(Cinder is seen at Vale discussing with her friend)

Cinder: I just don't get it, Emerald… how could I disobey my mistress and hesitate to kill that man when I had a chance?

Emerald: I just hope she doesn't think you're outliving your usefulness.

Cinder: So do I. I'm nothing without her.

(Then a silver haired boy comes in)

????: I just hope you realize that such failures will not be taken lightly, Cinder.

Cinder: I don't need to be lectured by you, Mercury!

Mercury: I'm just trying to warn you that if our mistress gets dethroned, that will be your fault!

Emerald: Mercury, I guess she's more troubled than she should.

Mercury: (sighs) Defending her as usual, aren't you, Emerald? Well… who am I to judge, right? (grabs Emerald's wrist) Now come on, we got some rebels to hunt down.

(As Mercury and Emerald leave, Cinder is approached by Palutena, Casey Jones, Rogue and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.)

Palutena: Cinder.

Cinder: Palutena. You got some nerve to try to talk to me.

Palutena: Listen, you need to…

Cinder: I will not betray my mistress!

Rogue: She's just trying to…

Cinder: If you won't leave me alone, then you're dead. All of you!

(Then Casey and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles draw their weapons)

Casey: GONGALLA!!

(Casey tries to hit Cinder, but she grabs him in the neck)

Cinder: A powerless earthling trying to beat me? Pathetic!

(Cinder slams Casey down, then the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles try their luck, but she shoots a fire arrow which multiplies. Rogue tries to touch her with her bare hand, but Cinder grabs her wrist)

Cinder: So you can absorb the powers of anyone you touch, huh? Interesting.

(Then Cinder throws Rogue down before shooting a fireball which multiplies and hits the turtles. Leonardo tries to get up, but Cinder steps in his back)

Cinder: Don't get up!

Palutena: Do you really want to do this?

Cinder: If my mistress will be pleased with their deaths, so be it.

Palutena: Did you know Salem had two children?

Cinder: Two children? She couldn't unless… Ozpin…

Palutena: If you want to find out who are they, go to Atlas Laboratory.

Cinder: I can't. I got no access.

Palutena: The decision is yours.

(Then the heroes leave. Curious about what Palutena meant, she decides to go to Atlas. As she leaves, a young boy wearing a green suit comes in with what seems to be Ozpin's spirit.)

????: You didn't say I had brothers, father.

Ozpin: Whatever Salem is planning, we can only hope that girl realizes her mistakes before it's too late.

????: I guess you're right.

(At Atlas, Cinder is approached by Mercury Black)

Mercury: Did you forget this area is restricted, even for us?

Cinder: Get out of my way, Mercury!

Mercury: Just stand down before…

(Cinder punches Mercury in the gut)

Cinder: I warned you!

Mercury: You'll regret this!

(Mercury tries to hit Cinder, but she easily avoids the attacks)

Mercury: Damn it, I forgot you had the fall maiden's powers.

(Then Cinder grabs Mercury's neck)

Cinder: Just like you forgot your place?

Mercury: You're the one who…

(Cinder slams Mercury down, then creates a fire spear and pierces one of his legs, causing him to scream in pain, then she kicks his face, knocking him out)

Cinder: Now to find out the truth about Ozpin and Salem.

(Then she arrives at Atlas Laboratory and sees a young black haired girl waking up. The girl looks at Cinder)

????: You're the one who killed my father?

Cinder: Huh?

????: Did you kill my father?

Cinder: Is Ozpin your father?

(The girl smirks, and then turns into a fallen angel)

Cinder: Who are you anyway?

????: My name is Yuuma Pine, daughter of Ozpin. But I'm also known as Raynare.

Cinder: You will join your father again then!

Raynare: You'll pay for this!

(Raynare then creates an energy spear, then throws it at Cinder, who avoids it. Then she shoots some flaming arrows which multiplies, but Raynare creates another energy spear and spins it to shield herself. She didn't expect Cinder to quickly sneak behind her and burn her with her abilities.)

Cinder: Stupid, just like Ozpin.

(Just then, General Ironwood comes in)

Ironwood: Mercury was wise to suspect about you!

Cinder: Ironwood…

(Then Ironwood uses his Duo Process and starts shooting as Cinder avoids the shots.)

Ironwood: It all worked so well. That's why I allowed you to come here, you know.

(Then he finally shoots her)

Ironwood: Not that you wouldn't ever come here, you… failure!

(Enraged, Cinder gets up and shoots a giant fireball. Ironwood tries to stop it with his cybernetic hand, but it proves to be in vain as the entire laboratory is destroyed. Then Cinder approaches him)

Cinder: Who's the failure now, traitor?

(Ironwood tries to get up, but no avail. Then Cinder drags him to Salem's throne room as Salem gets surprised)

Salem: What's the meaning of this?

(Cinder throws Ironwood close to Salem)

Cinder: Ironwood revived your archenemy's daughter, my mistress!

(Then Ironwood gets up as Salem approaches him)

Salem: Good work, Ironwood.

Cinder: (surprised) What?

Salem: By harming my daughter, you proved to be a traitor, Cinder.

Cinder: (angry) Palutena was right about you then!

Salem: Shang Tsung, Watts. Take the traitor away! She will be executed!

Watts: Understood.

(As Shang Tsung and Arthur Watts take Cinder away, Emerald watches the scene)

Emerald: I failed you, Cinder. Now I must make amends.

????: (comes in) Let me help you.

Emerald: Oscar?
