"Naruto, wake up." Sasuke coos in his little fox's ear. Naruto was snuggled peacefully beside him as he slept. Sasuke couldn't help but oogle over the him. He couldn't understand why was he so damn cute? Why did he have to be so fragile? Why did he have to make Sasuke feel all these things he was feeling?
Naruto groaned in his sleep before turning over with his back facing the Raven. Sasuke smirked and raised up on his elbows and turned on his side to face Naruto. Again, he shook him.
"Naruto, come on wake up." Sasuke says again. "Or else my mom is gonna think we're gettin frisky and slips a condom under the door."
He watched as Naruto shook, obviously from laughing. He turned over to look his raven in his obsidian irises. He smiled. "Really?" He asked. "She'd do that?"
He shrugged. "You have no idea who my mother is do you?"
Naruto chuckled before sitting up and rubbing his eyes. As if on cue, there was a light knock on his door before it opened. Rin walked in with a tray of food for the both of them while Obito carried their glasses of orange juice. Sasuke instantly blushed.
"Guys this was so unnecessary." He says covering his face in his hands.
"Nonsense." Rin shushed him setting the tray between the two boys. "Your father and I were gonna head out."
Sasuke's eyebrows furrowed. "Where are you two going?" He asked.
"Unlike you Squirt, the both of us have to go to work." Obito says setting the orange juice on Sasuke's end table. "I have to handle a couple of trainees today at the base so I should be home later on tonight and if not I'll see you in the morning." With that Obito turned and left. Sasuke pursed his lips together.
"Always working." He mummbles. His eyes traveled over to his mother who was too busy oogling over Naruto herself. Her hands were racking through his hair as he ate his toast. He didn't care, after all, Naruto loved the maternal instinct that Rin had, it often reminded him of his own mother which made him smile. He looked up at Rin and she smiled at him so warmly she couldn't help but smile back.
"I like my hair played with too ya'know." Sasuke says frowning at how Rin was all over his fox.
Rin giggled and crawled in the bed to where she was in between the two men. She picked up some toast and held it to Sasuke's mouth feeding him. He wrapped his arms around his mother and rested his chin on her shoulder as she continued to play in Naruto's hair.
"Your hair is so soft Naruto what do you use?" She asked him as she gave Sasuke some more of his toast.
"Hmm." He hummed as he chewed on his food and thought. "I forgot what it's called. My roommate introduced me to the shampoo and conditioner he uses and I've been hooked ever since."
"Find out for me will ya?" Rin asked.
Naruto nodded.
Rin let out a breath as she poked her lip out. "I don't want to leave you two here."
"Mom, we'll be fine." Sasuke assures her. She looked over at him.
"It's Naruto I'm worried about." Her smirk was playful and Sasuke knew exactly what she was talking about.
"Y-You're so childish Rin Uchiha." Sasuke crossed his arms as he blushed casuing Naruto to chuckle.
"If anything Mrs. Uchiha, Sasuke would be the one in danger." He smriked causing the two Uchiha's face to go completely red.
"Na-ruto!" Sasuke stuttered as he covered his mouth. Rin laughed.
"Oh you two are so cute." She says as she finally gets out the bed. She fixed her clothes before she turned to head towards the door. "Behave yourselves you two!"
"Of course mom." Sasuke replies.
Rin opened the door, blew the boys kisses and left.
"My mom likes you so much." Sasuke says once the silence settled.
"I like her too." Naruto smiles warmly as he continued eating. "She reminds me alot of my mom. She was that clingy. I like it."
Sasuke pursed his lips together as he watched Naruto eat. Once the two of them were finished eating, they both showered ( No, not together you pervs lmao ) and dressed. Sasuke was in the mist of blow drying his hair when Naruto walked into the bathroom and sat on the counter watching Sasuke. A smirk on his face.
"So what are we doing today?" Naruto asked.
"I was thinking we stop by and visit a few of my childhood friends if you don't mind."
Naruto shook his head. "Nah, I don't." He answers. He looked Sasuke over. He was in simple jeans and a simple plain white shirt, but he still looked good. He scooted closer to Sasuke, Sasuke watching him from the corners of his eyes.
"You're so hot Raven." He smirked. Sasuke bit down on his bottom lip to try and stop himself from blushing.
"Thank you." He says lowly.
Naruto took Sasuke's chin in his hands. "I've been fighting this urge to kiss you for the longest."
Sasuke's eyes widened as he completely forget about blow drying his hair at this point. He looked at Naruto, searching his face for any indication that he was just joking around like they always do. But he saw nothing.
"Naruto." He says softly.
Naruto smiled before chuckling a little. "I'm just kidding." He says before letting the boy go. Sasuke let out a sigh of relief before going back to blow drying his hair.
Once he was finished, the two headed out of the house. Sasuke walked down the somewhat quiet street taking everything in. Kids played in the neighboring yards. Some waved at Sasuke and he gladly waved back. Naruto loved seeing the smile on Sasuke's face. He was in his narutal habitat; his home.
The walked down the block before making a left and crossing the street. Sasuke took Naruto's hand in his as they walked, Naruto feeling some what protected when Sasuke moved him over to the other side of the sidewalk, away from the street. They reached a cul-da-sac and walked down to the house Sasuke needed. They walked up the pathway and Sasuke knocked on the door. After a few moments, the door opened revealing what looked like a teenage girl with long flowing brown hair and beautiful lavender eyes. Naruto was taken back. This girl was absolutely beautiful.
"SASUKE!" The girl jumped on him causing him to laugh and hug her tightly. He kissed the top of her head before they pulled away from the hug.
"Hanabi, how are you?" Sasuke says. "You've gotten older; How old are you?"
"Seventeen." She blushed. "I'm old enough for you now dontcha think?"
Sasuke laughed and placed his hand on top of her head. "Try again when you're at least Eighteen."
The girl known as Hanabi poked her lip out before she looked over and noticed Naruto, who smiled at her.
"Who's this?" She asked.
"This is my friend Naruto, Naruto this is Hanabi." He introduces.
"Nice to meet you Hanabi." Naruto fully smiles and Hanabi's eyes grow wide.
"Wow," She says admiring him. "You're so beautiful."
Naruto blushed and ran a hand across the back of his neck. "Heh, thank you."
"Come in, come in!" She moves aside and allows them entrance. She closed the door behind them and stood at the bottom of the staircase.
"HINANTA, NEJI! SASUKE'S HERE!" She yelled. She looked back over at the two boys before her. "They should be down in a minute. Would you like anything to drink?"
"Water would be fine." Sasuke says. He looks over at Naruto. "You want something?"
"Yes please." Naruto nods.
"Two waters coming up." Hanabi snapped her fingers and headed off to the kitchen.
There was a loud yell that tore the boys from their comfortable silence. When Sasuke looked up he smiled as another girl, similar to Hanabi rushed down the stairs. She wrapped her arms around Sasuke so tightly, he almost couldn't breath.
"SASUKE!" She yells. She hugs him even tighter. He chuckles.
"Hinata." He says. "I can't breathe love."
"Oh." She quickly moves away from him. "Sorry. I've just missed you."
"I've missed you too." He says. "This is Naruto, my friend from school; Naruto this is Hinata, I've known her and her twin brother Neji since the sandbox."
"Nice to meet you Hinata." Naruto says.
"Nice to meet you as well." She smiles. "Sorry for the whole spazzing thing. I haven't seen Sasuke since he went away to college. This is a great surprise. I thought Hanabi was playing another one of her little pranks again."
"Well if it isn't Sasuke 'duckbutt' Uchiha." A voice of a male came from the top of the stairs. They turned seeing him. long brown hair tied into a bun at the top of his head, lavender eyes that matched his two sisters.
Sasuke swallowed the lump in his throat. He looked over at Neji and quickly looked away. Something in him told him not to come over here. He honestly just wanted to see Hinata and Hanabi. He forgot all about Neji being related to them. Sure they met in College, but He knew Hinata for a very long time. Neji was never around at the time. He lived with his mother in another city. So when he finally graduated and came to college, he met Sasuke and the reast was history.
Sasuke chewed on his bottom lip refusing not to look at the pale boy before him.
"Don't call me that." He somewhat mumbled. Naruto looked over at him in worry before looking back at Neji who slowly made his way down the stairs with his hands in his pockets. He looked between Naruto and Sasuke and began putting two and two together. Sasuke came over here to show off his new love to Neji. Well so be it.
"How are you Sasuke?" Neji asked smiling as he reached the bottom of the stairs.
"I'm fine Neji, and yourself?" He asked.
"I'm fine thank you." His eyes then traveled over to Naruto. They locked eyes and immediately tension began filling the air. "Neji Hyuga."
"Naruto." Naruto responds in the same tone Neji gave him. The two stared at eachother for what felt like a decade before Sasuke spoke.
"How's life?" He asked as they began walking to the den.
"Good, I started my computer programming job not too long ago so." Neji gave a simple shrug. "How's your studies? This is your last year, no?"
"Y-yeah." Sasuke says. "This is my last year."
"I'm getting a ticket to the graduation right?" Neji looked over his shoulder and smirked at the raven. Naruto saw this and frowned.
Who does he think he is flirting with my raven?! Naruto thought as he watched the two of them.
They sat around and talked for what seemed like forever. Sasuke finally excused himself to go to the bathroom. Once he walked out of the bathroom, someone grabbed him by the arm. He knew that touch, it was all too familiar. And it wasn't Naruto's.
He turned and looked at the young Hyuga boy in his face. A look of certainty in them. He searched Sasuke's face for answers and got nothing, so he had no choice to talk.
"You bought him here to make me jealous didn't you?" He asks.
Sasuke snatches away from Neji and frowned. "Don't flatter yourself like that of course not." He says. "I didn't even know you would be here. I was coming to see Hinata and Hanabi, not you."
"Ouch Sasuke, that hurts." Neji placed his hand on his heart in a mocking way, pissing the young Uchiha off. He balled his fist.
"Is that all I was to you Neji?" He asked. "A game?"
"Of course not Sasuke you know that."
"No, I don't know that." He says. "You left me Neji. After you said you never would. You did it anyway. You moved on to someone who was probably far better than me and didn't even have the guts to tell me the moment you moved on. You waited months. You ignored all my calls and text messages. He forced you to tell me, didn't he Neji?"
Neji sighed and ran a hand over his face, overwhelmed with the emotions that were coming back. He loved Sasuke, he couldn't lie about that. Sasuke was his first love honestly. But then he met Gaara and things changed. He swore he would never leave Sasuke, and he did. He understands why the raven hates him so much. He would hate him too.
"It wasn't like that Sasuke."
"Tch, like hell it was." Sasuke spoke bitterly. "Something in my gut told me not to come today and now I see why." He looked at Neji with utter disgust. "Stay away from me. I'm over you." And with that, he walked away. He entered the Den and his eyes quickly fell on Naruto as He, Hinata and Hanabi played a game of twister. Hinata and Naruto were completely tangled up and it made Sasuke smile.
I've moved on from you Neji. He thought. And I couldn't be any happier that I did.
