"Woo! I just won 13 grand! I just won 13 grand!"

"Hey kid! Don't brag so much or you'll probably get mugged!"

"Yeah, yeah whatever."

Why am I here? I need to stop, this place is so addictive. I should move on. At least go to a different state, and start up again there. Man, these people are so stupid, I can't believe they haven't figured out I'm cheating.

"HEY THE KID IS CHEATING!!"

"Huh?"

I SAW IT! SHE'S CHEATING AND PAYING THE DEALER TO STACK THE DECK!"

Shit, apparently someone here is smart enough, wait that kid looks like how old I am. She has red freckles, black hair with a streak of white and red, and grey eyes, she's actually kind of .. Cute. No, stop, I'm, not here to socialize with girls or boys. I need to run and hide! I bolt from my seat, knocking people out of my way, trying to get to the door, but then the girl, so cute, has stepped in front of the door. How the hell did she get there so fast? I skid to a halt.

"Stop!"

I snarled at the kid "get out of my way!"

"Sorry, I'm here on a mission. .. Your dad sent me. Damn your sneaky, I thought I would never catch up."

She runs her hand through her hair, it just makes her even hotter. And I mentally slap myself for thinking that. I turn heel and flee the other way, but the security blocks the other exit. So I head back towards the main entrance, hopefully the chick is gone. No such luck. She's leaning up against the doorframe, staring at me and smirking.

"No way out, huh. Looks like your coming with me and security will be here within a few seconds. So make your choice. I'm just kidding you're coming with me weather you want to or not."

"what are you going to do with me?"

"Take you back to your dad"

"oh, ok, I thought you were going to,like, kill me. Literally."

" hmph,we'll find out. well? Let's go."

I might as well follow this chick. I don't want to be caught by security. Wait where did she go? Oh no, the security they're right there! Shit. I bet you she set me up! Suddenly she wraps her hands around my mouth and whispers for me not to yell, she drops her hand down to mine and drags me out of the crowd towards a dark corner. As she's holding my hand I can't help but think of how warm her hand is.

"Where are we going?"

"Out and away."

"Do you have a car?"

" Nooo.. Were walking, yes you idiot I have a car."

"HEY THERE SHE IS! AFTER HER!"

"SHIT! sorry I ratted you out, I needed a diversion for you to come with me. Do you trust me?"

"Hell no I don't trust you!"

"Good. Whatever you do don't let them get you."

"Wait, what?"

And poof she was gone, her warm hand slipped from mine like the air slipping out of someone's grasp. I turn and start running from the security, and toward the door, when someone steps in front of me, it's the card dealer. He pushes my shoulder and starts to interrogate me.

"Well? Where is my money? Where are you going? Your'e not going to bail on me are you? I helped you and you promised me pay!"

I throw him balled up rolls of cash

"Here! Now please get out of my way!"
