Chapter 9: Training
"Push! Keep pushing Yomei!" Yomei panted, his insides burning up and making his face go a bright red. "Don't give up! You're nearly there!" Yomei gasped for air, trying for another one. Despite what it seems this is not a labour scene, it is in fact only team four encouraging one another in their gruesome ass training routine.

Despite being together for a month now, Yomei was still lacking in the taijutsu department, as you can currently see now. He much preferred the use of genjutsu which was enhanced by 10% from his sharingan. He loved ninjutsu, he really did, but it just wasn't going to work good enough until he increased his chakra by a tenfold. It was also why his chakra control was so goddamn good.
Yomei pushed himself up, his arms shaking in exhaustion. "Just one more!" Stone cried out, happy that his team was now training nearly as hard as he was. He finally has something to bond over.
"Just one more!" He called again, gleeful that his encouragements were helping Yomei along with life. "You can do it!" Yomei exerted himself once more, holding himself up as even as possible with his trembling arms, collapsing on the ground when Stone patted him on the back.

"Well done, Yomei! Now all you have to do is five hundred more laps around the viallge and your done!" Yomei sent a bug eyed look to Stone, being careful not to stab himself with pebbles as he rolled over to face the sky. He spared a fleeting last glance at Stone before peeking over to the secluded space where his sensei 'Akiko' and Keiko were together, and when Yomei activated his three tomoe sharingan he could see the cultivation arising between the two.
He recognised that Akiko was attempting to teach Keiko how to circulate her chakra into even points. He thought about why she would be teaching Keiko how to control chakra when she was fairly good at it already when he rembered a famous quote. "I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times". Yomei smirked, guess he never lost his spark eh?
He quickly cut off his chakra from entering his eyes, effectively stopping the sharingan for all it was worth. He faintly felt a simmering chakra signature on his left, deeper into the forest. If Yomei was quick enough to turn his head he would have seen the masked figure in the distance, an anbu but not quite. He turned his stare back to the sun and sighed sullenly.
Was it really necessary to have such ninja following his every move? The fact that he could even vaguely sense the chakra of the feen made him certain that they were underestimating him and his sensei, and for that he was glad. Wouldn't want to have Itachi levelled ninja on his ass, would he? (But there was also the humorous fact that they didn't have anyone that could stand Itachi's gaze let alone his skill.)

His onyx eyes widened when he rembered using the damned sharingan during his 'genin initiation' last month. Would it be probable if they saw him while he used it last month, or when he first aceccesed it?
It wasn't as hard as he thought to first gain it. He thought that the village or his hair had to be burned before he was traumatised enough to get the sharingan. But, surprisingly enough, it was as easy as saying 'Superfragalisticespialadocious'. It was just that easy. No, it seriously was.
Apparently as a 'gamer' he had access to certain pros and not that many cons which eventually led him to get points which he then decided to impulse spend on awakening the sharingan early. Granted, it took him 43 points to get the first tomoe but the end result was all he needed.
And now? Well now our little Yomie is a full shed bastard-who-should-have-died-during-the-massacre-but-didn't-because-the-poor-guys-an-orphan Uchiha.

And that just happened.
Now usually at this point when watching an anime, Yomei would cringe. Hard. Nobody likes watching or reading books about OP main characters who magically enter an alternate dimension who is also automatically a Kage level shinobi because why not lolololol. Such a shame that this book actually has a plot. Oops, guess which bitch actually broke the fourth wall. (Yomei would also cringe at this.)
So that's pretty much the excuse for Yomei's previously unexplained sharingan. Around about now you would think that someone would hit the author over the head and ask "why the hell are you skipping such important sections of the story?" Well the author has news for them. "Because the answer is simple, Yomei was just surfing the Stats and happened to come across the [JUTSU] section and started levelling the hell out of the sharingan.
It took a few years to get so much points (and to actually be able to use the sharingan) which he practically wasted, but it's good. He already had a Trisha Paytas crying session the night he got rid of all his points, and to say he is slightly less utter about it now is nothing to shout about. But it's okay, eventually he accumulated more points (to which he doesn't know what to do with) and now all he has to do is wait until the other locked things get unlocked.

He didn't really work with Fuinjutsu that much, it was an Uzumaki specialty after all, not an Uchiha's. He ignored the disappearing chakra signature and got up to slump down against the tree, leaving Stone to shrug and go train. Thankfully enough, he didn't follow after his younger brothers clothing choice that much. The only thing that he stole was a bright green top from Lee, the hair was the same as his except from a little tail at the back.
Yomei snorted at his thoughts, a jellyfish with Stones head on it. How amusing. He did resemble a jellyfish quite a lot, and the fact that he has a water chakra nature made it all the more humorous. A jellyfish, he mused. A fucking jellyfish.
Not all was lost though, he had normal ninja sandals and still had his khaki bottoms. The colour seemed to change though, what was once a neutral brown was now changed to a bark coloured one. He subtly glanced over at Keiko, she seemed to be a normal looking Kunoichi. Despite her small devil horns, but they're reminiscent of an ice cream cone, so it's okay.
He nearly guffawed when he saw his average looking sensei. At least she has a high level, he thought. The hokage wouldn't want to give a prodigy a shit sensei after all. He never was able to read her icon, but now that he is acquainted with her it seems that he is able to open her status.

"Yomei! Yomei!" Called his sensei. Yomei's eyes unblurred, an unwanted quirk that he gained after many times of stalking. "Yes, sensei?" He replied, getting up before she had the chance to chakra kick his ass. She did that a lot.
"Your dazing out again, Yomei," She called to him, walking towards him at a steady pace, Keiko and Stone following behind her with lower chakra pools then before. "Ah, sorry sensei," he grinned. "Just a bad habit."
Akiko stared at him before nodding with a humph, her eyes discreetly glancing to the forest on his left. "You're forgiven. Make sure it doesn't happen on a mission." Yomei half rolled his eyes, stopping when he saw Stone nodding his head steadily in agreement. He was about to open his mouth when Keiko shot in.
"No offence, sensei. But all we've been doing is painting fences and getting scratched by tabby looking demons. When are we going to get an actual mission?!" She harrumphed, glaring at their sensei with a kicked puppy look. "It's just painting, painting, painting all over again! Even Tentens team is going on C level missions and they have Rock Lee in their team!
Stone looked mildly offended while Akiko's eyes twinkled in mischief, disregarding the fact that her genin just insulted her choice of painting missions. "If you don't want to be a genin you don't have to, Keiko." Keiko turned a bright red, losing her challenging glare and staring off to the right without a sound.
"And that's just why I asigned you all to go to the chunin exams together!" Yomei's jaw dropped, staring at his sensei in disbelief. "You just want to get rid of us, don't you!" He accused readily. Who the hell would tell the Hokage to add their names in the chunin exams just after being let out of the academy?
Akiko scratched behind her ear, looking off to the distance before whistling. "Yeah, kind of. But if your going to enter the Chunin exams your gonna have to do a C rank mission first. Which is what I have right here," she explained to them proudly, showing the debriefing of the mission that the Hokage gave her.
"I think you're all ready for it after all." She ended calmly, smirking at her genin. She didn't want to admit it, but the little squirts were like a fungus. Never wanted but forever growing on her. Actually no, never mind. That sounds disgusting. Akiko shivered, blessing the gods that she doesn't actually have a fungus. (Or does she?)
Stone's eyes twinkled, little stars being seen to shine brightly, his wide grin blinding his teammates. "Yosh! Finally I will beat my little brother at his games!" I also forgot to mention that the Lee duo seem to have a 'friendly' brotherly rivalry. All good books have one after all.
Keiko squealed, completely forgetting that she was reprimanded beforehand. "Now I can finally find out what happened to my clan!" She called out excitedly, Akiko smiling at her as she patted the girls golden hair. Yomei simply smirked. Finally something juicy was actually happening. He was starting to get bored after nine chapters.
"Okay children, listen carefully. I'm not saying this out twice so if you die blame yourself and not me." She coughed, standing straighter as she addressed her team. "All it is, is a simple escort mission for a merchant to the land of Rice Paddies."
Yomei snorted.
"The merchant is paying for a C rank mission, we're meeting him later today so pack accordingly, tell your pare- ahem- tell your guardians where you'll be going. Don't start the fourth shinobi war over it.
We need to execute our mission to the T, C rank mission or not. We are the best genin team in Konoha so we need to show the Hokage what are made of. Remember, we're offering the Merchant safe passage-"
"-to the land of Rice Paddies, stop the bandits from getting him. Yeah we get it sensei, no need to drone on," Yomei finished, ignoring his sensei's warning look. He snatched the paper outs of Akiko's hand and read it to himself.

Yomei glanced at the page again, taking a once over. He once again ignored the looks his team was sending him, far used to it by now. What he couldn't understand was where exactly he heard that name again. It was on the tip of his tongue. And why was his sister secret senses tingling? Only god will ever know.
Akiko looked down at Yomei again, raising an eyebrow at his behaviour. "I know your very prideful and cocky and such, but this is the first time you've ever been this disrespectful. Is there something wrong?" She questioned him, a hidden emotion in her eyes.
"N-nothing sensei. Nothing at all," he whispered out, the rest of his team shrugging at him while they all walked off. It wasn't until they met the client and exchanged their greetings when he got a quest, his first guest as a genin. And that was when he remembered where he heard the name from.
