(After defeating Salem, the Gamer Spider-Man is seen as a hero to the people of Earth and Remnant.)

(Spider-Man and the Gotham Knights are seen patrolling Tokyo)

Red Hood: I've heard that The Joker was here lately.

Spider-Man: Whatever he is planning, we must stop before its too late!

Batgirl: We have you by our side, cutie. What could possibly go wrong?

(They arrive at a castle and they see The Joker, Blackfire and Deathstroke tying Doctor Kurt Connors up in a chair)

The Joker: Well, doctor... (shows a mutagen) I have a gift for you! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

(Blackfire notices Nightwing's presence and licks her lips.)

Deathstroke: My, my... we got company.

Spider-Man: Remember when you asked what could possibly go wrong, Babs?

Nightwing: Deathstroke noticed us!

(Then Spider-Man's senses tingle)

Spider-Man: Spider sense tingling!

(Then a whip wraps around Spider-Man's neck and he is pulled)

Batgirl: Spider!

(Then Deathstroke starts shooting)

Nightwing: Damn it!

(Spider-Man falls down, then he gets pinned by a white haired woman wearing a cat suit.)

????: I knew you would come.

Spider-Man: So you're involved in this, huh?

(Spider-Man pushes her and gets up)

????: You mean that trio? No, I don't kill people.

(Spider-Man picks up the speed shoes and hits the enemy with fast attacks before kicking her away)

Spider-Man: Look, I would like to spend time with you, really. But I have a scientist to save. So... see ya.

(Spider-Man goes back to help the Gotham Knights. Nightwing is seen trying to attack Deathstroke, only to be tackled by Blackfire)

Blackfire: Hello, darling.

Nightwing: Komand'r?

(Meanwhile Red Hood confronts The Joker)

Red Hood: I have been waiting for this moment, Joker!

The Joker: Uh uh uh. One wrong move, and I turn this doctor into a lizard!

Red Hood: And you think this didn't happen to him, huh?

(This confuses The Joker as Doctor Connors transforms into The Lizard)

Lizard: Sssssso, Joker...

Robin: Geez...

(Deathstroke is seen trying to shoot Batgirl down, but Spider-Man comes in and kicks the mercenary.)

Spider-Man: Leave her alone!

(Robin is seen fighting The Lizard. He throws some batarangs, but The Lizard scratches them.)

Robin: Damn it...

(Red Hood is seen about to kill The Joker)

Red Hood: This is the end for you!

(Red Hood is about to shoot The Joker down, but...)

Robin: Jason, look out!

(Then Red Hood uses his knife and blocks Harley Quinn's hammer before kicking her)

Red Hood: Joker's puppy, huh?

Harley Quinn: Nobody harms my pudding!

The Joker: (sighs) Harley, you know I hate when you call me pudding.

Red Hood: Of course you do, pudding!

(Joker and Harley draw their guns and try to shoot Red Hood down, but the vigilante avoids and they shot each other instead and fall down. Meanwhile, The Lizard uses the mutagen and grows up)

Robin: Oh, crap!

(The Lizard then grabs Robin)

Lizard: Humans inferior, Lizard sss superior!

(Blackfire and Nightwing see the giant Lizard)

Blackfire: Oh... isn't this nice? Your friends will die at the hands of Lizard, and there is nothing you can do, Richard. Wanna know why? (whispers in his ear) Because I will make you all mine!

(Then Batgirl uses her grappling hook and shoots it at Blackfire.)

Batgirl: Leave him alone!

(Blackfire pulls Batgirl and grabs her neck)

Blackfire: Not so smart, are you?

Spider-Man: (off-screen) But I am!

(Then they see Spider-Man who became giant due to using a mega mushroom)

Blackfire: You?

(Then Spider-Man knocks Blackfire out with one blow)

Nightwing: How did you get so big?

Spider-Man: I ate a Mega Mushroom I picked up from my utility belt.

Batgirl: This explains it all.

(Then they see The Lizard rampaging)

Spider-Man: Now to take care of the big bad Lizard!

(Then the heroes go to face The Lizard)

Spider-Man: Hey, Lizard!

Lizard: Big Ssssspider wanna fight Big Lizard?

Spider-Man: Big Spider beat Big Lizard!

(Then an epic battle starts. The Lizard attacks first, but Spider-Man grabs his arm, then Batgirl jumps at it. As The Lizard tries to use his other hand, Spider-Man grabs it too, then Nightwing jumps at it.)

Nightwing: Babs, remember when the Justice League fought Darkseid for the first time?

Batgirl: I do, Diana and Barry poked his eyes.

Nightwing: This is what I'm talking about.

(Then Robin, who is released from The Lizard's grip, lands in the ground)

Robin: I have a better idea! Did you guys watch Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back?

Spider-Man: I just played a Super Nintendo game with this name!

Red Hood: I prefer Nightwing's idea. It worked once, and there is a big chance to work again.

(Then the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the woman dressed as a cat come in)

Michelangelo: I watched the movie. Why?

Robin: Remember what the Rebel Alliance did to the walkers?

Spider-Man: Good idea, Robin.

????: I'll wrap this big lizard's legs.

Batgirl: Count me in.

Robin: And me!

(Then Spider-Man kicks The Lizard away as Batgirl, Robin and the woman dressed as a cat use their ropes to wrap around The Lizard's legs.)

Spider-Man: Now for the final blow!

(Spider-Man punches The Lizard's face, knocking him out. Then Donatello approaches the fallen Lizard and injects an antidote which undoes the effects of the mutagen, reverting The Lizard back to its normal size, then Spider-Man reverts back to his normal size too before seeing The Lizard reverting back to Kurt Connors)

Spider-Man: Good job, Gotham Knights, Turtles, and...

????: Black Cat.

Spider-Man: Black Cat, huh?

(Then Black Cat takes half of Spider-Man's mask and kisses him in the lips, much for Batgirl's jealousy)

Red Hood: And I thought Bruce was the only one who dated cat ladies...

Robin: Changing subjects... what about the other villains?

Spider-Man: Komand'r won't wake up so soon. The Joker and Harley Quinn "killed" each other.

Nightwing: So Slade was the only one who escaped...

Batman: (comes in dragging the unconscious Deathstroke) Don't bet on it.

Robin: Batman being Batman...

Michelangelo: Why don't we eat some pizza?

Spider-Man: I prefer to eat something... different.

Nightwing: How about some Chinese Food?

Black Cat: That sounds good.

Spider-Man: I'll pay.

(Then the heroes are seen eating some Chinese Food while a familiar old man is seen reading a newspaper which shows the headlines "Giant Spider knocks Big Lizard")

Stan Lee: We don't see that everyday.

(The screen fades out)
