Third Person POV

"You have to break free, you have to come back, because... I love you..." Elsa sounded more desperate, with tears in her eyes. The pain was too much for Elsa, she collapsed right in front of Jack.

"ELSA!" Anna screamed.

"Hah! It looks like her time is up, in fact, all your time's up! What useless efforts!" Pitch said. "Huh? What's happening? Jack! What are you doing?!"

Suddenly, a bright blue light shone from Jack. His aura turned blue in colour, he grunted, shutting his eyes tight. The memories of him and Elsa flashed through his mind.

When Jack opened his eyes, his golden yellow eyes turned blue, his hair from black back to silvery white, his hoodie was slowly returning to the original colour.

"What's going on?!" All The Nightmares asked at the same time.

"No, it cannot be, it's impossible!" Pitch exclaimed.

As Jack's blue aura glowed, the red and black auras on everyone disappeared, they could move freely.

"He's breaking free!" Rapunzel said in delight.

"How is he doing it?" Olaf asked.

"He's using the power in his heart to fight the darkness." Tooth said in awe.

"And on us..." North said, waving his hand about.

Merida felt it was a little awkward still holding Hiccup, they looked at each other awkwardly but none of them wanted to say anything. Merida just couldn't let him go yet.

Jack, now completely restored, smirked at Pitch and slowly descended to Elsa. Elsa looked up. "Jack!"

"Elsa." Jack hugged her tight.

"Jack's back!" Kristoff cheered.

"And better than ever!" Bunny continued. Sandy had miniature fireworks above his head. Everyone had a wide smile on their face.

Surprisingly, Pitch was the only one who didn't look panicked. The rest of The Nightmares looked around, wide eyed, with absolutely no idea what to do now.

"Enjoy your little celebration." Pitch smirked. "We've got what we wanted,"  He looked at his hands. "About time we relocated, eh?"

The Nightmares disappeared, as well as the floor. The entire place vanished. Everyone else fell from the sky, through the cloud that once had solid ground.

Toothless quickly flew to Hiccup and Merida, together they went to rescue as many as they could. Jack was carrying Elsa bridal style, Tooth picked up Cleo, Sandy made an enormous amount of sand, supporting Aidan, Ethan, Darrel, Eugene, Isabelle and North. He used a lasso and brought Rapunzel too.

Unfortunately, no one managed to save Olaf in time. When everyone landed, Olaf was squashed flat. He looked at them, chuckling. "So, how do I look?"

Elsa's POV

As Jack and I landed, we locked onto each other's eyes. I said it. I finally said it. And it broke Jack's spell. Love is definitely powerful.

Jack didn't say a word, he crashed his lips into mine. I returned the kiss, hugging him tight.

The silence was broke by a squealing sound. All of us turned to it. That squealing was from Anna, and she dramatically fainted. Rapunzel had a panic attack, Cleo and Isabelle helped Anna up, Anna had the widest smile on her face.

I knew I was blushing a lot, I could feel my cheeks burning. Jack held my hand and I blushed more.

"Well... Shall we be heading back? I hate to spoil the party but we still have some friends to find." Eugene said.

We all agreed and headed to Tiana's. Jack never let my hand go. I caught sight of Anna, cheekily smiling at me.

Hiccup's POV

Elsa loves Jack. Ok, stay calm Hiccup, you knew you had a 50/50 chance of rejection. Surprisingly, I'm taking this quite well. In fact, I'm happy for those two. Sure, there is a hint of sadness, but mostly, I'm happy for them. Jack and Elsa do belong with each other.

Merida's POV

I can see it in Hiccup's eyes, he was happy and sad at the same time. He wasn't experiencing the exact same thing as I was, I felt sorry for him. Even though he had hurt me, in the end, he still saved me.

"Hey," I started. "Thank you for saving me back then."

"You're welcome. I suppose it's my way of returning the favour. Thanks for saving me too." Hiccup smiled.

"Hey Merida?" "Are you all right?"  Hiccup and I asked at the same time. "You first." I insisted.

"Well... Thanks for... Talking to me again?" Hiccup said. "Cause, I don't know it could be just me, you kinda avoided me, we haven't been talking to each other for quite some time. I kinda missed your company."

"Oh..." I didn't know what to say. It's true, ever since that day, I had avoided Hiccup, thinking it would mend me. "You're welcome I guess?"

"Anyway, what did you want to ask me? Am I all right? Yeah? Rapunzel helped me quite a lot. Not a single trickle of blood to be seen." Hiccup replied, a little confused.

"Not that, I mean..." I sighed. "I mean your feelings. I didn't mean to eavesdrop that day, Jack didn't either, we accidentally overheard you confessing your feelings to Elsa."

"Jack heard?" Hiccup began panicking. "He's not gonna kill me after all this... Right?"

"No you goof ball." I laughed.

"Well, I'll admit I had a crush on her, but seeing her with Jack, I think they belong together. I shouldn't have mixed in and made things complicated. Man... I think they ARE gonna kill me now." Hiccup scratched his head.

"All that's in the past." I assured him.

"Hopefully." Hiccup nervously smiled. "Oh well, I guess fate will lead me to someone right one day..."

"Yeah, you'd have to go through crazy challenges to meet your true fate."  I chuckled. "Trust me, I've been there. You just gotta be patient, fate is always right. It might seem wrong, but it can turn out right."

Could that someone be me? I wondered. What's going on with you Merida? Didn't you make a promise? What if, that was what your mind said and not your heart?

I still love him, don't I?

"Or perhaps," Hiccup snapped me out of my thoughts. "Fate had led me to someone right all along, I was just too stupid to see it."

I looked at him questionably. My hand brushed against Hiccup's and he held it. "You're the one fate led me to, aren't you?"

"Hiccup, I-"

"I'm sorry for all that I did that made you feel down. I was naive, I couldn't see that you were the one, I rushed and pushed myself too far, down the wrong road, completely abandoning you. Now, I see why things had happened and I'm sorry for what I caused to you, to everyone. You were a true friend, and even more, and I failed to see that. Merida, I'm truly sorry, can I make it up to you?" Hiccup said.

My mouth was left wide open. I had not expected something like that from Hiccup. Like, I knew our friendship was restored but I never thought Hiccup could see more. Gosh, what am I supposed to say?

"I um uh..." I couldn't find any words.

"A part of me did like you, but I brushed it off. I suppose that could have been my biggest mistake, cause that led to even more mistakes. So, in whatever way, I want to mend it." Hiccup continued.

Say yes, say yes! It's as if my heart was speaking to me. You could be together with him, he's asking you right now! Isn't this what you desired?

I couldn't stop myself, I hugged Hiccup tight. He hugged back and chuckled. "I'll take that as a yes? Will you, Merida, be my girlfriend?"

"Yes, yes and yes!" I replied. I have absolutely no idea what is going on with me, but I like it! I'm on cloud nine right now. So it's true, fate will, eventually, lead you to the right one, you just have to patient, and face through a whole lot of obstacles, doubts, everything!

I didn't intend to, but we kissed. Oh my god... Merida... You just... KISSED! WHAT ON EARTH?!

Hiccup bit his lip, trying to hide his smile as he held my hand tight. Rapunzel looked at us with a smile, giving a thumbs up. Anna was skipping around happily. "At long last!" I could hear her say. You could see as if her cheeks were about to explode. Finally, she yelled out,

"THE SHIPS HAVE SAILED AND I'M FINALLY GETTING OFF THIS ISLAND! RAPUNZEL, JOIN ME!"

Rapunzel burst out laughing and shook her head. "Oh Anna..."
