Isabella's POV

Another day went by like any other day. Nothing new happened, just the same old routine that always seemed to happen. I'm in my room all alone just glancing at the night sky. Oh how I wish I could be like a star being free up in the sky. I wish many things, but they never come true.

I sighed as I let my blonde hair lay on my shoulders and pull up the sleeves from my jacket revealing the painful scars. I lighty touch them and could feel tears strolling down my cheek, but I pull down my sleeves before slipping into my bed.

I try to fall asleep, but I couldn't fall alseep. Not when thoughts swirl around my mind. I want to leave this place and go somewhere far. Far far away to where I could be loved for once, where I could be free.

My eyes slowly drift away, but soon I hear my window slide open and I open my eyes to see a dark figure with glowing white eyes in my room.

I snapped out into reality letting the thoughts go out to waste. I wasn't afraid, but curious. I sat up in my bed as the dark figure flew closer to me and it spoke.

" You seem to be lost young one. " , he spoke in a deep voice

" I am not lost. " , I replied " But broken. "

" Broken? " , he questioned " Why? "

" None of your business. " , I huffed

" Oh but I do know. " , he said " I have been
watching you. "

I gave it a glare as the figure approached closer to me causing me to slightly scoot away.

" I know your struggles, your hopes, your dreams, and what made those scars. " , he said

" What do you want? " , I asked

" Oh I don't want anything, but I can take you somewhere far away from here. " , he suggested

" Where? " , I asked

" A place called Neverland where you don't have to worry about anything. " , he stated as it flew around me.

" What are you? " , I asked

" A shadow. " , he answered

" Where is your person? " , I asked

" My master is in Neverland. " , he spoke " But I'm sure he won't mind if I brought you. "

" Give me a good reason I should go with you. " , I said stubbornly

" Well unless you want to deal with them. ", he whispered in my ear.

I could hear footsteps stomping on the stairs and to my room as the knock was pounding on my room.

" OPEN THE DOOR YOU LITTLE BRAT! " , their angry voice shouted

I pace in fear and looked at the shadow.

" You wouldn't want to deal with them wouldn't you? " , he asked

The pounding got harder and the yelling got louder.

" I WILL BREAK THIS DOOR IF YOU DONT OPEN IT! "

I slid out of my bed and put on some shoes as I hung on to my jacket and walked up to the shadow as I held out my hand.

" Take me. Take me far far away from here please. " , I pleaded

The shadow nodded and grabbed my hand as we flew out of my room through the window far from my house. I could hear yelling and groans coming from behind me, but it was behind me for a reason.

I'm leaving.

I'm going far far away from here.

Hopefully this " master " would welcome me to Neverland and be nice to me.

Maybe it wouldn't be that bad after all.

Away from my old life into my new life.
