There was a rumor, that if you ever step inside the forest uptop the mountain in Miyagi and found the spirit that guards within the forest..They would grant you a wish....

But not many people believed the rumor anymore. The people that got lost inside the forest, and for the very first time, saw the fox spirit with their own eyes. Finally believed.

And within the forest...There is a Fox Spirit trying to contact his friend for help.

"Hello Ludovic."

Shoyo looks at the magical mirror infront of him.

"Now what do ya need now huh?"

Ludovic, a demon from the underworld who's job is to punish the evil and the guide of the souls to the afterlife. Looks at his friend in a questioning manner.

"I need your help."

"Yeahh??? And what is it??" Ludovic asks while sipping some sake.

"I want you to temporarily guard this forest while I'm gone."

Ludovic spits his sake in surprise and started coughing. A guy who seems to be the assistant of Ludovic started patting his back.

"Oh, hello there Toushinari-kun."

Shoyo greeted and bows his head. Toushinari smiles and waves at him as he continues patting Ludovic's back.

"Are you seriously serious right now?!" Ludovic shouted at him.

"Yes."

"You do know I have work right??.." Ludovic rubs the bridge of his nose in frustration.

"Yes, your the only person I could ask for help."

"Geez.....Your so lonely Hinata.." Ludovic looks at Shoyo in sadness. Shoyo just tilts his head in confusion.

"*sigh*....Alright then! I'll put Tou-kun there since I have work." Ludovic said.

"Thank you for your help. Ludovic, Toushinari-kun" Shoyo bows his head.

"Its nothing! Thats what friends are for yeah?" Ludovic cheekily smiles.

"When will you go? And come back?"

"I will go today, and coming back?....Hnnn.....I am not sure."

"Well....Alright then, your lucky Tou-kun has a lot of free time! Gotta go now since I still have a lot of work to do, Tou-kun will arrive there shortly"

"Thank you again, goodluck on your work."

And the magical mirror disappears. Shoyo stood up and dusted off his kimono.

And suddenly there was a black portal infront of him and there was Toushinari coming out from it.

"Hello Hinata! Are you going out now?"

"Yes, thank you again." Shoyo bows as cherry petal's started to surround Shoyo and he disappears.

"Good luck, have a safe journey." Toushinari waves his hand as the cherry petal's flew away.

The cherry petal's stops at the entrance of the forest and Shoyo re-appears as he lands safely to the ground.

He looks down from uptop and saw buildings from afar. There was smoke surrounding Shoyo and his ears and tails disappears.

"How nice."

Shoyo then started walking down the forest and after awhile he finally arrived and saw a road.

He looks around and there were humans just doing their own things. Then Shoyo suddenly smelled a very delicious scent coming from a building, he then walks towards it as he follows the smell.

Shoyo looks up at the sign and read 'Sakanoshita Convenience Store'

'The smell is coming from here' Shoyo thought as he gulps down his saliva.

As the automatic sliding glass door opens, making Shoyo look at it in confusion, there was a guy shouting "WELCOME!"
He was so confused at first but regained his composure. He then started looking for the smell.

The guy with dyed blonde hair looks at Shoyo in awe. This is the first time in his life that he has ever seen someone so beautiful before, even tho he is wearing a mask, You could tell he is such a beautiful person by looking at his aura. He then hurriedly put out his cigarette and started looking for a mint flavored bubble gum and ate it.

Shoyo finally saw what he is looking for, he then walks towards it and looks at it with saliva dripping out.

"A-ahem. Hello sir. Would you like to buy that one?" The dyed blonde hair dude asks.

Shoyo looks at him, his mask still on. He looks back and forth at the meatbun and the man. He then droops down in sadness as he remembers something.

"...No."

"Oh? Your...Not gonna buy?"

"Yeah....I don't have human money." Shoyo looks at the Meatbun in sadness.

"Ohh....Then...It's on the house then!" The man smiles.

"On the....House???" Shoyo tilts his head in confusion.

"...Uhh...Are you perhaps a foreigner??"

"No, I just have never been in the human dimension in a thousand years."

'Is he a chuunibyo?? Well....He's a cute chuunibyo.' The man thought.

"It means that it's free! I'll give you it for free." The man said as he smiles.

"...You are such a nice human.....I do not deserve this.." Shoyo looks down on the ground, he then suddenly grabs something from inside his kimono and gives it to the man.

"Huh....?"

"Here, take this as a payment. I do not have human money, But I have gold."

"WH-WHAT???! G-G-GOLD?!" The man shouted in surprise.

"Have you not seen gold before?"

"N-n-no...."

"Ah, I see. Then here is the payment, I shall buy that delicious round thing." Shoyo puts the gold bar on his hands and points at the meatbun.

'Could it be that this guy is a rich Chuunibyo?!'

"W-well....Uhh....I-I-I don't think I could accept this..." The man stuttered.

"Why is that?"

"I-It's just too much..."

"Do not worry, I have plenty more."

"*COUGH!*........J-Just....I'll just give it to you as free!" The man exclaimed.

"NO BUTS!"

"Then.....I shall give you this then." Shoyo grabs something from his Yukata again and gave him an amulet after he took back his gold.

"..What's this?" The man asks as he looks at the amulet.

"It's a magical item where we could see and call each other even when we are far away." Shoyo said.

'Huh??.....So like a phone???......'

"Please take this, and you have been a very nice human, so I shall grant you a wish."

"...A wish??....Huh????" The man looks at Shoyo in confusion.

"What do you wish for?"

"Me...?....Uhhhhh...."

He thought about it for awhile then he opens his mouth.

"...I wish to know your name...." The man said..

Shoyo: ".................."

"Pfft!...." Shoyo then started chuckling and the man blushed in embarrassment.

"Your wish is quite....Pftt...Hahaha."

"Wh-why are you laughing?!"

"It's just cute, I have never heard of someone to wish this in all my entire life..hehe...." Shoyo puts his hand under his mask and wipes his tears.

Shoyo then removes his mask and looks up at the dumstruck man.

"Hahhaha heheh.....Alright....Ahem, My name is Shoyo Hinata, nice to meet you." Shoyo softly smiles at the man.

'......Beautiful.....Seriously beautiful.....Is the word I could only think of right now.....' The man thought.

"..N-n-nice to meet you as well...H-Hinata....I'm Keishin Ukai...." Ukai scratches his head bashfully.

"Nice to meet you Keishin-san. Well then, I would like to have the round thing." Shoyo points at a meatbun.

"Oh! Right! Okay"

Ukai grabs three meatbuns and gives it to him.

"Thank you."

"...Yeah, yer welcome.....By the way Hinata..."

"Yesh?"

Shoyo looks up at Ukai while his mouth is stuffed with a meatbun.

'MY HEART!!...'

"A-ahem!! It seems to be your first time here."

"Yeah, It is."

"Where do you live?"

"In the forest uptop the mountain."

"Wait what???" Ukai looks at Shoyo in surprise.

"Yes, I am the guardian of that forest. Right now I am just here to sightsee." Shoyo said as he ate his last meatbun.

(Manju: That was fast )

".....Eh?? You??....You are....Ehhhh???!" Ukai shouted in shock.

Shoyo then turns back into his fox form. After the smoke disappeared Ukai opens his mouth in shock.

"...Wh-what.....E-e-ehhh??....Huhhh???!!"

"You must have been very surprised Keishin-san." Shoyo chuckles in amusement by the cute reaction.

Ukai couldn't speak, he was too surprised, he looks at Shoyo up and down with his mouth agape.

"...So you weren't lying huh...."

"Lying about what?"

"About your age.....A thousand years old???"

"Is that what your concern is?" Shoyo tilts his head.

"The age gap is HUGE!....." Ukai covers his mouth as he worriedly thought of it.

Shoyo laughs again.

"Take your time hahahaha"

"No no!....I'm already taking it in like a master!....So......Since this is your first time in the human society.......What will you do??..."

Shoyo thought about it for awhile.

"I am not sure....I do not know how humans live...."

"Then how about you stay with me and I teach you how we good for nothing humans live huh? Sounds cool?" Ukai smiles.

"Are you sure?....Am I not disturbing you?"

"Nope! Not at all!"

"Then.....I thank you" Shoyo bows his head.

"No need to be so polite! We're friends now!"

"Friends???" Shoyo looks up at Ukai with stars in his eyes.

Ukai blushed and avoids eye contact.

"Yep! Friends!"

"...I finally have another friend....Now I have three friends!" Shoyo exclaimed happily.

Ukai looks at Shoyo and laughs.

"You should first change your clothes, since....Humans today don't wear Yukata's and kimono's, unless theres a festival." He points at Shoyo's outfit.

"Oh, alright then."

"Follow me, I think I have clothes that have the same size as you.."

Ukai walks towards the back of the shop and went upstairs followed by Shoyo, curiously wandering his eyes around the house.

They then arrive at Ukai's room and went inside. Ukai opens his closet and started rummaging his clothes as Shoyo sits down on the tatami mat.

"Hnn......This is the only smallest size I could find.." Ukai said as he gives Shoyo a hoodie and pants.

"Thank you for your hard work." Shoyo stood up and bows his head as he took the clothes.

"I'll go back down to the store, if your finished, come back down 'kay??"

"Yes."

Ukai then went back downstairs and looked after the store in his Mother's place.

Shoyo looks at the hoodie and the pants in awe. He has never seen this type of clothing before.....Well actually....His disciples sometimes wear this type of clothing, but he was still in awe.

He then takes off his Kimono and wears the outfit that Ukai gave him.

'It is very comfortable.'

Shoyo folds his Kimono and puts it on a desk and went back downstairs.
