kick him under the table.

"Owww. I didn't mean it in a rude way."

"I'm just reading your lips." she tells him.

"Why? Are you like, deaf or something?"

His choice of words are un fucking believable.

"Actually yeah, partially." she moves her hair behind her ear and shows us a small hearing aid. "I can hear you the closer you are, but I need to read your lips to make sure I know what your properly saying."

"That's cute." Niall says making her blush.

"Thank you. If I can't see your mouth, the further away you are it sounds like mumbles. And if you are shouting at me from across the room then I probably wouldn't hear you. I'm very good at lip reading though so that helps a lot."

"Sign language is fun." Megan says.

This is the first time she's mentioned her hearing. Least now I know she's not ashamed of talking about it or people finding out.

"Would you like to go to dinner with me on Friday night?" Niall asks her.

Wow. He wastes no time.

"Are you asking me on a date?" She says shocked.

"I am."

"I Erm.." she hesitates and her eyes shift to me.  "I never get asked out on dates."

That's a lie.

Surely.

She's definitely not ugly.

She's pretty cool.

"Well I'm asking you."

"Sure. I would love too" she says delicately, dipping one of her fries into her milkshake and taking a bite.

"Great." He says

Yeah, just great.

Fucking perfect.

Not like I care.

Because I don't.

Okay maybe I do.

Fuck sake.
