Thank you and Goodbye!
We did it, guys! We bloody went and got to the end! Do you know? When I first had the idea of the awards, there were three of us. Sadly due to unfortunate circumstances, three fiddled out to one. This is my very first time hosting an awards contest, but I couldn't walk away and let you all down. I had to see this to the end. And through all the stress, rants and tantrums. You guys were all patient, kind and amazing! I honestly wouldn't have got far without this awesome support system.
Sadly, the Raven Awards will not continue onto a second edition. I know, such a shame. But don't fret. I have something bigger, better, and supportive for all you undiscovered writers. Do you want more awards? Showcase appreciation for those graphic designers out there? Or maybe book club? You all deserve the chance to shine like the stars you are. So, this is a farewell message and a special prize for these amazing judges who came forward in the time of need and helped bring in these results. Honestly, none of this wouldn't have happened so soon without these, and they deserve all the appreciation and praise they can get!
Again, thank you all so much for all your valuable time and effort. This is my way of appreciation!
