*CLANG*

Y/N's blade clashed with Esdeath and their movements became a blur as she grins madly.

Esdeath: *grin* You're very good! Are you a wandering swordsman of sorts? A mercenary? Perhaps........an assassin?

Y/N: You could say I was a mercenary of sorts. Needed to make a living but I'm pretty well of now.

Esdeath: How about you come to the Empire with me? I'm sure they'll want someone strong like you!

Y/N: Why don't you fight with those ice powers of yours?

Esdeath: I'd hate to lose a valuable fighter like you. Besides, it'd be a shame to kill someone with so much potential.

Y/N: '8TH FORM RAVAGING STORM!'

Esdeath: WEISSSCHNABEL!

*SLICE*

Y/N's shockwaves were negated by the hundreds of ice shards heading his way and they clashed once more-

Esdeath: GRAUHORN!

Y/N: 'BIFURCATION!'

And she blocks his first blow before he chops the massive pillar of ice rushing at him in half.

Y/N: What if I told you I was holding back too? I have yet to show my true capabilities.

Esdeath: *smirk* Not bad. You proved to be a decent warmup after all-

*BAM*

Y/N throws his blade and she was caught off guard as she dodges but yet he disappears only to tackle her onto the ground from behind.

Y/N: GOTCHA!

Esdeath: You can teleport? Is that a Teigu of yours?

Y/N: Nope. It's a technique, not a Teigu and I learned it from a friend. He calls it Boogie Woogie.

Esdeath: 'A rather unique and ridiculous name.'

Y/N: So uh.......*smile* Is that good enough for you?

Esdeath: 'What is this feeling?'

Y/N: Uh.....are you ok?

*STAB*

Y/N: MOTHERFU-

He jumps off of Esdeath, avoiding the ice spikes shooting out from the ground as his wound heals.

Esdeath: 'Regeneration?' You let your guard down.

Y/N: You looked strange for a moment.

Esdeath: *tch* That was nothing.

She looks around, seeing the massive hills of ice surrounding the area as Y/N turns to the Capital.

Y/N: I'll just head right-

*GRAB*

Esdeath: Allow me to guide you back.

She grabs his arm and proceeds him to drag him to the Capital.

Esdeath: Your blade is....intriguing. Whenever I coat my body with ice I have an instinctive reaction to jump back.

Y/N: It's not a Teigu but it does have a special property where it ignores physical durability and cuts into the very soul.

Esdeath: So it ignores armor, but can still clash with weapons.

Y/N: Yes.

Esdeath: A worthy warrior with a worthy sword. *smile* Y/N is it? How old are you?

Y/N: 20.

Esdeath: 'A younger boy....' Let us make haste to the center of the capital!

I think this General Esdeath is infatuated with me.

Pyrrha narrowed her eyes at the tablet call though everyone else was flabbergasted, especially Najenda who had told Pyrrha who Esdeath was.

Najenda: She's the strongest of the empire.

Oh damn. Well I'm screwed. We kind of fought and now she's dragging me to the Capital against my will. She's insisting I join her. Do you all need an inside man?

Lubbock: An....inside man?

Leone: Wait. This could be a good opportunity for us. But why would she arrive back early?

Tatsumi: Early?

Akame: This is not good news.

Boa, stay with the others. I think I can make this work for all of us. Do you trust me?

Boa: Yes I do.

Esdeath: I'm not sure where to go from here.

She sat next to him, noting how he was 3-4 inches taller than her as he yawns.

Y/N: So why bring me to your sleeping quarters?

Esdeath: I was thinking. On the way back my whole life has always been survival of the fittest. The glory of fighting, killing, being the strongest and above all else. But.....I want something different. This feeling of love......I want a man suitable for me, a young man who I can love and trust. I have thought about it and I do have preferences.

Y/N: Do I fit them?

Esdeath: Of course.

Y/N: I'm already taken.

The floor instantly freezes and he turns to see a shadow covering her face.

Esdeath:......

Y/N: 'Oh god.'

Esdeath: Is she a capable warrior too?

Y/N: Yes I'd say so. Around my level.

Esdeath: I want to meet her as soon as possible. How old is she?

Y/N: Two years younger. She's a childhood friend.

She seemed a bit angry, ice forming but fading away as Esdeath calms her anger down.

Y/N: I can try working something out.

Esdeath: No. I promised myself to have no other lovers besides the one I choose! It will be the same for you!

Y/N: 'Oh fuck she's really angry now. OH FUCK OH FUCK!'

On second thought can Pyrrha be an inside guy too?

Pyrrha: *smile* Pyrrha Nikos. A pleasure to meet you General Esdeath.

Esdeath: 'Strong. Firm grip. A spear of sorts.....flames too?'

She was clearly intrigued by Pyrrha's kind but competitive nature, seeing that she's just an inch or two taller than her as they greet each other.

Esdeath: I heard you were Y/N's lover.

Pyrrha: *chuckle* Hehe.....yeah-

Esdeath: He's mine.

Pyrrha:....EXCUSE ME?!

Esdeath: You heard me.

They butt heads as Esdeath smirks at Pyrrha's growling.

???: Esdeath that's not how this works.

Esdeath: What do you mean?

???: I'm Bols. I must admit I had my fair share of experiences in relationships as I now have a wife and a kid.

Bols: Forcing a relationship isn't a healthy way to show your love. Not to mention he has a partner. First, let's stop the advances

Esdeath's face darkens as Y/N and Pyrrha breathe an inward sigh of relief-

Bols: You should take it step by step by first getting to know each other better.

Y/N: 'Fuck.'

Y/N and Pyrrha could only listen as Bols tries to give his advice and Esdeath nods in understanding.

Esdeath: *cough* Maybe I didn't get to know you better. I am General Esdeath of the Empire. I.........won't interfere in this relationship of yours if you two are very close as childhood friends.

Pyrrha: Go-

Esdeath: But are you perhaps willing to share?

Pyrrha: 'AAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!'

Y/N: Depends on what Pyrrha says.

Pyrrha:...........Alright.
