They were on par. Omearc, however, was calm.

Omearc flipped backwards, away from Omeariac.

He punched towards Omeariac multiple times, and the vibrations from his punches caused shockwaves going at Omeariac.

"SOARING FIST!" Omearc yelled.

Omeariac teleported behind Omearc.

"JUSTICE COMBINATION!" he yelled and did a barrage of attacks on Omearc.

Omearc got blown away, and charged up a Kamehameha. He used it to surf across the ground and give himself balance. He then jumped up, faced Omeariac, and yelled, "DIVINE KAMEHAMEHA!"

He launched at straight at Omeariac.

Omeariac started to deflect it, but Omearc quickly jumped higher and did a few Soaring Fist's at Omeariac. With two attacks at Omeariac, he could only block one. However, both hit him due to him struggling to figure out which attack to block.

He got bounced back, where Omearc teleported. 

"DRAGON FIST!!!" Omearc yelled. He pointed his fist at Omeariac, and a huge yellow energy dragon came out and impaled Omeariac. It full went through him, causing a gigantic amount of damage.

Omeariac fell to his knees in pain.

"Dammit....dammit....DAMMIT!!" he yelled in anger.

 Omeariac somehow slowly got up. His black skin slowly turned white, and he got more bulkier.

"FUCK YOU BITCH!!!" he yelled and charged at Omearc. He beat the living shit out of him.

Omearc walked back, tired.

"KAIOKEN X20!" he yelled. A red aura appeared around him.

They continued fighting, but Omearc suddenly yelled in pain, and Omeariac kicked Omearc away.

Omearc reverted back to his base form.

"Shit...SHIT", Omearc said.

"Combining Kaioken with Ultra Instinct was too much for you...hehehe..." Omeariac jeered.

Omearc closed his eyes and concentrated on the hidden power in him.

"Come on..." he thought.

Meanwhile, Arya was battling Cedonis. They were both at full power.

Cedonis punched Arya in the gut, but Arya brought her knees up to knee Cedonis in the face, and kicked herself backwards.

"FINAL SHINE ATTACK!" Arya yelled. She brought her hand back to charge up an attack, and brought it forward, anbd a big green energy beam hit Cedonis, killing him.

Omearc's energy swirled around him.

"Don't worry bro, I'll help", Arya said, giving her energy to Omearc.

"You've helped me defeat Jeton, so I'll help you too", Virgil said, giving his energy to Omearc.

"Tch, I thought you could really beat him. Oh well, he does need to be stopped", Maw said and gave his energy to Omearc.

Omearc grinned, and gathered it all, and a blinding shock of light appeared around.

"He's done it", Motior said, as the light started to clear.

"He's achieved full power", Diova said, as Omearc was visible.

"He's mastered Ultra Instinct", Cyjo said as Omearc was fully visible.

Omearc at luminous silver hair, with a bright silver aura. He was more muscular, and had a more stoic expression.

"Shit. You've done it. Whatever, I'm glad we can fight at full power!" Omeariac said.

Omearc and Omeariac charged at each other.
