All of us exchanged hugs with Ella's mother and went to the living room to pick out the movie.

Nicole suggested that we could watch Avengers: Age of Ultron, while Ella suggested Now You See Me.

I was ready to say that I am fine with either of them when Zachary suddenly spoke out.

"Why not we watch Insidious or Final Destination? Horror movies are meant to watch as a group!"

Dylan and Jake both let out a low whistle. Zachary looked at the girls with a cheeky grin and when his eyes land on me he gave me his annoying smirk.

Surprisingly, Ella and Nicole were both okay with horror movies. Well, this gonna suck. I always avoided watching horror movies as I would end up having nightmares.

I was aware of those cliché stereotypes that girls loves dresses, makeups, bags, shoes, shopping and terrified of horror movies.

Nonetheless, these cliché stereotypes varies, as not all the girls are like this. Take me as an example, I am not a fan of the first five activities. However, horror movies definitely ain't my cup of tea.

My face crumpled at the thought of watching either Insidious or Final Destination.

"Rachel, so are you up for horror movie?" Zachary questioned while wriggling his eyebrows at me. Before I could answer he made all kinds of eerie sound effects.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes at his immaturity. Oh, and it is his first time calling me by my name.

Sigh, what choice do I have? I cannot admit to him that I don't dare to watch right? He will definitely tease me forever.

"Of course, why not?" I responded, voice full of false bravado.

"Great, we watch Insidious then!" Zachary said. Everyone nodded their head in agreement.

I looked around to see Ella's and Nicole's reaction whenever any scary part came up. Both of them didn't even flinch when the image of the scary female ghost pop up.

On the other hand, I was hiding my face behind the cushion and fighting the urge to scream loudly.

"Rach.. Rachel, comeee hereee~" Zachary whispered eerily into my ears. If he did that to get me to scream bloody murder, he sure was successful at that.

"AHHHHHH OH SHIT WHAT THE HELL!" I throw the cushion on the sofa and dash into the dining room.

Shrieks of laughter followed me into the dining room. Seriously what was so funny about that? Childish people.

"Hey hey what happened?" Ella's mother came down from her room to see what is going on.

"I heard someone screamed really loud just now."

"No- nothing hap- happened Mrs Chance. Wahahahaha!" Zachary replied breathlessly.

"Okay then." Mrs Chance went back upstairs even though she knew that Zachary's answer was not totally true.

"Zach! You shouldn't have done that to Rach! Hey Rachel, you can come out now, the boys won't do anything else to you!" Ella defended me.

I peeked out from behind the wall and slowly step out. Zachary held his hand up in surrender.

"What? I didn't know she is that afraid.. But you cannot deny how hilarious she was just now!!" He covered his mouth as he is caught in a fit of uncontrollable laughter again.

Jerk.

I did not want to attract anymore unwanted attention, therefore, I just sat down on the sofa and start picking at the loose threads of the cushion.

Ella slapped Zachary on the knee and told him to stop laughing. Suddenly the whole room became really quiet. In curiosity, I lift up my head and find everyone in the room staring at me. Woah, cheeks you better not turn red.

"Um.. Is there anything on my face?" I asked them softly.

Weird enough, I heard everybody let out a breath as if they are expecting me to burst out in tears. Wait! Did they actually expect me to do that?! *giggles inwardly*

I am not that sensitive, plus thinking back on it, my reaction to Zachary's lame joke was actually quite (only quite) funny.

Dylan was the first one to reply me, "No there isn't."

"Phew! Okay then why were you guys staring at me?"

"You were so quiet just now and looked like you will start wailing any time soon." Zachary answered me with a smug look.

I sneered at him and said, "Yeah, right, as if I will start wailing."

"So, do we continue to watch Insidious or we change to another movie?" Jake questioned us slowly.

"It's okay we continue with our movie there isn't a need to change." I said to the group.

"If you are uncomfortable with the movie later on, just inform us and we will immediately change the movie okay?" Nicole questioned while giving my hands a light pat.

I smiled at Nicole and nodded my head.

"Uh huh, we three girls will sit together. You boys don't even think about scaring us because Nicole and I aren't scared of this." Ella sternly warned the three guys.

"Aye aye captain!" The boys mockingly saluted us.
