Yomei blinked and the world of Naruto came into view. Well not really, he was actually in a room on a rock hard bed. But at least it wasn't a floor, right? Yomei peered around the room staring at certain objects. When he focused on a book under his bed a notification popped up.

Yomei nodded his head. It was reasonable enough. All he had to do was stare at things and hopefully not be declared as a lunatic. Just great. Yomei slid off the bed and walked over to the open window, the gentle breeze entering the room and clearing out the smell of dirty children.

Yomei looked out into the vast streets of Konoha. The place was bustling with civilians and all the children yelling. Yomei's eye caught something peculiar. He leaned out the window, trying to get a closer look of the silver glint before the door opened. Yomei jumped back into the room in suprise, staring at the women who entered without his permission.

He filtered his memories and the woman easily came to mind. But he was also helped by the floating icon above her head alerting him to who she was. He gaped at the icon for a moment before quickly coming back to himself. He already saw this before so he shouldn't be too shocked.

Yomei smiled back at the women who greeted him back in a similar manner. The woman peered around Yomei and quickly gasped. "Yomei, child! Why did you open the window, it's freezing in here." The woman quickly made her way to the window, gently pushing Yomei aside and trying her best to pull the window down.

As she was doing this Yomei quickly tapped into Gamers eye and read her information as fast as he could.

There were blank gaps beneath the information and he guessed that he had to observe more things before he could access extra data. The matron turned around and sent a kind look to Yomei. "Breakfasts ready, Love. I'd get some quick or there'll be none left."

Reika quickly ushered Yomei out of the room and barrelled straight into another room. Guessing from his memories he decided that she was going in to wake up Takeru. He was a lazy boy and never got up on time for the civilian school. Yomei always guessed that Takeru was secretly jealous of his aspiration to become a ninja but never acted on it.

As he walked down the stairs he peeked into the room, eavesdropping in on their conversation as he went. "But Matron! Can't i stay back today? I have a stomach ache and a fever! You can't expect me to go to school in them conditions can you?"

Yomei ducked his head down in case he got caught, calmly walking down the side of the stairs. "That's what you've said the last four times! Now get downstairs right now! Yomei didn't argue when I told him to come down!" The matron shook her head. He heard Takeru's breath hitch at the mention of his name and after that Yomei was down the stairs.

Yomei walked over to the bowls and picked at his food, thinking about what he could do while he was stuck in Naruto. It wasn't as if he didn't already try to get out but he wasn't going to be a whiny brat about it. At least he got to be a ninja. Granted the definition was a murderer with a job but eh. Money's money.

Yomei tapped yes for fairly obvious reasons. He was residing in a ninja village and he wasn't going to be a ninja? That wasn't going to happen with the new him anyway. Yomei quickly grabbed the girl's hand and dragged her the whole way to the academy, stopping right outside the gates.

The girl heaved in and out puffs of air before leaning her back against the wall. "What was that for Yomei?" She whined, brushing back the strands of her hair that fell on her face. Yomei sent her a closed eyed smile before replying.

"Well I didn't want to get such a cute girl late y'know." The girl's face turned an unnatural shade of pink before she gently hit him on the arm. "Don't be such a charmer, Yomei. It isn't a good look on you." She turned her head away with a huff, crossing her arms in front of her.

Yomei tilted his head at the statement. He thought he made himself look absolutely adorable in the appearance section. Maybe she wasn't interested in guys? Yomei's face heated up into a red before he started to splutter out an apology. He didn't mean to hit on a lesbian! Dammit!

Yomei bowed down repeatedly begging for the girl's forgiveness. The girl looked down at Yomei in shock, not getting that he took her words to heart. People started to look over at the two incredulously, some making assumptions and murmuring; 'ah, young love.' Before going on with their business.

The girl quickly got onto her knees and started to shake Yomei and explaining to him how she didn't actually mean it and how she thought he was quite cute. Yomei quickly popped back up, sending a wink to the girl and exclaiming out loud "Thanks Himari-chan!"

Yori buried her head into the heels of her palms and shook her head. After letting out an exaggerated sigh she left Yomei there and promptly ran to a girl with twins buns. Yomei used Gamers eye on both girls, shifting through their stats.

Yomei pursed his lips in thought, from what he's seen so far he's guessing that there must be certain levels for certain ranks. The normal citizens must be 0-20, this would make more sense seeing as the Matron wasn't trained to be a ninja.

Yomei's thin eyebrow raised. It seems as if the Gamers eye levelled up somehow. He wondered whether or not one day it would give their whole life story. Yomei snorted at this and walked briskly inside the academy grounds, checking the clock. Yomei did a recoil once he noticed it was five to eight. Damn he was lucky.

Yomei nodded to himself and followed the rest of the children into the academy. Once he noticed an odd shaped hairstyle he knew he was in the right place. The Hokage stood up and said some unnecessary words that he knew he would forget later. He didn't mind missing out on a few details since he already watched this happen numerous times before. This is what rewatching was for.

As soon as the old man finished his dreadfully long speech all the little children headed in towards the ninja academy, following behind their assigned teachers. After taking a quick once over he was happy to know that he was in the famed rookie nine class. Hopefully he could make the rookie nine a rookie twelve.

The teacher turned around to the board and started writing some words down, some of the clan children made that their cue to sit down. He quickly thought over where he should sit. The Uchiha clan wasn't dead yet so he could make some connections through Sasuke while he could. But he could also easily learn the jutsu's by himself seeing as he knew where they were hidden.

If he sat next to Choji he wouldn't gain much except a bit of a snack and extra weight. That wasn't really helpful but if he missed out on breakfast one day by accident this would be a quick fix.

If he sat down next to Ino he could get information about the TI. But Ino wouldn't know about that stuff until she was older so he might wait on that. Thinking about it he probably should wait until they're older, girls were attracted by the Uchiha looks after all.

Sakura would be utterly useless. He has nothing against her it's just that she doesn't have a unique background. She's just a normal civilian girl until she becomes an ass kicking apprentice of Tsunade. Maybe around that time he'll befriend her.

Kiba was definitely a no no. With Yomei's sensitive ears he probably wouldn't be able to do much around him. He was technically Naruto with a dog. Not much Kiba can do for him with that.

Shino probably wouldn't talk to him much. So he was ruled out even with his awesome kekkei genkai. Hinata was okay, but she wouldn't be able to say a coherent sentence until shippuden and there was also the problem with the Hyūga. They probably wouldn't let their precious heiress near an Uchiha. They would probably figure it out because of his immense chakra.

Shikamaru was smart. Nearly too smart. If he asked information about the TI he would probably get a suspicious look and a call in from the Hokage. But it would be beneficial if he made friends with him, aside from the negatives it was a pretty good deal.

Naruto. The hero of the story and the reincarnation of what's his face- Indra? Or was it Ashura? It would be a joy to sit next to the loud mouth but there was also the setback of his sensitive hearing. But if he got close enough to him he might gain some high ground with him.

He was going to be the Hokage in the future after all. And an ass kicker.

Yomei decided it there. He wouldn't be a pushover like most of Konoha nine. He was going to get stronger than any Hidden Leaf ninja has before. He was going to surpass Madara and Hashirama. And he was definitely going to surpass Naruto. That was his dream, and his dream he will fulfil!
