After Music I went to Biology with Anko-sensei. She had choppy purple hair that was tied into a thick ponytail, light grayish-purple eyes, a kind face, and a large chest that she showed off almost a little too proudly. Although I don't think she really thought much about, she seemed like just a big kid.

Then after Biology I had Home Ec. with Rin-sensei. She might not be the "hottest" teacher but she was by far the prettiest. She had a warm and loving smile, short dark brown hair, dark eyes, and angled purple rectangle marks on her cheeks. According to Ino, who by now I had figured out was the gossip queen of the school, Rin-sensei was engaged to Vice Principal Obito Uchiha who was Sasuke's second cousin three times removed or maybe his third cousin twice removed, whatever the case they were related.

Then after Home Ec. Sakura and I walked to the cafeteria for lunch. Since the Home Ec. room was right next to the cafeteria, we were the first ones to sit down at what I had come to understand was "their" table.

We were soon joined by Ino, Karui, Choji, Temari, Shikamaru, Tenten, and Neji. Everyone greeted me with smiles and kind words as they sat down and I pulled out my bento box and began eating. I packed myself some rice balls, a banana, and some cinnamon rolls for dessert, which of course meant I ate them first. I had just started eating when Kiba came in with a boy I hadn't seen before. He wore dark sunglasses even though we were inside, and spikey brown hair. There wasn't much more I could tell about his appearance because his collar was so hi that it covered most of his face.

"Hey Hinata, I'd like you to meet our frien-"

"Pleased to meet you Hinata, my name is Shino Aburame," he said in an emotionless voice that was a little bit creepy but I didn't mind.

"It's n-nice to m-meet you too Shino-kun," for some reason I felt very comfortable around him, despite his somewhat off-putting personality, so I wasn't at all embarrassed to add the "kun" at the end.

"Hello my youthful comrades!" an excited voice yelled behind me. I turned to see who the voice belonged to and saw a skinny boy with shiny black hair that was cut into a bowl-cut, and the thickest eyebrows I've ever seen.

Energetic, giant eyebrow, this must be Rock Lee.

He was walking with a boy who I remembered to be Ino's boyfriend Sai. Sai had extremely pale skin and floppy black hair. He went over to Ino and gave her a hug and a kiss.

"Who is our new friend?" Lee asked excitedly.

"I'm Hinata Hyuga, y-you must b-be Rock Lee, it's n-nice to m-meet you," I said smiling.

"It is a pleasure to meet you as well Hinata, and you can just call me Lee," he proclaimed as he gave me a thumbs up and a big smile.

I giggled at his antics when I realized something was off.

Where's Naruto-kun.

I started looking around and saw that Gaara, who I had met during Bio, and Sasuke had slipped in unnoticed while everyone was talking. Gaara saw me looking at him and put a finger to his lips as a sign to not say anything. I nodded my understanding and he gave me a single nod of appreciation.

Naruto!

I remembered I had been looking for him and when I saw that he was nowhere to be found, I decided to say something, "H-has anyone s-seen N-Naruto-kun?"

"Roof," was the response I got from Sasuke as he took a bite out his tomato. "He'll be here in a bit."

"W-what's he d-doing on the r-roof?" I asked curiously.

"Eating," was his oh so helpful response.

He should be in customer service.

"W-why is h-he eating on the r-roof?" I asked starting to get annoyed with his responses that seemed to create more questions than it answered.

"He likes the view," he answered as a small grin crept its way up his face, obviously satisfied with my growing irritation.

Well at least it was more than one word.

"Sasuke-kun stop being so rude," Sakura said nudging him.

"Hn," was all he said causing Sakura to roll her eyes.

"He goes up there every day to eat his lunch and then joins us for about the last 20 or so minutes. Whenever we ask him why he just says he likes the view. We tried following him once but the door to the roof was locked so we couldn't get out there. After that we just let it go and hoped he wasn't doing anything stupid," Sakura so helpfully explained, I still wanted to know why he goes up there though.

"Hey guys what're we talking about?" Naruto asked as he sat down next to me.

Wow he sure can be sneaky when he wants to be.

He looked at me and gave me his million dollar smile which caused me to blush immediately.

"So Hinata-chan what're you guys talking about?" he asked again.

Hinata........ chan!!!!!!!

"N-nothing r-really N-Naruto-kun," I said still blushing a deep shade of red.

"Hinata-chan are you feeling alright? Your face is really red," he asked with concern in his voice as he placed his hand on my forehead, which caused me to blush even deeper.

He's touching me!

"I-I'm f-fine N-Naruto-kun, I'm j-just a l-little w-warm is all. Th-thank y-you for y-your c-concern," I barely managed to get out.

"We were talking about why you really go to the roof every day to eat," Sakura said coming to my rescue.

"Pfft, I already told you guys, I like the view," he said obviously lying.

"If that were true then why can't we come with you?" Ino asked joining the conversation.

"Well I don't want you guys up there with me because I enjoy how quiet it is," he answered a little more truthfully.

It's still not the whole truth though.

After lunch ended I had Math with Asuma-sensei, who was apparently engaged to Kurenai-sensei, then I had Health with Shizune-sensei, and Literature with Kakashi-sensei. Kakashi-sensei was a bit... unorthodox in his teaching methods.

First off he was fifteen minutes late and started to say something about helping a lost student, but Naruto-kun called him out on it. I guessed this wasn't the first time he had used that excuse for being late. Next was his appearance; he had silver, gravity defying hair, he wore a mask that covered his nose and mouth, and he had a vertical scar going through his left eye. Then all he did was sit at his desk and read what appeared to be porn while he had us read a random story in our textbooks.

After Lit. I had P.E. which was my last class of the day.

Finally, last class. Being new is exhausting.

I left the girls' locker room (which smelled like someone killed an elephant by suffocating it with a thousand different types of perfume) dressed in my P.E. uniform, which was just a grey t-shirt with my name on it and orange basketball shorts.

I was sitting in the bleachers talking with Sakura and Ino when I realized that the only boys from our group that were here were Sai and Shino, which I thought was odd cause we all walked to the gym together.

"H-hey Sakura-chan, where a-are the b-boys?" I asked her.

"Oh, well since they play football they have to lift weights during P.E. instead of being here with the rest of us," she explained.

"O-oh, I s-see," I said a little disappointed for some reason.

"What's wrong Hinata?" Sakura asked with concern in her voice.

"I d-don't know," I answered honestly while shrugging my shoulders a little bit.

"I know what's wrong," Ino said with a look on her face that I definitely didn't like.

Uh-oh, this can't be good.

"W-what d-do y-you know Ino-chan?" I asked a little afraid of what she was going to say.

"Well it's so obvious isn't it? You're disappointed that you don't get to look at Naruto's sweaty, muscular body as he works out," she said with a dirty grin on her face.

"Ino you're so right. I can't believe I didn't think of that," Sakura said teasingly.

"I-I d-don't kn-know w-what y-you're t-talking ab-bout," I said blushing a deep shade of red.

"Alright my youthful students gather around! My name is Might Guy and I am your P.E. teacher, however you will address me as either Guy-sensei or just sensei," shouted a man that looked like an older version of Lee.

Thank you for saving me larger version of Lee.

"Today we will be playing the youthful game of dodge ball!" he declared which was met with mixed levels of excitement.

We were separated into two teams and then we started playing. I know most girls don't really like dodge ball and just stand in small groups and talk. However I am not most girls. I loved dodge ball; it was the only way I could get back at the people that bullied me when I was younger since I was too afraid and too small to fight back.

We had just started our third match and the other team had started targeting me. I spun out of the way of three balls and jumped to avoid a fourth but a fifth ball that I didn't see get thrown was making its way towards my face and I was stuck midair with nowhere to go and not enough time to bring up my hands.

Yep, this is going to hurt.

I closed my eyes and braced myself for the impact when I felt someone grab my arm and pull me out of the way. When I opened my eyes I was looking into a pair of sparkling cerulean orbs filled with concern.

N-Naruto-kun...

"Are you ok Hinata-chan?" he asked me with concern in his voice.

"Y-yes I'm f-fine N-Naruto-kun, thank y-you for s-saving m-me," I said giving him a smile full of gratitude while I blushed slightly.

"I'm just glad I got here in time ya know," he said giving me his signature smile as the concern washed away from his face.

I was about to ask him why he wasn't in the weight room lifting when I saw a ball flying towards his head. I leapt into action, kicking a ball that was lying at my feet into the ball making its way towards Naruto's head causing it to change trajectory. His eyes grew wide with surprise as he realized what just happened. I picked up two balls and handed one to him.

"Don't go getting sleepy on me," I said with a wink as I dove back into the fray.

Well that wasn't like me at all?? Must be the adrenaline.

He looked at me with a shocked expression for a moment, then he shook his head and joined me in battle.

When the game ended we were both drenched in sweat, breathing heavily, and smiling like a couple of psychopaths.

"Hinata-chan that was incredible, where did you learn to play like that?" he asked excitedly.

"W-well when I w-was younger, I w-was t-too small to f-fight the k-kids that b-bullied me, s-so dodge b-ball was the only w-way I could f-face them," I explained.

"Hinata-chan has anyone ever told you that you're a badass?" he asked.

I shook my head no, "Well you, Hinata Hyuga, are a badass!" he said with a smile as he held up his fist.

"Y-you're n-not s-so b-bad y-yourself," I said with a light blush as I bumped his fist with mine.

"Anyways the reason I came out here in the first place was because I wanted to tell you that we're all going out to eat tonight and then we're going to go hang out at Ino's. And I wanted to ask if you wanted to come watch our practice?" he asked.

"Y-yeah, that s-sounds like f-fun," I answered with a big smile.
