Marinette thought, what can I do?  I can not love him.  Genies are not allowed to fall in love.   

  " I am sorry to do this Adrien, but I can never leave the lamp again."

    She wrote him a note and sighed. 

   It has been two days since the genie became invisible and her visibility was restored to her. 

   Adrien thought, genie I am sorry. I never meant for this to happen, but I love you!   He thought I can never be happy without you, so farewell my love.    

    Adrien's  POV:
   You will have to find a new master. It is better this way.

 With Wayzz and Grandpa Fu..

    "Grandpa  Fu, Adrien loves the genie," Wayzz said.

    "I already know this," Master Fu replied/

   "Is there a certain reason you brought this up?"  

  "Yes, the genie has banished herself to the lamp, but Adrien does not know because he has not read the note she left for him.  He said he can not live without her." Wayzz responded/

     "Oh, dear this is a tragedy. Well, not every fairy tale has its happy ending you know." Grandpa reminded his grandson.

  Natalie knocked on the door to Adrien's room. She received no answer, entered it anyway, and almost passes out.  She screamed, Adrien please be alright!  

    Adrien does not move. He laid face down on the floor to his room.  

    Natalie called for help. She went downstairs saw the note the genie left Adrien and hid it inside her pocket. She can not risk the chance anyone else saw it.

      The note reads...

    I am sorry Adrien, but I released you as my master. I can not explain why, but you will be fine without me.  I banished myself to the lamp. You were too good to be true, with Love,-Genie/Marinette

  Natalie hid the lamp inside her jacket pocket while she waited for the ambulance to arrive.  She sure hoped they get here on time. 

   The paramedics arrived and took him to the hospital.  Once they left Natalie closed the door, went to her room, rubbed the lamp, and said, "Genie as your new master I command you leave the lamp."

      Marinette exited the lamp, remembered Adrien's last wish never got granted and looked at Natalie in surprise.  

    "How may I help you, Master Natalie?" Marinette asked.

    "Something is wrong with Adrien, I am not sure what it is though, but he is on the way to the hospital,"  Natalie said.

    "What he must have not been in shock about the note,"  Marinette explained.

    "No, he was past out when I found him. He never saw it."  Natalie remarked.

      "Adrien, he can not be...no..." Marinette's face turned pale.

       "I wish for Adrien to be okay no matter what else happens,"  Natalie told her.

       "Wish granted!  Thanks, Natalie."  Marinette nodded her head.

      "No, thank you, Marinette. You gave the boy who is the like the son I never could have back to me. I can never be more thankful."  Natalie remarked.

        Adrien was much better and back home now. He still struggled with depression because he thought there is not a way to be with the girl, the genie he loved.

         "Natalie, what do I do?  I love her.  I love Marinette. I know it is supposed to be against the rules, but I love her."  Adrien confessed.

         "There is a way to find out figure out what your last wish then wish it,"  Natalie told him. She smiled a bit afterward.
