This is a long over due update that required a lot of development work in order to be created. Again, courtesy to Raven herself, this new city has been created. Warning to all outlaws and criminals, it is nearly impossible to get inside of this city. For an avatar would have to make their way past the security gates.

    They seem basic. Yet, these gates are capable of scanning your current status for hacking records, broken rules on record, and current status in society. For the sake of any avatar entering here though, find another way to get inside. Simply because of the fact that if the gates are not used, a person would have to figure out way to get over the wall surrounding the entire city.

    An avatar should not ask what exactly this type of security can do. It's best to not know the answer to that.

    Also, those who enter here must be equipped with something classified as "electro-technical" on them,what be modified in any shape, form, or fashion by technology; or have an item that has been recently technologically modified in order to actually be accepted as a possible visitor here.

    Meanwhile, trade with NPC's and AI's at various special markets to gain useful to useless items as time goes on. Have fun and look out for The Matrix AI's and Red-orange Tron AI's.
