Okay,everyone. Your all doing a great job,keep up the good work. Austin Gomez said,smiling,while looking around to see that the worker's in the public library was doing a good job.

While he was looking at his clipboard,he looked up,and saw that Dawn was sitting at a table all alone,having a concerned look on her face.

Dawn?

Looking up,she saw that it was Austin calling her name,and as she was looking at him,he too,was looking back at her when she looked back down again,scared that Kendrick might be watching the two.

Not saying anything,he walked over,and sat right next to her at the table as he wanted to know what was going on.

Dawn,are you okay? How come your not eating lunch with all of your friend's?

I-I'm not that hungry,i'm a bit upset to eat...Dawn replied softly,not looking at him. This is so embarrassing,i can't even look at him after that dream i had of him last night,and i'm scared to talk to him because of Kendrick...

Letting out a soft sigh,she looked over at him,and made sure that Kendrick wasn't around,which he wasn't as she was quite relived.

It's about Kendrick...He-He apologised to me after what had happened between us last night and..i just..can't accept his apology,not after what he said about you...

What did he say about me?

I confronted him that i wasn't in love with him and he said that you would just use me if we..really did..dated...He even said that i've never experienced love and he said some thing's about you that i didn't like to hear at all. I told him off and i didn't like how he was talking to you,he doesn't even know you at all,and i that i would like to get to know you better...You really are a caring,kind,and sweet person.

The young man was shocked and surprised to hear what had happened to her as he didn't like how Kendrick was talking to her like this when he in fact,didn't like her friend talking bad about him as well,too.

He didn't like it at all and she could tell by just how quiet he was as she was waiting for him to reply back.

I'm really sorry,i don't know what's gotten into him,and i was so embarrassed by how he asked you that stupid question about you ever wanting to date me. It's silly,isn't it? Dawn asked,starting to laugh softly,and that she was smiling a little.

But,the young man sittint right next to her didn't even say anything,and that she had stopped laughing,getting a little creeped out by not him saying anything.

I don't think it's stupid at all. Austin spoke finally,looking her way. It's not a silly,either.

Her eye's wided by surprise and that she was looking over his way too,when the two were both staring at one another as if the whole world had suddenly stopped.

I actually find you cute and you really are kind hearted,i was glad you were able to text me,and if you didn't,i wouldn't have rescued you as your first kiss would have been taken.

Blushing a little bit madly,she didn't know what to say,and that he did have a point.

The two were now blushing lightly and the young woman noticed that his uncle wasn't at the public library today.

Oh,how is your uncle doing? Dawn asked,wanting to know if he was doing okay or not. I know that your aunt had fallen down the stair's a few day's ago and i wanted to know if she was doing alright.

My uncle is taking care of her right now,the surgery was a complete success,and she's doing well. He's watching her right now as we speak,i'm glad that she's doing okay.

Oh,there's something that i've been meaning to ask you. Are you busy tonight?

Standing up from his seat,he smiled,and scooted his chair back as he looked down at her.

My friend's are coming over tonight and i was hoping that maybe you should come over so that you can see my friend's as well.

I'm serious and i would never break a promise,never ever. After all,you did let me meet all of your friend's,and i had so much fun meeting everyone.

She was looking up at him and she could tell that he looked happy after meeting all of her friend's from last night as she was happy for him.

I never made any friend's when i was in school,people looked at me different,and i guess you can say that i was pretty much an outcast. Austin said,looking down,smiling a little. But,i have friend's,and i guess you can say that i'm not an outcast no more.

That's..the first time he's ever spoken about his past to me...So,i guess i wasn't the only one who didn't have any friend's back when i was in school...I was all alone,lonely,with no one to talk to...It was as almost as if that i was isolated in dark world of mine...My world was nothing,but,cold,and dark...Until,i met Wolfie...He made my world bright with color's and he was my very first friend that i ever made...

Her eye's were hidden by her glasse's and he let out soft exclaim by how the way she was looking,it was almost like she was hurt.

I-I'm fine. Dawn assured him,having a small smile on her face. What time do you want me over at your house tonight?

When Dawn was done talking to Austin,she was busy putting book's back on the book shelve's as she wasn't on a ladder or anything when Raven could tell that something was wrong by the how her friend was acting.

She started to walk toward's her in the aisle and she looked around to make sure that Kendrick wasn't around,which he wasn't as that was a good sign.

I didn't see you at the lounge for lunch today,why is that?

Dawn was about to say something and her friend knew why she didn't see her at the lounge when it was her lunch break.

Are you avoiding Kendrick? Raven whispered softly.

Dawn nodded her friend yes and that she had a worried look spreading across her face,not knowing what to do in this situation.

I don't know what to do with him anymore,he's driving me crazy...Dawn whispered softly so that he or nobody else could hear their conversation. Now i'm scared to even be alone with him after what he tried to do earlier.

What did he do?

He apologised to me after what happened last night and i..sorta snapped at him after what he did to me last night. He embarrassed and humiliated me in front of our new boss,and friend..I only invited Austin over to my house was because i just wanted him to get to know you all better...When we were alone,he was saying thing's that Austin wouldn't date someone like me or that he's hiding something. He even said that if we ever did dated,he might use me,but,i told him off that Austin would never ever do that because he's caring,kind,and sweet...

Dawn's friend couldn't believe what she was hearing and that she didn't expect for Kendrick to say such thing's behind Austin's back as this wasn't right.

Are you serious? Raven asked,still surprised by this matter.

Yes,i am. I even told Austin this and he was just as surprised as you are about what Kendrick said to me. He-He even said that i'm cute and..i'm even going over to his house tonight to meet all of his friend's..

Dawn nodded her head and she continued putting book's in the shelf as Raven could tell that there really is something going on between those two.

That's nice that you two are starting to get to know each other better and i want you to be happy,too. Raven assured her. I'm not going to tell Kendrick this because..i know how he is and now i'm starting not to trust him after what he has done to you..

I don't think that i can trust him,either...You can't judge a book by it's cover and i didn't like him talking to Austin like that..I've..never stood up to a grown man before,well,a man who's not even a man. He act's more like a spoiled,rotten child not having it's way.

That made Raven laugh and that Dawn couldn't help,but,smile at her own joke as Austin could hear someone laughing softly.

Okay,i have to admit,he really isn't a man,but,you are right about him acting like a spoiled child. If he doe's something to make you uncomfortable,please,let me know,okay? I don't like seeing you like this.

Around 3:45pm,Dawn was the first one to leave the public library because she had to go to her other job when she had hoped that Kendrick wasn't following her or anything.

Just when she had stepped outside,Austin himself even walked outside,and that the two both had looked at one another.

I'll see you tonight.

Mmm,hmm,same to you. Austin nodded. I'll pick you up later..

Nodding her head,she smiled,and started walking over toward's her car as he watched her leave.

A few minute's later,Kendrick was the second one to leave,and as Raven was watching him drive off to the road,she let out a soft sigh of relief because she had to talk to her friend's.

It was very important talk and she wanted to talk to someone or anyone about this as her friend's had to know what was really going on.

As the young woman was waiting outside,Travis had came outside,and he was quite stunned to see that his friend was still here.

I thought you had already left by now. Travis said,the door closing behind him,and that he was standing right next to her. Is something wrong?

Well,yes,and that the fact that it has something to do with Kendrick.

What did he do this time?

Just as Raven was about to say something,Holly,and Malcolm opened the door's to the public library,stepping outside too,when they both saw their other two friend's.

The two wondered what was going on and judging by their look's on their face's,they could tell that something wasn't right as they had to know what was going on.

Just as they were about to ask a question,they paused,still eyeing their friend's as they were looking right back at them.

Judging by your looking at us,i can tell that something is wrong,and whatever you have to say,you can tell us. Holly said,wondering what really is going on.

Of course...Muttered Malcolm,rolling his eye's. What did he do this time?

I think he's threatening Dawn...

This caught everyone's attention and Raven continued as they were all hearing her out.

She told me that if she ever date Austin,he would just use her,and she did confront after what happened last night,but,i guess..thing's didn't work out for the best. She told him that it'll never work out between them and that she only love's him as a friend. He even said some thing's about Austin and Dawn didn't like it at all as she stood up for him. I don't know what Kendrick is doing,i just..don't like it..Guy's,i'm worried...

Everyone was worried,especially they were worried about Dawn because now that Kendrick is acting this way,they all can't trust him as he changed completely ever since last night.

I-I'm such an idiot! Holly exclaimed,having a scared look on her face as she didn't mean for any of this to happen. Why didn't i see this? Here i thought that Kendrick was a nice guy and now,now i know what his true color's are.

I don't even know what to think. Malcolm admitted,nodding his head no,and trying to think hard,and long. If i were Dawn,i would get a restraining order. After what happened yesterday night and earlier today,i don't think we can trust Kendrick anymore. We should confirm the police about this,but,we don't have any evidence or proof.

Malcolm was right,there was no evidence or proof that Kendrick did anything bad or damaging whatsoever.

I think..it would be best if we kept an eye out on Dawn and Kendrick..Raven suggested,having a fake smile on her face. I guess..i'm not that important to him...

The three friend's heard that last part what Raven had said and she had a confession to make as this had to be heard.

I-I love him,i-i have a crush on Kendrick...

Shocked with nothing to say,the three were all stunned by what their friend had just confessed.

Even Travis was a bit surprised and he already knew that Raven had a crush on Kendrick because she would alway's bully or tease him as he had seen the sign's.

I-I already knew that you had a crush on him...Travis replied softly,putting his hand on the back of his head,while looking down. I knew that you liked him because you would just bully and tease him a lot as you would smile at him..It was all over your face..

I didn't know about this at all! Exclaimed Holly,looking at Raven. How long have you liked him?

Ever since we started working at the public library,b-but,he doesn't like me,he has a massive crush on Dawn...

I don't know what the hell Ravin see's in him. Malcolm thought to himself and that he staring at Travis,who was as quiet as a mouse. I could have sworn that somebody else would have liked her,but,i guess that the table's have turned. So,what are we going to do now,now that we can't trust Kendrick?

Everyone knew what they were doing to do,they were going to keep an eye out on Dawn,and Kendrick as they all hoped that nothing bad happen's.

Like i said,we're going to keep an eye out on both of them,and if anything happen's,we'll have no choice,but,to go to the police even though we don't have no evidence or proof that Kendrick is dangerous. Do you all agree?

Everyone agreed with Raven and that their plan altogether would help since they would do anything for their dear friend.

I just hope that nothing bad happen's. Raven thought to herself and that she was looking through her phone to text someone that she knew that she could possibly trust with all her heart. I have a feeling that something will happen,i just know it as i hope,and pray that nothing happen's to my friend...

After work at the public library,Dawn was at her second job at Astro Family Restaurant,and that it was a bit crowded in the late afternoon as she was used to it.

She couldn't stop thinking about what Austin had said to her earlier today and that she was a bit nervous to meet his friend's as she had already met them all before.

While she was cleaning a table,she was blushing lightly when she thought about what he had said to her as well,while her friend's noticed that something was up with her.

Is it me,or is Dawn thinking about something? Anna asked,looking over toward's Mary's way. I can tell by how the way she's blushing.

Maybe she's in love or it could be that she's on her period.

Anna shoved her arm a little hard,while Mary grinned at her.

The two waitresse's saw that their friend was carrying a few dirty plate's and that the two didn't know how to approach their friend as Anna cleared her throat.

As Dawn was putting the two dirty plate's into the sink,she turned around to look at her two friend's,wondering what was up.

No,nothing's wrong at all! Anna assured her friend,smiling. We were just wondering what's up with you.

Her word's had trailed off and the two friend's saw their friend blushing once again as they had to know what was really going on.

Okay,okay. My bosse's nephew is working at the public library where i work at and ever since he became my new boss,a lot of stuff has happened. Well,a lot of stuff is happening to me,really..

The two friend's gestured her to keep going and that Anna couldn't stop smiling as she was trying to control herself from squealing.

My friend,Holly,and Kendrick who has a huge,massive crush on me made me came all the way out to a restaurant that's so far away from my home,and i thought that i was going to be having dinner with all of my friend's as i thought wrong. Kendrick was the one who was there and he confessed his undying love to me,but,i told him i only liked him as a brother,and a friend. He didn't take my rejection that easily and before you know it,he grab's my arm,and trie's to forcefully kiss me.

No way! Anna exclaimed,nodding her head. Jeez,this is getting intense.

When he was about to kiss me,Austin,my new boss come's into the rescue,and he save's me yet again. He even confronted Kendrick and i..ran off...When Austin found me,i told him everything what Holly,and Kendrick had in mind as we both talked for a little bit. Th-Then--

The young woman was blushing and the two friend's assured her to keep going as the story was just getting good.

We-We almost..k-kissed and of course,that didn't happen...I really wished that kiss really did happen and the reason why i'm.i'm blushing is because he's going to pick me up tonight so that i can be able to meet his friend's again.

Wait,again? Anna asked,blinking a few time's. Are you talking about those group of friend's that came to the restaurant a few day's ago?

Yes,that's right,and don't worry. I confronted the guy who was so mean to you and i told him that nobody ever trie's to hurt my friend's. Don't worry,i got your back.

Anna smiled and thanked her friend as Dawn assured her that she would do anything for her friend no matter what.

Ohh,now i remember. Mary said to her two friend's. Whatever that guy's problem was,he sure has a bad attitude. I can't believe Austin is friend's with that guy and whoever that handsome guy was,he sure was good looking.

Dawn made a disgusted look on her face and that Mary was right about Hunter,he was good looking,and handsome.

O-Oh,your talking about Hunter. Hmm,he is..handsome,but,i prefer someone else than him.

Do you prefer Austin,then? Anna asked,smiling,trying to tease Dawn. It seem's like it to me that he's got a thing for you.

The young woman started blushing again and that Anna had rested her case as she knew the answer already.

I-I don't know,i don't think i have a chance with him. All i know is that he's single and that he's twenty seven year's old,he would never fall for a woman such as me.

Dawn,don't you see? It's obvious enough that he want's you because he tried to kiss you. Mary admitted to her friend. Plus,he's not taken,and that the fact that he's older than you,i can see the sign's that he like's you back. Before you know it,he'll probably ask you out~

Dawn was hearing Mary out and she wae right,there were sign's that Austin like's her back as she wanted to believe it herself.

Then,how come he hasn't even asked me out yet?

Some men like to take it easy or that the women ask the man out first. Anna told Dawn. If i were you,i would ask him out in a heartbeat. Wasn't Austin the one who saved you from that Matthew guy almost trying to hit you?

Anna and Mary both looked at one another,while looking back at Dawn as they knew that he was the one.

He's the one. Anna and Mary said at the same time.

Oh,come on. Your both just saying that just because he might like me more than just a friend.

The young woman started to clean a booth table,while her friend's were by her side,telling her that Austin really doe's love her more than just a friend.

Dawn,there really are sign's that Austin doe's like you more than just a friend. Anna confirmed her. Your in the friend zone right now and the next thing you know is that you'll be out of that zone very quick. After all,when someone say's "We're just friend's," it mean's that they won't be friend's much longer as you two will be more than that.

It is true that if your friend's with someone,you become more than just friend's. You do have a point in that,my friend. I don't think anything will happen tonight and if it doe's,i'll text you both what happen's.

That evening,around 5:55pm,Dawn was back at home,and that she was outside,watering her flower's as she was humming softly to herself,while the sun was setting into a sunset.

She was on the ground,picking the flower's to make sure that she didn't see any dead leave's all around it,and while she was busy with her flower's,she heard scurrying sound's when she suddenly stopped what she was doing.

Hmm?

Looking around,she didn't see anything coming out,and she heard a soft meow when she saw that Snowball had come out of the bushe's as she smiled.

Snowball,you scared me.

Meow.

The cat started walking over toward's the human being and that she started petting her feline friend as the cat began to purr softly.

Heh,i was wondering where you were.

While she was petting the cat,her ear's suddenly perked up,and Dawn wondered what was wrong.

Are you okay? Dawn asked,still looking at her friend.

Ahem.

Turning around very quickly,Dawn saw that Austin had arrived,and she let out a soft exclaim of surprise when he took a step back,smiling.

I'm sorry,i hope i didn't scare you. Austin apologised.

No,no. Your good,i was just a bit surprised,that's all.

The young man saw that she was fixing and watering her plant's as he saw that there was a cat by her when he looked down at the feline.

Aww,who is this? Austin asked,smiling at the feline.

Oh,this is Snowball. She's my stray friend,she would usually come by,and see me whenever i get lonely. I don't even think she even has a home or an owner at all. I care and feed her,i know how she feel's. She's all alone,just like--

Her voice broke and that she was on the verge of tear's as she held them back by fake smiling when he saw the hurt look on her face.

He didn't like it,he didn't like it at all as he reached his hand out so that he could place his hand onto her shoulder,but,he held back because the cat saw what the young man was doing,while the two both glared at one another.

The young woman saw that the cat was glaring at Austin and that he pulled his hand back as she looked at them both,wondering what was going on.

Is something wrong? Dawn asked,not taking her eye's off of him.

No,nothing's wrong. She's a lovely cat,i'll say. Here,kitty,kitty.

When he reached his hand out to touch the cat,all of a sudden,the cat began to hiss softly,showing her fang's,and arching her back a little.

Ah!

She heard him let out a soft exclaim and that he smiled nervously when the cat began to run away as the two saw her leaving.

That was odd,i don't think i've ever seen her act that way toward's anyone before. Dawn admitted,standing up off of the ground,looking over at her friend. I'm sorry,i don't think..Snowball like's guy's.

No,it's okay. Your good,maybe your right. She probably doesn't like guy's such as me. So,are you..ready to go?

Uhh,yes,i am.

Smiling,the two started to leave,and the young woman wondered what was that all about between Austin,and Snowball as she brushed it along the side,trying to forget about it.

As they were in Austin's car,he was driving the car,and Dawn was sitting right next to him in the passenger seat,looking out the window,while the two were both quiet,not saying anything toward's one another.

While she was looking out the window,she saw smoke up in the air,and she let out a soft gasp as she thought that someone's house was caught on fire.

You see it too,don't you? Austin asked all of a sudden,breaking her from her thought's,and that she turned over toward's his way. There's been a few wildfire's going on around here in California and it look's as though we might get some this year.

It's just awful and terrible,animal's,and people losing their home's,it's just so sad...Not only do they lose their home's,they even die,too...My family and i made us move here because of my father passing away in a terrible car accident,my mother didn't take it too well...

I-I'm so sorry to hear that...

It's okay,i was just a new born baby,and wherever i go in life,i know that he's alway's there with me no matter what. I'm actually happy that my mom has found someone to love and he's a nice guy once you get to know him. He's the perfect stepfather a woman can have and he's like the best friend you can possibly have.

Oh,i see. I have a stepfather and he can be a bit..strict,but,he's a good guy.

The two looked at each other and looked away pretty quickly as she was blushing lightly,while,he was paying attention to the road.

After about a few minute's later,the two arrived at their stop,and as she got out of the car,her eye's wided a bit by how big,and lovely by how Austin's home was.

Whoa! Dawn couldn't stop looking at his house and she realised that he lived in a cul-de-sac as it was a beautiful neighborhood. Your house is so big,i bet it's even bigger once you step inside.

He smiled and was right next to her as he could tell that she was enjoying herself.

Of course,it is. All of my friend's live around here and it's nice neighborhood once you see just by how friendly everyone is here.

The young woman saw that he even lived by the beach and that there was even a forest around by the beach,too.

He lived three block's away from her and it looked as though they were starting to get closer together,but,even much closer than expected.

Come on,let's head inside. Austin said,starting to walk. I don't want you to catch a cold and you do get sick very easily.

Huh,wait-- How-How did you know that i get sick easily?

Stopping,he turned to look back at her,and he gave her an assuring smile.

My uncle told me all about you and i can tell that your going to be first in my book.

Huh?! Dawn thought to herself and she couldn't help,but,blush madly as he was walking again,getting the key's out of his pocket,unlocking the door. What doe's he mean by that? Doe's that mean i will be his first favorite friend in his book or is it something else? Whatever it is,now i kinda wanna know by what he had meant when he said that.

Following behind him,she was right next to him,and that he unlocked the front door as he opened the door all the way,letting her in first when she smiled and thanked him,while she walked into the house first,him following behind her.

As they were in,the light's were already on in the house,and as he closed,and locked the door behind,he heard her exclaiming a little loud when he couldn't help,but,smile.

Wow,it's even more amazing inside than it is outside!

When she was looking all around the house,she saw painting's of wolve's,a fireplace in the living room,and she saw that he had snow globe as the snow globe was a wolf in the forest.

She was amazed by this and she could tell that this house looked like a cabin in the wood's,but,it felt like a fairy tale to her.

This house is almost like a fairy tale! Dawn exclaimed,looking around some more,smiling. It feel's like i'm in a book and that i don't want to stop reading.

He couldn't help,but,laugh,and that she was blushing lightly when he soon realised that he didn't tell her the other thing as he had to tell her now.

Oh,i almost forgot-- Austin started to say,feeling a bit nervous. I uhh,well,i forgot to tell you that..i invited all of my friend's over,they'll be here soon.

Th-They are?!

Y-Yeah,all of my friend's live in the cul-de-sac,and we all look out,and stick together no matter what. I'm sorry if i didn't tell you that.

W-Well,you did tell me that all of your friend's are coming,but,i never expected them all to come as soon as possible. You guy's are almost like family,alway's looking out,and sticking together no matter what happen's. If your friend's live in the cul-de-sac with you,where doe's your parent's live?

They all live out in the forest,that's about three mile's away from where i live. It's a lovely area to live and my stepfather would take me out to go hunting with my older brother,and of course,mu little sister,too.

Really? That's very interesting and i never knew a girl such as your little sister would ever go hunting.

Heh,don't be surprised,my sister is as tough as a grown man,and she can be a bit of a joker.

What about your older brother?

Well,that's a different story. He think's he know's everything and..i'm kinda jealous of him because he's taller than me,and i'm starting to get a bit taller.

I'm jealous of my older sister,she's really good at drawing art,and i suck at drawing. I am good at some thing's and i just wish..i could impress my family. When i was younger,my granny would be so awful,and mean to me. Even that i'm older now,she still treat's me mean til this day as i think i understand why. Maybe..it's because..she might not think that i can't face life all on my own. That..could be it...

Releasing what she had said,she looked around nervously,and that she laughed nervously.

He was about to say something and all of sudden,the doorbell rang,and that the two were both startled by it as the two knew that everyone had finally arrived.

Austin excused himself and he began to unlock the front door,as Dawn was sitting on the couch,feeling really nervous now when she tried to calm herself.

Okay,don't freak out. Dawn started to think to herself and that she was looking down at her lap,trying to keep calm. I've already met all of his friend's twice and now,i'm going to be able to know them all one by one as i hope that i might some more new friend's. I just hope that Matthew or Winona will be friend's like a woman such as me. I doubt it,but,let's see what happen's.

While everyone was talking to Austin,he was talking to some of his friend's back,as Dawn saw that he had a smile on his face when she suddenly looked back down at her lap again.

As Austin was gesturing all of his guest's to walk into the living room,to all of their friend's surprise,they all saw that Dawn was sitting in the living room as she too,wad looking back at everyone when the tension in the room was starting to roam all around everyone.

Even Hunter,Matthew,and Winona were the one's who were very surprised the most the moment they all saw her when Dawn had a nervous look on her face.

Dawn. Hunter said her name,wondering why she was at his friend's house. It's..good to see you again. I didn't know Austin was expecting company such as you and if i would have known better,i would have dressed up nicely for occasion.

All Dawn could do was just fake laugh in a way and she knew that Hunter was still trying to flirt with her even though he really wasn't her type at all.

She was attracted to him,she just didn't like him in that sort of way,and as everyone was taking their seat's,Austin sat right next to Dawn on the couch,while Winona was sitting across from them,eyeing the two.

I didn't know you were coming,Dawn. Lexi said,smiling. It's good to see you again.

So,why did you invite her here again? Matthew asked,trying not to sound rude,but,everyone knew he was sounding rude in his own way. If i would have known that she was coming,i wouldn't have come here in the first place.

Austin saw that Dawn had the look of concern and that he looked over Matthew's way,frowning a little.

I invited Dawn over because she wanted to get to know you all better and she hoped that maybe you all could be friend's with her.

Really? We would all be happy to be her friend,unlike someone. Vander mentioned Matthew,by glaring toward's his friend. I doubt Matthew will be your friend,but,i'm sure that he won't mind it.

Winona pretty much didn't say anything and that Hunter stayed quiet to himself as well when Dawn both looked at the two,waiting for the two to say something,but,of course,they just kept silent.

I-I hope that i didn't mean to bother you all tonight and i was hoping that maybe we could all be friend's if that's okay. Dawn looked at everyone and she saw that Lexi and Vander nodding their head's yes,while the other's didn't say anything. Austin has told me some thing's about you and you all can ask me anything that come's to mind.

He has? Asked Winona,speaking up all of a sudden. What has he told you?

A lot of thing's,really. Hunter's favorite food is a medium rare steak with a baked potato and he like's to be alone sometime's. Actually,that's not a bad choice to like a steak with a baked potato,and..i don't like to be alone all by myself. I mean,i've been alone my whole life with no friend's,but,i have friend's now,and i don't feel alone anymore.

Hunter was a bit amazed and impressed that she knew what he liked as she continued.

Lexi,you think your a rebel,but,your not that bad at all. You happen to like rock and roll as i see your like an Avril Lavigne woman. I happen to like any kind of music and music,my friend,i happen to hear,and listen to music almost every single day.

Wow...! Lexi exclaimed,smiling as she looked at Dawn. You really do know me! She is right,though.

When Dawn turned to look at Matthew,he looked back at her as the two were now looking at one another.

I know i was mean to you a few day's ago and i'm really sorry for what i have done to you,Matthew. I hope that you can forgive me. I know that you alway's have a bad attitude and..i too,myself have a bad attitude that i can't seem to control,but,i am a caring,kind hearted woman who's very sweet toward's other people. Maybe the reason why you have such a bad attitude is because your probably just too scared to meet new people or that--

Okay,okay,okay. Matthew sighed,holding his hand out to her. I forgive you,jeez.

She looked down and saw that he still had his hand out as he was waiting for her to take his hand so that the two would shake hand's,and just be friend's.

Hunter and Winona both looked at each other,and looked back at the two when Dawn reached her hand out as the two both shook hand's,while Austin was smiling warmly.

He was so glad that Matthew was starting to open up and that he would be friend's with his new friend,too.

Once the two had finished shaking hand's,Matthew looked at Hunter,and Winona when the two gave him a look that read "What are you doing? as the two saw that he nodded his head,smiling.

They didn't know what that meant,but,they could tell that he was just kissing up so that he could maybe pretend to be friend's with a woman such as Dawn.

I'm glad that we can be friend's now. Dawn thought to herself,blushing lightly,smiling to herself as she sighed softly in relief when she turned to look over at Vander. Austin told me that you happen to like sad movie's and that your bisexual as i respect you on that. I..really can't watch sad movie's because i cry too easily and trust me,i am such a crybaby.

Winona glared at Austin because she saw that he was smiling at Dawn and she let out a soft gasp as Dawn was now looking at her.

The two young women both looked at one another and as they did,Winona blinked twice,waiting for her to say something when her hand's started to tremble a little.

Dawn smiled at Winona and that she too,had smiled back at her,hoping that this night would end already so that she wouldn't have to pretend to be friend's with a woman such as herself.

I have a lot of favorite food's and what i really love is sushi. I happen to like Chinese and Mexican food too,and i-i don't have a boyfriend. I doubt that..anybody would want to go out with a nerd,otaku such as myself.

Matthew snickered a laugh and Austin glared at him angrily as he didn't have no emtion on his face when he was looking the other way.

This made Dawn blush in embarrassment and Winona could see the look plastered all over her face as she crossed her arm's over her chest,frowning a little.

My favorite color is Blue and Pink. Blue represent's of being depressed and sad as Pink is filled with happiness within the love of our loved one's. Oh,i don't play any instrument's at all. I do love to sing and..i can never sing in front of people because..i have stage fright..

The young man's eye's wided a bit in surprise and everyone could tell that he was impressed as he had to know more.

The 2010 suck's so bad,i can't even tell if their faking their death or not. The Freddy Krueger in that movie look's like a burned out Pharrell Williams.

All of a sudden,to everyone's surprise,they all saw that the two were getting along with one another,and that they were glad.

Right? Matthew agreed with her and that he smiled. Did you know that the house is in Hollywood?

They all saw that the young woman was smiling and they wondered why her favorite animal is a dolphin as they had to know.

I really do like wolve's and their almost like having a dog,but,those two specie's are quite different from one another. The reason why a dolphin is my favorite animal is because their so cute and i have alway's wanted to swim with them,too. You know,like a bucket list to do the thing's that you wanna do before you do. I actually have a lot of stuff that i wanna do before i die.

Everyone heard what she said and she could tell that the atmosphere was getting a bit there as Winona was the last one to ask Dawn something.

Austin held the front door open and he smiled as he was saying goodbye to all of his friend's when Winona was the last one to leave.

Hunter and Matthew both had heard what Winona had said as the two kept quiet to themselve's.

Stepping outside,the door closed behind them,and Dawn had wondered what did she mean by that as she did wanted to eavesdrop into their conversation,but,she knew that he would return back in at any moment.

After about a minute,the young man came back in,and he closed,and locked the front door right beind him,while letting out a sofr sigh.

Is..everything alright?

Yeah,everything's fine. Winona and i were just..talking is all.

O-Oh,what about? I-I mean,you don't have to tell me,and i know that i shouldn't be butting into other people's personal life.

He looked at her and she too,had looked back at him as he smiled at her when she saw him smiling.

Once that conversation was over,the two were back in the car,and he was driving her back home as she couldn't get Winona out of her head.

As the young man was driving his friend back home,he caught a glimpse of her thinking,and that he wondered what was going on in that mind of her's as he had to start up a conversation to ease her from thinking about what had happened back there.

So,what are you going to be doing tomorrow? Austin asked,almost close to her house. I don't have anything to do.

I guess..i'll be staying at home,just doing nothing,but,watch Anime,doing some chore's,and all that stuff.

Pulling up to her driveway,he parked the car,and as she got out,she noticed that he even got out too,when she looked at him a bit surprised.

Dawn was getting the key's out of her pocket and Austin was watching her as his left hand was shaking a little.

As she put the key into the keyhole,she was about to open the door,and that when she looked back at him one last time,something was wrong.

He had his head down and she tilted her head a little,wondering what was up.

All he could do was just stammer and she was a bit even more confused as she noticed that he was shaking.

Looking at him,her eye's wided a bit,and she thought why would he wanna hangout as she had to ask why.

The young woman let out a soft exclaim and she couldn't believe what she was hearing as her heart started to beat a little when she let out a soft sigh.

He waved goodbye to her and she watched him,while she waved back to him slowly,wondering if this was all a dream or not as she knew that she had to wake up.

As he got into his car,she opened the front door,and watched him go off into the night highway as she got into her house,closed,and locked the front door behind,letting out a soft sigh.

Blushing lightly,the young woman couldn't believe that just happened,and she wondered why him of all people wanted to ask her to hangout.

To be honest,she thought that she wasn't all great or perfect as people should love people for who they are.

She on the other hand,loved people for who they are,and were as she let out a soft sigh,walking into the kitchen to make sure of the backdoor was locked.

It was locked and with that,she began to walk into her bedroom,and smiled a little as she sat down at the end of her bed,wondering where Austin was going to take her to hangout when there was a lot of thing's that she could think of.

Letting out another soft sigh,she layed down on her back at the end of the bed,still wondering where Austin would be taking her,and it was starting to make her feel at ease with happiness.

I wonder where Austin is going to take me? Dawn thought to herself,slowing closing her eye's,and that she started to think about Kendrick as her eye's shot open. Oh,crap! If i'm going to be hanging out with Austin tomorrow,Kendrick will be even more jealous!

Wait,there's other thing's that i'm missing...The other night,we actually shared..a moment together..when the two of us..almost kissed...Ahh,i can still remember that night so damn well,i can't get it out of my head...I actually did wanted him to kiss me or that i wanted to kiss him...Then,he asked me to hangout,and after we decided to hangout tomorrow,he kissed me on the cheek before leaving. He really is caring and so sweet,that's what i like about him.

Laying on her side in bed,she looked at her window,and saw that it was dark as the moon was reflecting the beach water when she closed her eye's.

Thursday,around 1:35pm,Dawn was sitting in the living room,sitting all by herself on the couch,trying to read a book,and that she was a but anxious,and nervous because today,she is going to be hanging out with Austin today.

Since she was reading a book,she was trying to pass the time,and she had a few text message's from her friend's as she didn't want to tell them all that she was hanging out with Austin.

She had to keep this secret to herself and if she even did tell anyone,Kendrick would probably know right then,and there as she didn't want to risk anything bad to happen between herself with Austin.

As it was almost time for Austin to arrive,the young woman already had her outfit on for the day,and that she didn't want this day to be terrible.

Today,she was wearing dark,carpri's on,a long,short sleeve blouse which was Blue,and White sandal's with Blue,small seashell's around both of her sandal's as she even had her hair down.

She hoped that he would like her like this and she could almost imagine his reaction when he would get the chance to see her.

Then,all of a sudden,she heard a knock at the front door,and startled,she jumped a little as she hoped that it was Austin,and not anybody else.

Getting up out of the couch,she began to walk to the front door,and just as she was standing right in font of the door,she was hesitate to open to see who was on the other side.

Wh-Who is it? Dawn asked,stuttering a little.

Dawn? It's me,Austin.

Sighing in relief,she opened the front door,and smiled as she looked at him.

He smiled back at her and hw was wearing dark pant's with Black shoe's as he too,was wearing a Blue shirt,expect,this was a dark,Blue shirt.

The two both let out a soft exclaim's and that they both matched sorta by what color they were both wearing as she looked at the clock on the wall when it was 2:00pm.

He's right on time,that's good.

This made her blush and she smiled some more as the two continued to look at one another.

With that being said,the young woman closed,and locked her front door,and as they were walking down the step's,and almost to his car,he opened the passenger seat,offering her to sit up front when she thanked him.

He closed the door behind and he got into the front seat,the two buckled up,and with that,the engine started up,and he drove off into the highway so that the two would both start off their day by hanging out together.

While the young man was driving,the young woman couldn't help,but,think where the two would go,and she thought that maybe they would go bowling,the mall,or to the movie theater as he had other plan's.

By the time the two had reached their stop,her eye's wided a bit when she soon realised just what they were going to be doing today as he was looking at her reaction to see what did she think.

Today,the two were going to be hanging out by the carnival,and this was a good place where two friend's or lover's woulr hangout as she exclaimed in surprise.

The carnival? Dawn thought to herself,looking at the whole scenery of the carnival. He took me to the carnival? Maybe he really is playing the safe card and that..he only..like's me as..just a friend...

She could feel his arm around her and when the two were caught staring at one another,he let out a soft exclaim,while turning his around to look around.

He continued to look around and he could have sworn that somebody was watching the two as he turned back to look at her.

Nothing,i just thought that..someone was watching..Austin said,trying to ignore the feeling. Come on,let's go see if they have any game's to play.

The two began to walk again and only this time,she was much close to him,while he still had his arm wrapped around her,not letting her go as she smiled warmly,feeling safe by any danger or harm.

While the two were both close to each other,he was looking around,while she too,was looking,trying to figure out just what kind of game to play.

"We have a winner!"

The two had stopped and they saw a stall where you can throw dart's at balloon's on the wall as the middle aged man gave the guy his prize when he smiled,and gave it to his date as she was beaming,while smiling.

Hey,that look's like a fun game to play. Do you want me to win you a prize?

Huh,i-i don't know.

How come? I don't mind at all.

It's just that..i don't want to use your hard,earning money. You earned that money by working hard and i couldn't do that to you..

It's okay,Dawn. You don't need to worry and beside's,i'm going to win you this prize so you can remember this day.

The couple walked out of the stall and as Austin,and Dawn were at the stall,the middle aged man smiled at the two as she let out an exclaim of surprise when she soon realised that it was Pete.

Of course,it's me. Pete told her and he saw that she was with someone when he looked at the two. I see that..somebody has a date.

The young woman let a little loud exclaim and she nodded her head no as all Austin could do was just standing there,just smiling.

No,no,no! Y-You've got it all wrong! We're not on a date,we're just hanging out as friend's,and friend's only. That's what friend's do,after all.

Okay,okay,calm down,Hun. I was just messing with ya,there's no need for you to have a panic attack.

That really wasn't a good messing around,alright...

Of course. Austin nodded at Pete.

The middle aged man handed the young man three dart's and as he did,the two watched Austin to see if he would win or not.

As the young man was holding onto the three dart's,he threw one,and he hit a balloon,and he threw his second dart,followed by hitting another balloon when Dawn,and Pete could tell that he was a pro at this game,alright.

With his last dart,he threw it,and to Pete's surprise,the third dart hit a balloon,and that Austin had won the game as he smiled.

We-We have a winner!

Heh. Austin turned over and smiled at Dawn triumphantly when he turned back to look at Pete.

I gotta say,you were actually the first one who's ever won at my booth,and i've seen people play this game twice.

The middle aged man picked the cat plushie and when he handed the toy to the young man,he turned over,and smiled as he handed the toy to the young woman.

H-Huh? Dawn exclaimed,holding onto the cat plushie. Austin--

Blushing lightly,she looked down at her prize,and that the cat was smiling as shs was Grey,and Pink.

It really was an adorable plushie and she held,and hugged onto the toy as it was so soft when she had to return the favor back.

Smiling,she gave Austin the toy back,and he looked at her a bit surprised when she handed Pete some money as she too,was going to win him something back in return.

Dawn,you-you don't have to win me anything. I don't mind at all.

It's okay,it's the least that i can do,and i don't mind one bit at all.

Smiling,he didn't know what to say,and once Pete handed her three of the dart's,she threw her first dart as she hit a balloon.

Then,when she threw her second dart,to her disappointment,her dart had fallen to the ground,feeling a bit defeated,and Austin continued to watch her as she threw her third dart,hitting a balloon.

She didn't win the game and she gave Pete more money so that she could play again as he was a bit reluctant at first.

Placing her finger on her lip's,she hushed him,and smiled at him,as she wasn't going to give up just yet.

His eye's wided a bit and he had the hope of glimmer in his eye's as the middle aged man gave the young woman her three when the game was starting again.

Ah! Dawn threw her first dart and it hit a balloon as she narrowed her eye's,throwing her second dart when she hit her second balloon. Yes! Just one more shot and i'll win.

All of a sudden,the young man couldn't help,but,feel happy that she was doing all of this for him as he wanted to know why she was doing this just for him.

H-Hey,why are you doing this for me? We-We barely know each other at all and yet,your risking your money for me.

When he asked her this,she turned to look at him,and that Pete was looking at the two as the two both stared at one another.

I'm doing all of this for you is because..i feel like..i've known you my whole life,and yet,we don't know much about each other yet at all,but,to me,i feel like i've known you for so many year's.

The young man didn't say anything and when the young woman turned back to the game,he had a warm smile on his face as those word's had touched his heart when she threw her last dart as to everyone's surprise,she hit the balloon,and had won the game for him.

Smiling,he handed back her toy,and he took the prize that she won for him as he couldn't help,but,blush lightly by how kind she was enough to win this prize just for him.

The dog plushie was light Brown,and White as it was so cute when they were both made by Squishmallow's,and that the dog,and cat were almost looked like they were made out of marshmallow's.

The two were both made the same,he,and she together.

Thank you,Dawn. Austin smiled and thanked her,not taking his eye's off of her. I'll treasure this toy no matter what.

He could tell that she was a bit reluctant at first to go there next and as the two were walking over to the house of mirror's,he looked over at her,and he could have sworn that he saw something on,but,not just one arm,but,both arm's to be exact.

Moving her eye to the left,she saw that he was looking at her,and she tried to hurry in to make it inside as he followed behind her,making sure that he doesn't lose her.

While the two were walking inside of The House Of Mirror's there were a few people around,looking at themselve's in the mirror,laughing,and smiling as the young woman felt a little insecure.

When he turned to look back at Dawn,he saw that she wasn't anywhere near him,and he looked around to see if he saw her as she was just right there.

While the young woman was still walking straight ahead,she really wasn't keeping an eye out on Austin,and she didn't know what to say to him.

Walking a little fast,she was starting to breath a little hard,and when she saw that nobody wasn't around,she thought that maybe she was reaching the exit as to her disappointment,she didn't reach the exit,but,instead,she found a room full of mirror's.

She was standing in the middle of the room full of mirror's,her reflection's looking right back at her,having the look of concern,and worry now growing all over her face as she was trying to find a way out.

Ah,gah,hah! Dawn couldn't help,but,breath hard even more,and it was almost as if she was having an Anxiety attack when she was desperately wanting to leave right then,and there. Oh,there's no way out of here.

Looking around for an escape,she let out a startled exclaim that echoed off the wall's,and all that she could do was just stare right in front of the mirror's all around here.

There,standing right behind her was Kendrick.

He had an angry look on his face and he didn't look too happy as what the young woman had thought.

K-K-Kendrick? Dawn said his name,looking at his reflection right behind her. What are you--? Mm!

Closing her eye's shut,she turned around,and then,she bumped right into him as she was trying to say something when no word's could come out.

Slowly opening her eye's,she saw that it was Austin,but,when she turned to look back at the mirror's,she didn't see Kendrick as she let out a soft sigh of relief,breathing normally again.

Are you okay? Austin asked,looking at her to see if she was okay or not. I'm so sorry if i left you alone,i thought that you were there with me the whole time.

I-I'm okay,i guess..we got a bit separated from each other. I should be the one apologising.

All that day,the eat,had fun,rode some of the ride's at the carnival,and talked as the two quite seemed to be getting along with one another.

While the two were at the carnival all day,Dawn did look around to see if she really did see Kendrick,but,there really was no sign of him as she could have sworn that he really was in The House Of Mirror's.

Maybe she imagined him or that her eye's were just messing with her as she tried to ignore what had happened back there.

The young woman didn't want this day to end and by the time it was getting to 5:45pm,the sun was setting into a sunset as it looked as though it was getting late.

Smiling in response,he nodded his head yes,and that he held her hand as she let out a soft exclaim.

As she was holding onto his hand,she was looking at him,and she could tell that he was really happy by all of this when she wondered why.

She then looked down and saw the two holding hand's as if they were almost a couple when,and then,that they really weren't.

The young woman knew that they could never become more than just friend's and if they had to stay as just friend's,then,she didn't mind staying friend's with him because he was really important to her as she didn't want someone that special to ever let go.

As they were next in line,the two sat in their seat's,and the rail was draped over the two,while Austin could feel that Dawn was really close to him whem he could tell that she was either nervous or scared.

Feeling his hand holding her's,she held his hand back,and with that,the ferris wheel started to move as she let out a soft whimper,while closing her eye's,gripping his hand a little.

Feeling her shake a little,he could tell that she was scared,and he had to let her open her eye's so she could see the whole scenery as it was magical.

Starting up the car,he began to drive into the street's at night,and that the two were both going to have dinner together.

The Chinese restaurant named was called Chi Dynasty and it looked like a great place to go out to dinner with the one that you love as the two sat across from each other,ate dinner,and of course,talked with one other.

The two seemed like they were having a good time and Dawn was glad that Kendrick wasn't even around as she was quite relived by that.

By around 9:15pm,the two of course,had payed the check altogether,and they even gave the waiter a big tip along as well was when by the time they were walking back to the car,there was a beach almost close by.

Mmm,man,that hit the spot! Dawn stretched,sighing when she was full,and that she couldn't stop smiling,and when she turned to look over at him,he was quiet as she could tell that something was wrong. Hey,are you okay?

Turning her way,he saw that she was looking at him,and that he smiled.

Oh,i'm sorry. Austin apologised. I guess my mind was somewhere else,my bad.

When the two were quiet,he then spoke before she could say another word.

I don't mind at all and i heard that this beach is really beautiful when it's night time. It's so beautiful,i kinda wanted to go to this beach with the one that i love.

About around a few minute's later,the two both arrived at the beach,and to the young woman's surprise,there was no one else around,and that they were alone as well.

The beach was called Torrance Beach and Austin was right,the beach sure was beautiful to go with the one that you love as when the two were walking down to the sandy ground's,the young man was walking straight ahead,while the young woman was walking behind him.

The full moon was out tonight and that the star's were shining as it was a rare sight to see when the young woman was starting to figure out why he wanted to come to the beach out at night.

The wind began to blow a little and as it did,there was a sudden chill in the air as she still continued to look at him when he opened his eye's.

Eye's widening a bit,the young man didn't know what to say,and his hand's began to shake a little as he let out a soft sigh.

When she was breathing hard a little,she let out a very soft gasp because she saw that Austin was turning into his wolf form,but,he was still standing,still in his clothe's,while the two were staring at one another,not saying anything.

The young woman could see his feature's of the Wolfie that has saved her when she was a little girl and she really did believe that him as he was telling the truth.

As the young woman said that,his ear's perked up a little,and that his tail was swaying a little,while he grunted softly,trying to turn back into his human form.

Once he was back to his human form,he let out a soft sigh,and that she looked down,while holding onto her right arm.
