Rachel's POV

In the blink of an eye, it has been several weeks since prom. The whole graduating cohort had immensely enjoyed themselves. All of us complained about the graduation day being so far, when we were at the first year. Little did we know, precious time, passed by us so quickly. In life, we can't grab time and make them ours. However, we can grab unforgettable memories and they would forever be a part of our life.

Zachary said he would be bringing me somewhere before we enrol into our respective colleges.

"Hey, put this blindfold on, okay?" Zachary handed me the purple blindfold. As soon as I landed my butt onto the car seat.

I gave Zachary a skeptical look, but shrugged and tied the blindfold on, as told.

"Alright, here we go!" Zachary said with a light tone in his voice. He sounded really happy and I am happy too.

I felt the car came to a stop and Zachary switched off the ignition. I heard Zachary opened the car door and imagined him jogging across the car.

"Rach, here. Slowly, bend your head a little." Zachary guided me out of the car and locked it. I reached up for the blindfold but was stopped immediately.

Zachary chuckled before saying, "Patience, sweetheart."

How I wished the blindfold was big enough to cover my whole blushing face. Zachary still have this effect on me. I don't think I'll ever get used to this.

"Zach, why are you being so secretive? I can't even get to see the way here." I complained as Zachary held my hands.

"Rach, pouting doesn't help you now." Zachary gave my lips a light peck.

We strolled along for around ten minutes, before Zachary helped me untie the blindfold. The sudden attack of light hurt my eyes. I blinked several times to get used to my surroundings. The scenic view that was in front of me totally took my breath away.

"It's a beautiful sight, isn't it?" Zachary quirked an eyebrow as he slipped an arm around my waist.

"Beautiful is an understatement, Zach." I turned to grin at him before settling down on the grass.

Zachary and I applied for different colleges as we have different interests. The other reason was, my results weren't as good as Zachary. I don't know what the future holds for the both of us. I frowned at that unthinkable thought. I cherish this relationship more than anything else right now.

"Zach, do you think we can handle the long distance relationship?"

Zachary gave my hands a squeeze and smiled. "Yes, I do. Even if we don't, you will always have a special place in my heart."

Deep down we both know the answer to my question. We locked our eyes to the eye sparkling view and placed the future, temporarily behind us.
