so, let's talk about the most recent banner. I didn't talk about klee's banner because I figured most people already knew if they wanted to get Klee or not but I've seen a lot more people on the fence about this banner so I figured I'd throw my two cents in. I'm going to start with going over the 4 stars and end with the 5 star on the banner, each section will have a bold title so feel free to skip to the hero you're most curious about

Razor (4-star electro claymore)
Razor is a launch character which means most people who have been playing for a while probably already received their copy of him in the acquaint fate gacha if nothing else. Razor's constellations are... honestly not very good. His c1 and C4 are useful for his play style but his c6 is  mediocre for most builds and his c2 is just kinda bad. Razor himself is a solid unit even at C0 as he's able to recycle his burst with incredible ease and he can do some pretty big damage especially in the right teams, he's also incredibly useful against the water abyss herald since he has the ability to coat all of his attacks in electro after his his burst and has a rather short cool down on his skill. If you have razor, there really isn't much need to roll for his constellations, and if you have better a better electro main dps (keqinq comes to mind) then maybe don't roll for him. IMO razor is easily the worst character on the banner in terms of the value, he's still good but definitely you need multiples of.

Rosaria (4-star Cryo polearm)
Oddly enough, Rosaria makes for an incredibly strong partner to razor. Rosaria is a sub dps/support who really needs someone like razor or keqinq to shine through as her mainly goal is to increase the teams crit rate and set super conduct so that the physical damage dealers can do even more damage. Personally, I don't think she's all that great as the damage boost she provides isn't as good as Bennett but she theoretically works better with units like razor and she has some incredibly good constellations which can make her a lot better. C2, C4, and C6 are all really good, definitely a character worth rolling for higher constellations on if you like using her.

Bennett (4-star pyro sword)
It's Bennett.... He's the best four star in the game and possibly one of the best units in the game period. Don't get him to C6, otherwise he's a must roll.

Kazhua (5-star anemo sword)
Kazhua is not venti, period. If you have venti then kazhua is probably still worth rolling for as he's better for dealing damage and has the potential to increase the teams damage exponentially. Kazhua is for sure a sub dps as he doesn't have good enough energy Recharge to function as a burst support like venti and sucrose but he also doesn't have the damage to match xiao. Kazhua's burst is generally pretty strong especially if you raise his elemental mastery as his main source of damage is swirl reactions. His skill does have a venti like effect where it sucks enemies in but it's so short that it probably won't be very useful in the long run. All of this is just ok, what makes kazhua really good is one of his passive skills. His fourth ascension passive skill provides the entire team with a 0.04% buff to eventual damage per point of elemental mastery on kazhua, and it does this every time he triggers a swirl reaction even when he's not on the field. Essentially this means that kazhua can boost the damage of catalyst users (along with units like chongyun and keqinq) by a pretty high margin especially since elemental mastery, attack, and energy recharge are really the only stats you need on kazhua. With high enough elemental mastery, he is capable of matching Bennett's attack boost and he can do it far more often then the unlucky adventurer. His constellations also help immensely in this endeavor with his c2 being the most useful as it further boosts his elemental mastery by 200 when he uses his burst (which increases the party elemental damage by 0.08% as well and that's without considering his artifacts or weapon).

Should you roll:
Depends, personally I think most players should roll just for Bennett however if your Bennett is already at C2 then there really isn't much need to go beyond that (although c5 can be nice). Razor and Rosaria are good but not necessarily the best (especially Rosaria since she requires her constellations to truly shine). Kazhua is.... Well he's not venti but if you have venti (or even xiao) then I can't say he's necessarily worth it to roll for, personally I don't have either so I did roll for him (and managed to get him) but with Ayaka on the horizon (hopefully) and the possibility of an ganyu or hu tao rerun, I can't blame players who decide to skip this banner as all three of those units have either been confirmed to be good or seem more interesting then kazhua.
