🫥  Abi woke up early, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. She dressed quickly, putting on the pink uniform her dad had promised to change.

Downstairs, her family was already having breakfast. As she entered, her brothers teased, "Oh, look at the cute princess!"

Austin chuckled, but Bryson whispered, "Shh, keep quiet."

Abi's eyes narrowed. "I heard you."

Her mom intervened, "Don't be embarrassed, sweetie. The uniform looks cute on you."

Abi frowned. "I don't like pink. Dad promised to change it. That's why I wore it today."

Her dad reassured her, "We'll get it changed soon, kiddo."

Abi sighed, "Okay, fine. Let's just drop it." She pulled out a chair and sat down at the dining table, eating her breakfast.

Mrs Smith, their maid, entered the room. "The limousine is ready to pick you up. Time to leave for Skyview Academy."

Abi's brothers grinned, and they all headed out to the luxurious vehicle.

Upon arrival, Abi felt a mix of excitement and nerves. The private school's grand entrance impressed her.

A warm welcome awaited them. "Welcome to Skyview Academy! You must be the Thompsons. We're thrilled to have you on board."

Abi's family smiled, thanking the teacher.

As they followed him to their classes, Abi's confidence grew.

In her classroom, she spotted an empty seat at the front. "Is this space taken?" she wondered, but the chattering students ignored her.

Assuming it was available, Abi walked straight to the front chair and sat down.

The room fell silent. Heads turned, and whispers spread.

One student, a stunning blonde, glared at Abi. "That's Cora seat. No one sits there."

Abi raised an eyebrow. "So, what am I supposed to do?"

The blonde's friend chimed in, "Cora doesn't allow anyone to sit there. It's her spot."

Abi's eyes locked onto the blonde. "And who's Cora?"

The blonde smiled sweetly. "You'll find out soon enough."

"Oh, I really want to see who Cora is," Abi said to herself, intrigued.

"Don't worry, you'll know her very soon," the blonde replied with a sly smile.

Cora glided into the classroom, her dirty blonde hair and piercing hazel eyes commanding attention. Her gaze swept the room, locking onto Abi in "her" seat.

"Ah, you're in my seat," Cora said, her voice firm but polite.

Abi looked up from her notes, her expression unruffled. "Oh? I didn't know it was reserved."

Cora's eyes narrowed slightly. "I always sit there. Could you just move?"

Abi raised an eyebrow, her tone light. "I don't see your name on it."

The class watched, intrigued by the exchange.

Cora's smile hinted at annoyance. "I don't need my name on it. Everyone knows it's mine."

Abi shrugged, nonchalant. "I'm not everyone. So I'm comfortable here." And you didn't bring this seat from your house.

Cora's eyes flashed with surprise, but Abi's calm demeanor kept her from escalating.

Mrs. Henry intervened, "Girls, let's focus. We have a lot to cover today."

Cora's gaze lingered on Abi before she took a nearby seat, her expression thoughtful.

Abi refocused on her notes, unfazed.

The classroom tension dissipated as Mrs. Henry began the lesson

As Abi packed her bags after class, Cora approached her, flanked by a group of girls.

"Abi, can we have a word?" Cora asked, her tone sugary sweet.

Abi raised an eyebrow but followed them out of the classroom.

They led her to an empty room, the doors shutting behind them.

Cora's smile vanished. "You think you can just waltz in here and take my seat?"

Abi stood tall, unfazed. "It's just a seat, Cora."

One of Cora's friends stepped forward, menacing. "You need to learn respect."

Abi's eyes locked onto Cora. "You want to teach me a lesson? Bring it on."

The girls exchanged nervous glances, underestimating Abi's boldness.

Cora sneered. "You think you're tough?"

Abi smirked. "Try me."

Without warning, Abi swiftly dodged the first girl's swing and delivered a swift kick, sending her stumbling back.

The room erupted into chaos as Abi expertly took down Cora's friends.

Cora watched, stunned, as Abi stood victorious.

"Respect earned," Abi said, her chest heaving.

Cora's eyes narrowed. "This isn't over."

Abi grinned. "I'm counting on it."

With that, Abi walked out of the room, leaving Cora and her friends stunned.

Austin and Bryson awaited Abi in the cafeteria.

"Hey, sis! What kept you?" Austin asked.

Abi smiled mischievously. "Just teaching Cora's crew a lesson."

Bryson chuckled. "You're unstoppable."

Abi laughed. "Just standing up for myself

Austin and Bryson exchanged curious glances. "Spill the beans, sis!" Austin urged.

Abi grinned mischievously, taking a seat. "You won't believe what just happened."

"Try us," Bryson said, leaning in.

Abi took a dramatic pause, savoring the moment. "So, Cora and her crew cornered me after class..."

Austin's eyes widened. "really ,what did they do?"

Abi chuckled. "They thought they could teach me a lesson for sitting in Cora's precious seat."

Bryson snorted. "Like that's going to happen."

Abi laughed. "Right? So, they drag me to this empty room, thinking they're all tough..."

Austin leaned in closer. "And then?"

Abi's grin grew wider. "I showed them what's up! I took down Cora's friends like they were nobodies."

Bryson burst into laughter. "No way! How many were there?"

Abi held up four fingers. "Four! And I didn't even break a sweat."

Hold on who the hell is Cora . Bryson asked

She's the queen bee of my class.

Austin whistled. "Dang, sis! You're a total bad ass!"

Abi shrugged, playing it cool. "Just standing up for myself."

Bryson asked, "What did Cora do?"

Abi's expression turned sly. "Cora just stood there, looking like she swallowed a lemon. Priceless!"

The brothers laughed, envisioning the scene.

Austin asked, "You think Cora will back off now?"

Abi smirked. "I hope not. I'm just getting started."

Their laughter drew attention from nearby students, curious about the commotion.

As they settled in for lunch, Bryson whispered, "You know, sis, you're gonna make some enemies."

Abi winked. "Let them Bring. It. On."

Just then, Cora seethed, her eyes fixed on Abi laughing alongside Austin and Bryson. She had been eyeing Austin since morning, captivated by his charming smile. Now, Abi seemed to be stealing the spotlight.

Cora strode over, her heels clicking confidently. "Mind if I join?" she asked, already taking the seat beside Austin.

Austin smiled politely. "Not at all."

Abi raised an eyebrow, sensing Cora's intentions.

Cora leaned in, her voice sugary sweet. "Austin, sweetie, I need to warn you about Abi. She's...not exactly the best influence."

Abi's eyes narrowed. "And who are you to decide that?"

Cora's smile never wavered. "I'm just trying to help. You don't know how things work around here."

Abi snorted. "My brother doesn't need your help. He can handle himself."

Cora's gaze turned icy. "You're his sister? That's...interesting. Why would God give such a great guy a sister like you?"

Austin's expression darkened. "Hey, that's not cool. Don't talk about my sister like that."

Bryson stood up, towering over Cora. "Actually, it's time for you to leave. You're disturbing us."

The cafeteria fell silent, students stunned by Bryson's boldness.

Cora's face reddened. "You can't talk to me like that! I'm Cora Jenkins, the queen bee around here."

Austin stood up, his voice firm. "That may be, but you're still not going to disrespect my sister."

Abi smiled proudly at her brothers. "Thanks, guys."

Cora's anger boiled over. "You think you're better than me? You're just a nobody, Abi."

Abi shrugged. "At least I don't rely on being mean to feel important."

The room erupted into murmurs and gasps.

Cora's eyes flashed with fury. "This isn't over."

As Cora stormed off, Austin turned to Abi. "You okay, sis?"

Abi nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine."

Bryson chuckled. "Cora's got a crush on you, Austin."

Austin blushed. "Shut up, Bryson."

Abi grinned mischievously. "Looks like Cora's got a new motive to hate me."

Their laughter echoed through the cafeteria, drawing admiring glances.

For the first time, students saw Cora's facade crack.

As they finished lunch, Abi whispered, "You guys ready for more drama?"

Austin and Bryson exchanged amused glances.

"Bring it on," Austin said.

Bryson grinned. "We've got your back, sis."

Abi smiled, knowing her brothers would always stand up for her.

The stage was set for a legendary showdown between Abi and Cora.
