Why did you call this emergency meeting?" Raghav sir asked me as soon as everyone settled down.

Father, pramod and Abiram was also waiting for me to answer as it was my first time calling an emergency meeting.

"I have news" I said and opened the projector.

"But we analysed his firearm!" Abiram exclaimed. "It was said that his gun was not a police gun like you suspected!"

"Are you sure about this?" Father asked me as his face looked grim.

"100 percent, Besides, I think He's a junior of officer Ajith roy" I added.

"What the!" Raghav sir said slowly.

"He's ACP Suresh Kumar's son and Ajith Roy's Junior? On top of everything else, He's working with Reporter Trishana and Shahid Khan and her gang!?" He looked around. "This is more severe than we thought" He whispered.

"The other two? Who are they?" Abiram growled now, Asking about Aditya and Aditi.

I shook my head.

"No idea, But I am afraid that it will not be easy for us, Each and everyone of them are very dangerous to us, We have to consider them as dangerous too" I said.

"What's karthik's relationship to the palace group?" Father asked. "How come palace group appeared when his ACP Suresh was attacked?"

"May be they all are working together!" Raghav sir said. "We need to be extra careful now, Mahesh is already jailed and Abiram is suspected for instigating murder after sanjay is arrested from the hospital!"

"I am worried about it too" I looked at Abiram. "We cannot afford to lose face anymore or we will be really in trouble"

"Truth magazine has published your pictures with Sanjay, Everyone is aware that Sanjay is working for you" Ragav sir said.

"Sanjay won't betray me" Abiram said firmly. "He will be ready to die for me, So without evidence, They can't get a warrant against me" He said.

"Did you think that I don't know there's a spy inside?" Father said slowly, Dangerously and pramod looked shocked.

"Then tell me" Father said. "When Varsha and her gang went to Mahesh's private residence, Abiram sent his men as backup, But they were stopped by palace group's men, How come they know about it!?"

"You think that I informed them!? It was me who took them as prisoners! Did you forget that? I brought that two guys and that girl to the headquarters as prisoners!" He exclaimed.

"Because they were already trapped by Sam that time" Abiram said slowly. "Sam already had them and You couldn't do anything but take them here" Abiram stared at him. "You were betraying us!"

"But..But It was..Arj.."

"It was me who informed him about the crisis that time" I said slowly. "But I don't understand how it's related to-"

"I will tell you how everything is related" Father got up from his chair. "I knew that we have a spy inside, I noticed the manipulations and knew about you, Pramod, Then when Mahesh was attacked at his private residence, Abiram sent his men and they couldn't reach there as palace group men stopped them on their way, Everyone thought that palace group was angry because we blamed them for Abraham's death, But it was actually to help Reporter Trishana and her friends" He stopped.

"No!" Pramod shouted. "I am not helping them, I haven't even talked to them, You can't do this to me!"

"Everyone was busy that day, Raghav and I was in the headquarters and controlling the situation, Arjun contacted SI Thomas and stopped Reporter Trishana and her cameraman from reaching the residence, Abiram took his private goons while Mahesh was already fighting with Varsha Abraham and her friends, What were you doing then, Pramod, Because you were the only one who was not in our sight"

"I was helping Sam to catch them" He exclaimed.

"You pretended to help because you had no choice then" Abiram accused.

"No!"

"Then tell me Pramod" Father took a step towards him. "What happened to their guns?" He said. "If I am right, You were supposed to take care of it!" Father said.

"That's right!" Raghav sir exclaimed. "Arjun said that it was a police officer's gun, Then you send it for verification and suddenly the result changed!" He said.

"That's...I don't know!..I will never ever help palace group or Reporter Trishana, I left palace group with you! You can't do this to me!" Pramod looked desperate now.

And I watched him coldly.

That's right, You did more than that, Pramod, You conspired with Narayan and Raghav to destroy the company, You planned the murder of my family with them...Now face the consequences!

"You switched the guns to hide their identity?" I asked in a unbelievable tone.

"It..wasn't me...it was not me!" He started to take steps back as father stopped in front of him.

Father took out his gun and pointed at Pramod.

"What..No! You can't do this to me! I followed you all these years, I did whatever you asked me to, I even helped you to get rid of Rajnath family! I killed people for you! You can't do this to me"

His cries echoed in the room and I closed my eyes tightly.

I really want the bastard dead, But I know I can't do that.

"Father" I said, taking a step forward. "Let me deal with him, I need to confirm a few things, Killing will not solve any of-"

I stilled as the gunshot echoed in the room.

A motionless bloody body of Pramod slide down, Hit the table and fell down the floor and I fisted my hands tightly.

I watched him in shock, My heart trembled.

The bullet hole between his eyebrows was just a point, His eyes were widened and still in shock while his body was motionless.

I tightened my fist as blood started to spread across the floor.

No, I will not feel guilty...He was the one who decided to betray my family just so that he can get a higher position..He was the one who kidnapped Jasmine with Abiram, He was the one who killed so many people...I won't regret this.

He got what he deserved...

Father turned around to a frozen Raghav, Abiram and me.

"Tell them to get rid of the traitor's body and file a man missing case after two days" He said.

Mahesh...jailed, Abiram..A major suspect of Priyanka case, Pramod...murdered by his own boss.

That leaves Raghav; Who knew every single evil things Narayan and others have ever done and supported it, And my dearest Father; Who's Responsible for every single thing that happened all these time..

"Arjun-"

I snapped out and looked at father who was staring at me.

"Now you know why I wanted you to be strong hearted, If you hesitate to kill people, They will kill you instead" He said and walked out.

Killing his own ally didn't seem to make any difference to him.

Everyone looked shocked as I reported what happened.

"Narayan killed their ED?" Karthik asked unbelievably.

"Without batting an eyelid, He don't even feel any remorse after this, We have already obtained the evidence" He said.

"Then why can't we just put him behind the bar?, We already have the evidences against them"

"Arjun and Officer Ajith roy started this, They wanted to completely trap Narayan from all direction, So it will take some time to expose this" I said. "Just like all those murders he committed is still hidden"

"They don't want to leave any loopholes, They want to destroy surya group completely" Shahid nodded.

"What happens now?"Aditi asked. "What's the next step, When are we going to expose all of these?"

While Everyone send him off, I sat there in a trance.

My mind is numb from the news that Narayan has killed his ED with his own hands.

I am worried about Arjun now.

"Calm down, Trisha" Shahid consoled me as he sit beside me. "Arjun knows them better, He's been staying with them for a long time" he said.

But even when we discussed the next steps, I couldn't help but worry about him.

Narayan is heartless, He will kill Arjun without any second thoughts if his identity is revealed.

Arjun will disappear...

The thought didn't sit well with me and as soon as our discussion was over, I walked to the second floor where Arjun had arranged my office.

I can't not do anything when everyone is in danger, It's high time I go back to my office.

I need to trap Surya group and help out with the plans.

I walked to the room Arjun prepared for us and entered the evidence room.

Even though we knew what had happened then, This is strong evidence that the commissioner didn't assist him in the mission and double crossed him.

I moved down and read again.

"I know it's a dangerous thing to ask you to do, But if I sent it to the police headquarters, I am afraid that they will settle it quietly, What we need is media attention and public awareness"

He stopped.

I was trembling from head to foot now.

I reached for my phone and dialled karthik.

"Hello?" He asked me confused that I am calling him from the same house.

Everyone else looked as shocked too.

"He sent you a scheduled mail" Shahid said. "That means he wanted everyone to know what went wrong if the mission failed"

"This is enough evidence to prove that the commissioner of police is involved"

"The bloody bastard even announced that it was an 'unfortunate incident' in the press conference after Suresh sir was shot, I would really like to see his face when this get exposed" Aditya Said.

"I still don't understand why he go forward with it if he suspected that he will get hurt" Varsha said.

"I think he was confident about the mission, That's why he went forward with it" Aditi said slowly. "He sent a scheduled mail just to make sure" She added. "If everything went fine, I think he would have cancelled it"

Shahid nodded.

"I too was thinking the same thing" He said. "I really appreciate the way he came up with something like this" Shahid said. "It's a deadly trap to Abiram too, your dad was expecting him or his private goon to come, But instead, One officer; Thomas came for him while another officer, The commissioner failed to provide him with assistance" He said. "It's a huge blow to the Surya group and their officers" He said.

Everyone was still discussing while I sat there, Unable to move or express my thoughts.

I went through the mail again.

"Karthik, You..okay?" Trisha asked me and Everyone turned to me.

"I am his son, He didn't ask help from me" I said slowly. "I would have protected him if I knew it beforehand"

"He didn't tell me beforehand, Karthik" Trisha said. "He didn't want me to work with him, That's why he sent me a scheduled mail" She said.

"He was not planning to get hurt" Aditya said. "The only reason he sent Trisha that message is because he know she can expose it, She's a famous reporter who's followed by a lot of people"

"He also knew that you are a STO" Aditi said. "He wouldn't want you to come public"

I knew they all were right, But I just couldn't accept it.

"Trisha and him worked together before, So it's not a wonder he sent her the plan" Shahid said. "After all, He was not expecting something to go wrong"

I took a deep breath and nodded, I got up abruptly and they all looked at me, worried.

"I am just visiting him in the hospital" Karthik said. "Dr.prakash said he's showing improvement" He said.

"But you cannot-"

"My identity is already revealed, Varsha" I cut across her. "It's no problem even if surya group spot me there" I said. "The bodyguards we placed there are still there, They cannot attack me"

"Be careful" Aditya said. "Even if they won't do anything rash in a situation like this, You better be careful" He said.

I nodded.

"I will" I said firmly. "After all, I need to settle this debt with them, For that I have to be alive" My voice hardened at the last sentence.

"Do you..want me to accompany you?" Aditi asked as everyone including myself turned to her.

"Like last time?" She added quickly. "I can help-"

"You can't, Aditi" I said. "I am grateful, But if surya group comes to know that the heirs of Dhyani hospitals are still alive, It will be more dangerous than this" I said. "Now all we can do is do everything to protect your identity"

"I can drive you there-" Aditya started.

"Aditya" I said slowly. "I just want some time alone"

Trisha.

As soon as he walked out, I got up.

"I am just going to get my suit and glasses" I told them.

"But you cannot go out!"

"Arjun especially said-"

"I am not going out" I said sternly. "I am just going live as Reporter Trishana" I said. "I think it's time for me to get back on track" I added.

"I am in the middle of decrypting the files" Shahid said and turned to Aditya. "Arjun asked you to...to analyse the autopsy reports of some cases" He looked hesitant now.

"Why does he want me to analyse the autopsy reports?" He asked slowly. "What is he not telling us?"

"He said he cannot talk without being 100 percent sure, But I think it's something regarding the killer that was sent to karthik's dad" He said and turned to Aditi.

"I..I am currently working on..Dhyani case" He said slowly. "You were the only one who was there at the time, Is it possible for you to..recount it?" He asked slowly. "I have already decoded Ajith Roy sir's version, But I think It will be good if we go through it again, I don't want to miss out any details"

Aditya looked at Aditi who was looking ashen.

"I will help you with the details, Aditi cannot speak about it, I was the person who found all of them-"

"I am okay" Aditi said. "I witnessed and experienced it, I can talk about it" She added more firmly and Shahid nodded.

Abiram.

"Sir?" Did you call me?" Nakulan asked me.

Now that Mahesh is locked up, He decided to work with me- One one condition; I will help Mahesh out of the jail and I promised him that.

"I have been watching Arjun like you said, Nothing is suspicious about him, I don't know why Mahesh want me to follow him" I said. "What is it you are not telling me?" I asked him. "I can't take orders from him unless I know what's going on" I stared at Nakulan.

"Nothing is confirmed yet" He said slowly. "Mahesh sir will-"

"Don't forget that I Am your boss now, Mahesh cannot do anything as long as he's locked up inside, I suggest you tell me what's he got against Arjun, Do you have any new informations?" I asked.

He hesitated and I didn't back down.

"There's nothing worth reporting except that...I just found out that Arjun sir's cars were in an accident recently"

"What's wrong with that?" I looked at him.

"Two of his cars, One mercedes benz and a red maserati was met with the accident on the same night" He said.

My heart jumped at that.

"What was that date?"

"It was brought there on last monday, So I guess that the accident happened last sunday" he said.

"That's the day we were planning to trap Acp Suresh Kumar and Reporter Trishana while they were meeting the DIB, Arjun attended the meeting and his car was still okay that time, That means something happened after he left" I said.

"That's also the same night that Karan went missing" Nakulan reminded me.

"Yes...Arjun said that he sent Karan on an errand" I nodded my head slowly. "I feel something is off" I said "Keep digging, But careful, Arjun is too sharp, Don't let him catch you" I added.

"You will be definitely targeted by the media for a few days, But I can prevent the arrest warrant as long as they don't have evidence of your involvement" I said.

"But she exposed my name" Abiram said.

"Yes, She did, But It was just a theory by ACP Suresh Kumar that you will sent your men there, There's no solid evidence to prove that SI Thomas Mathew went there on your instructions or The commissioner was acting on your order" I said. "We can make use of this and turn it against themselves, We can just tell the public that you are being intentionally targeted, we can even use this to get rid of the Priyanka case now" I said. "Just link the two cases and say that you were wrongly accused for both of them, As long as they don't have evidence to prove otherwise, we will be fine" I said.

"Whoa! That's good!" Ragav sir said.

"But if Officer Suresh kumar opened his eyes, It will be difficult" I said.

"Officer Suresh Kumar has no improvements" Father said. "He is in coma, His chances of waking up is too low" Father said. "I already had my men contact his attending Doctor"

I know that the "attending Doctor" is none other than Dr.Prakash.

"Then we will file a defamation suit against Reporter Trishana" I said. "If she cannot prove her accusations that Abiram was involved in the case, We can win easily" I said.

So after the meeting was dismissed, I walked out.

"I will trust you with this then" I turned around. "I have to arrange a suit against Reporter Trishana" I said.

Karan's eyebrows shot up, Surprised.

"You are angry, Sir?" He asked me.

"Why should I be?" I said. "We are not that close to discuss everything beforehand" I said. "Reporter Trishana is an independent person and So am I, I am not worried at all" I stated.

"I didn't ask if you were worried sir, I asked if you were angry" Karan said and I looked at him.

"Uh..sorry, I got it" He said. "I was just -"

"Don't talk about Reporter Trishana in front of me" I turned around and walked back.

When I see you again, You have a lot of explanation to do, Reporter Trishana...
