Sirius never thought he would actually live a domestic life, of him married with a child in a house. But here he was a few years after he and his friends had graduated Hogwarts married to the love of his life. He had met her in Hogwarts and she had soon joined his group of friends her name was Rosaline and she was far from being a normal human or even a witch. When she was in her forth year with her friends she relieved to them that she was a in fact a vampire. In fairness her white eye and her sharp fangs should of been a clue but no one had bothered to ask her about it. Despite her worries the gang felt no different to her as she had never been a threat to them in the past. As the years went on in Hogwarts Sirius and Rosaline had gotten closer and were soon dating. Rosaline had also gotten closer with Remus as they both felt discriminated by the wizard world, more specifically the Ministry of Magic, because of who they are. After everyone had graduated the group of friends still stayed in touch and a few months after Lily Potter had announced that she was pregnant Rosaline told the group that she to had gotten pregnant. She had told Sirius the extreme likelihood of their child being a vampire but it didn't worry him because they would be able to raise it together.

Soon came the day when Sirius's and Rosaline's baby would be born they were both growing more nervous for the day but when it arrived everything went off without a hitch. The entire gang was there that day. Lily and James had brought their new son, Harry Potter, with them Lupin stood by Sirius nervous and Peter stood off by himself just watching as everything happened. Rosaline didn't tell anyone but she had owled Severus when she found out she was going to have a child and kept him updated as despite her husband and her other friends not really liking him her and Snape got on really well, almost as if they were brother and sister. She had promised to bring her child to see him when she could as she understood if she would not see him at the hospital. 

Sirius and Rosaline had a small baby girl. She was born like Rosaline had said a vampire she had black eyes with a tint of red around the edges. On her head was small tufts of black hair and you could already see little fangs growing. As her mother held her baby close and Sirius coo'd over how cute she was the gang of friends entered the room smiling at the happy moment. They each had a turn at holding the baby. Lily and James were naturals when it came to holding her and even Harry seemed to take an interest to her staring at her and making baby noises. Peter held the baby awkwardly but eventually got the grasp on how to hold her and Lupin surprised everyone by actually making the baby fall asleep as he rocked her back and forth. As the hours passed everyone started to leave but before Lupin could leave Sirius stopped him at the door.

"Hey Moony, me and Rosa were wondering about something" 

"What is it Padfoot?" Sirius scratched his neck awkwardly.

"Well we were both wondering if you would like to be Angelica's godfather" Remus seemed surpised at first.

"I would love to Sirius but are you not concerned about my, well, you know other side" Sirius smiled and placed a comforting hand on his friends shoulder.

"That's part of the reason you and Rosa got on great because you were both the way you are" They both smiled before Remus said.

"So, Angelica, I see you went with Rosa's name for the baby" 

"Yeah for some reason Doomstorm wasn't a good name for any baby" 

A year later Rosaline was left alone as Sirius said that he had some urgent he needed to do but a few hours after he left a loud blast ripped off the doors making her fall to the ground. At the door stood the dark lord, Voldemort, holding his wand out. Rosaline pulled her wand out and aimed it at him.

"Stand out of the way Rosaline, give me the girl and once she and Harry Potter are gone I will consider letting you live" Rosaline hissed at him.

"Never! I would rather die then let you get her!" Voldemort looked at her darkly.

"So be it! Lumos!" He yelled a bright light hitting Rosaline making her hiss in pain and flinch back however in her weakened state Voldemort prepared. "Sectumsempra" Suddenly Rosaline landed on the floor her head cut away from her body. Her eyes going dark and lifeless but just to make sure Voldemort stood above her body and said. "Incendio" lighting her body on fire till it was just a burnt remain. Voldemort then went into the child's room of the house but not being able to see any child in sight he growled under his breath before leaving the house. Above the child's door was Angelica hovering out of sight. When Angelica landed on the floor the door to the house banged open and Sirius stood there panting until his eyes landed on his dead wife. Tears fell from his eyes and then his heart stopped thinking about his daughter he ran into Angelica's room before seeing her fine if not shaken from hearing her mother's death. He picked her up crying hugging her tightly. Angelica picked up loud footsteps heading there way Sirius placed her down and looked her in the eyes.

"My little Angie please always remember that me and your mother will always love you, and I will find my way back to you" Suddenly the door barged open and Aurora's suddenly shot at Sirius knocking him out and then carted him away to Azkaban. The Aurora's called for someone from the Ministry. A few minutes later Cornelius Fudge appeared and took in the scene an Aurora walked up to him.

"So Sir, we have one dead vampire in the living room but we also have a live one in hear" He took him to the babies room. "What should we do with her sir?" Fudge just sneered at the baby.

"Oh just obliviate her mind. No one's going to miss the daughter of Sirius Black and vampire" As Fudge turned to leave he jumped in fright when he saw a very angry Remus stood in the doorway.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you Fudge. You see as Angelica's godfather I now have custody over her well-being" Fudge sighed very annoyed.

"Fine, take her for  all I care" Remus walked in and gently picked up his goddaughter and held her close.

"Don't worry, I'll take good care of you" and that's what Remus did for the next 11 years he raised Angelica like she was his daughter. Of course she did once question were her parents were but Remus could only bring himself to tell her how her mother wasn't with them anymore but when she asked about her dad he couldn't tell her much. Remus still felt conflicted about Sirius himself not knowing whether to believe what the Ministry told everyone or to hold onto the belief that his best friend was not a murderer. Remus had managed to take care of a vampire child pretty well despite not knowing much about raising one he kept her away from the sun as best as he could even gifting her with charmed lace umbrella that as long as she had it above her would stop the sun from hurting her. Being a vampire child was good growing up as vampire's could heal quicker meaning any cuts or bruises she got playing were healed over quickly. As for food Remus always struggled to know how to help her as she knew from day one that she didn't want to hurt anyone but he figured out how to help her eat but not hurt anyone. 

Late one day, Remus lead Angelica towards a woods her holding her umbrella above her head to avoid the sun when they entered the forest she stopped next to her godfather.

"Lupin what are we doing here?" He smiled and pointed at a deer not to far away from them.

"Getting your dinner" Angelica raised an eyebrow. "I know it sounds a bit strange but I did some research and animal blood should sustain you it just won't allow you to be as strong as some other vampire's who live off of human blood. I think it's called being a vegetarian vampire funnily enough." 

A few months later Angelica received her Hogwarts letter allowing her and her godfather to go shopping. When they got to Diagon Alley Remus told her to go and grab her things and meet he'll meet her outside of the wand's shop. After grabbing everything she would need she went to get her wand which ended up being a Cypress wood with a unicorn hair core, 11".  As she waited outside of the wand shop holding a few bags she suddenly felt someone crash into her making her drop her things. 

"Hey watch where your going!" She heard a male voice as she kept a good grip on her umbrella before she started picking up her things.

"What are you on about? Your the one who ran into me" She exclaimed. Looking up she saw a boy her age his eyes a silver grey with slicked back blonde hair. He was sneering at her but she could of sworn she saw a bit of a blush on his cheeks. She sighed before going back to picking up her things. What surprised her was this boy then starting picking up her things and handed them over to her. "Thanks" She said a small smile. "So what's your name?".

"Draco Malfoy" He stated proudly.

"Angelica Lupin" Angelica had started calling herself by Remus's second name ever since he took her in as he became a second family to her. There was a awkward silence before he asked.

"So are you going to Hogwarts? Which house do you think you'll go into? I'm definetly going to be put into Slytherin" She again smiled at his almost energetic energy.

"Yes I'm going to Hogwarts and I'm not sure which house any of them will be fine with me" Draco raised his eyebrow.

"Even if your a Slytherin? Lot's of people don't like them cause they think everyone who goes in that house will be evil" This made Angelica frown.

"Well, I think that's stupid being placed into a house doesn't make you an evil person it's what you do and the path you lead that makes you a good or bad person" This made Draco smile slightly as he opened his mouth he heard a man's voice call for him.

"Well, I've got to go maybe I'll see you at Hogwarts" With that he was gone not to long had he been gone when Remus arrived holding a cage with a large owl and a small box in the other hand. 

Remus handed her the small box which held a small ring.

"What's this?" Angelica asked.

"It's a special ring, your mother wanted you to have it when you started Hogwarts it's made specifically for vampires. It allows you to walk in the sun without your umbrella she made it for you the day you were born." Angelica slipped the ring on and held her arm out of the safety of her umbrella expecting to have to pull her arm back but nothing happened. 

(btw if you know where that ring is from you have good tastes in vampires)

That night after hunting Angelica couldn't sleep a mixture of nerves and happiness for the next day where she would go to Hogwarts her and Remus had already done their checklist making sure she had everything including a bag of blood lollipops they had bought her for the train journey. But she also couldn't stop thinking about Draco and what he said about how the house makes people evil. Sighing she turned to her side in her bed knowing that when she arrived and every other students were sorted she was needed to go see the headmaster, Dumbledore, to talk about her condition.
