Somewhere in Kouh, a group of devils were walking home from a stray devil hunt when they saw a male figure in all white just phase into existence. They just stood in shock not knowing who or what he is, he had a sniper on his back, white and black armor, very high tech armor, and orange stone, and a white helmet with grey lines. He wore a hood over his armor. 

Rias POV:

As me and my peerage walked closer, ready to fight, the man walked towards us, he stops in front of me, issei and Kiba get infront ready to strike.

???(Distorted Voice): Exuse me but would you happen to know where I could find a.... Raynere?

Rias: Yes, I happen to know exactly where, but why do you need to know human?

???(Distorted Voice): Ha! That's honestly the funniest thing I have heard all day, hear, if you devils can land one hit on me in 10 seconds, then I will do something you want, but if you can't, you have to tell me where my target is.

Rias: Deal, Alright Guys! Take Him Down!

They all rushed him, rapidly trying to hit him, but they were all going through him.

Issei: What the Hell!

Asia: Is he a ghost?

???(Distorted Voice): Actually, my call tag is Ghost, the Assassin.

Everyone: WHAT!

Ghost(Distorted Voice): Yes, my target is Raynere. Also, I Have business here in Kouh, so get ready to see me a lot, oh and 10 seconds is up.

He took of his helmet and they saw his white hair and silver eyes.

They were all in shock, he was 17. Rias told him where Raynere was, he thanked them, and disappeared to go kill his target. 

Rias: Wait!

Ghost started vibrating to where he is see through.

Ghost: Yes malady?

Rias: Will...you...like to go on a date, I could show you around.

Ghost became fully solid, walked passed all the shocked faces, and took of his helmet. He stood 1inch away from her, they both blushes as red as her hair. They then kissed, for a long passionate time.

Akeno: Few Few, looks like Rias has a boyfriend.

Rias: A-Akeno!

All her peerage laughed except Koneko, who chuckled. 

Ghost: Do you guys want to see me do my job.

Issei: Hell Yeah! I wanna see that bitch Raynere die, SHE KILLED ME!

Koneko: I see why...

Ghost: Huh?

Koneko: He's a pervert.

Ghost: One sec... Issei, what is your sacred gear's dragon?

Issei: Welsh Dragon, Why?

Ghost: Your my next target.
