Since Heartless and Unversed have different forms from other worlds, I'll be doing the same thing for the Soulless.  

Olympus Coliseum and God of War Greek Soulless; 

Soulless Sentry: Undead Olympian foot soldiers. They appear as gaunt, skeletal beings, adorned in rusted armor, and armed with standard swords. Sentries aren't the strongest foes encountered, but what they lack in strength, they more than make up for by assaulting their enemies in very large numbers. They can fight even when bisected, crawling along the ground to swipe at their foes. 

Soulless Legionnaire: The Olympus Legionnaires are a step up from the lesser Sentries. They appear similar to Olympus Sentries, except for the fact that they have heavier golden armor and carry an axe as their weapon of choice.

Soulless Archer: They appear similar to the Sentries except they are female, less armored, and carry a bow rather than a sword. They take up positions at a distance, and attack with flaming arrows.

Soulless Fiend: They appear as the skeletal remains of once female soldiers, covered partially in armor and adorned with a plumed helm. They have two methods of attack, either to stand back and attack from a distance with explosive projectiles, or to strike at him up close with the sword they carry. 

Soulless Guardian: They appear as standard skeletal soldiers, adorned in simple armor. They are armed with standard spears, and carry a giant vertically wide octagonal shield composed of solid onyx. hey often appear in large numbers, and will use their spears and shields to attack via phalanx tactics. 

Soulless Sentinel: These Soulless are essentially more powerful variations of the Guardians. They appear similar to Olympus Guardians with their spears and Onyx shields, and attack in an almost identical fashion. The only difference being that their overall strength is greater.

Soulless Harpy: Harpies are Soulless with the heads of hideous, deformed women, and the bodies of either bats or birds. They usually appear in large groups to attack. They attack by biting and slashing with their fangs and talons. 

Soulless Siren: Sirens are powerful female Soulless with a variety of magical abilities. 

Soulless Wraith: Wraiths are ghostly Soulless. They appear as eyeless, emaciated humans with decaying flesh and bladed arms. Instead of legs, their waists terminate in clouds of black smoke from which they float. Utterly consumed by the rage in which they died, they now attack any living thing that comes near them. They can burrow beneath the earth, invulnerable to damage until they explode up from beneath their enemies feet to attack them. 

Soulless Centaur: Centaurs are Soulless monsters that were both part man and part horse. They  are adorned in armor, and carry a deadly spear. They also command Sentries to attack, and can grant them increased strategic and attacking skills, making it harder for their enemies to kill them. If the Centaur is killed first however, the Sentries lose the advantage, and are much more easily destroyed. When no other enemies are in the vicinity, they will use charge attacks, thrusting their spear at them and stabbing them. If the enemy fails to counter the attack, the centaur will pierce them with the spear and throw them across the area.

Soulless Centauride: Centaurides are the female version of Centaur that are not only equipped with a spear, but also a bow with flaming arrows. 

Soulless Feral Hound: These Soulless appear as small brown dogs. They usually appear in large groups, often with other Soulless.  

Soulless Cerberus: Cerberus are three headed dog-like Soulless with two versions. One is compose of hellish fire that attack by leaping at their enemies, striking them with its claws, or by spitting fireballs at them from a distance via any one of its three mouths. And the other has a purple glow to their tail and mouths. It has the power to manipulate the souls of the Underworld, they scream as the beast emerges through the ground via dark portals. It can also use a soul shield, that damages if touched. 

Soulless Empusa: Empusa is a female vampiric monster with purple spikes instead of limbs, horrible sharp blade-like hands like mantis, and traversing with seductive movement almost like a ballerina. She also has fire instead of hair. She's a very agile and strong enemy, as well as a seductress. She will crawl towards her enemies on her four limbs but can also become bipedal. She's able to overbend her joints to the point of breaking and thus twist herself into many inhuman shapes. 

Soulless Gorgon: The Gorgons appear to be female Soulless with yellow and white serpentine bodies, and a rattle on their tails. One way that they attack their enemies is by constricting them in their coils, and then turning them to stone. They can also slash with their claws and slam with their tails. 

Soulless Satyr: The Satyrs are also depicted as having goat-like heads as well as claws. They range from small, tall, and even bulky. Their size allows them to leap to any direction quickly, with acrobatics. They can wield either a sword, shield, or a spear. A disarmed Satyr will only attack by running and leaping at their enemies to strike with their hooves, which is a relatively slow and weak attack. Sometimes, Satyrs will also try to grab and choke their to death. 

Soulless Elite Satyr: Satyr Commanders are elite Satyr warriors. The blue armor they use offers them a much greater protection than the light armor worn by some of the Lesser Satyrs. Their elite skills allow them to perform even more combos with world weapons than their brethren, and these combos are much more deadly. 

Soulless Satyr General: These are much larger than the normal Satyrs encountered throughout the series and boast incredible strength, however their size makes them less acrobatic. They are able to coordinate the lesser Satyrs and command them to attack similar to Centaurs command Sentries. They possess a large sword which they use to knock their enemies a considerable distance away, and also wield a grappling hook which they can use to pull their enemies towards them and then stab and slam them down twice on the ground for further damage. 

Soulless Elemental Talos: Elemental Tacos are Soulless brutes made of stone. They appear in three types: the Fire Talos, the Ice Talos, and the Thunder Talos. All three are covered in heavy armor and they carry a large hammer. They are shown to be very formidable opponents, but they receive damage and are killed by getting smashed to pieces by their own gigantic hammers. Occasionally, each Talos covers itself entirely with its element (Fire, Ice, or Electricity), becoming untouchable. While in this mode, each one of them can perform a powerful special move also based on their respective elements. 

Soulless Minotaur: Minotaurs are a species of anthropomorphic bull, about eight feet tall. Minotaurs walk on their hind legs and carry a variety of massive war axes, even wear armor. Their most common means of attacking their enemies is to charge at them, in an attempt to gore him with their horns. They are capable of a wide-range fire slam. 

Soulless Cyclops: Cyclopes are large and powerful one eyed Soulless. They wield what appears to be a gigantic tree trunk as a club and use it to smash their enemies. 

Soulless Chimera: The Chimera is depicted as a large, tan-furred Soulless capable of walking on either two or four legs. On her front is the head of a monstrous fanged goat sporting three horns on its head and a smaller one on her snout. Underneath it is the head of a lion, which faces downwards while the Chimera is on all fours and takes charge of the body when it stands up on two legs. The Chimera's tail takes the form of a large blue-green serpent, and snake-like scales run down the underside of its belly. Her hands are humanoid with long clawed fingers, and its hind legs have cloven hooves. They are fought in three stages. Each stage has a different head in control of the body, with the respective head's eyes glowing red. First, moving slowly on all fours, the Chimera whips her enemies with her snake tail and spits paralyzing venom, occasionally grabbing them and tossing them around. After cutting off the tail, the Chimera stands up on two legs, controlled by the lion face on its underside, clawing and breathing explosive gouts of fire. After gouging out the eyes of the lion face, she goes back on all fours, jumping rapidly around the battlefield. This form rams her enemies with the goat's horns and breathes a massive wave of ice across the ground. They can be finished off by impaling its head with one of its own horns. 

Soulless Manticore: The Manticore is a mythological Persian Soulless that acts as a mini-boss. The Manticore is a flying Soulless presented with a lion-like face, the jaw of a shark, which can become unhinged, dragon wings, human arms and torso, a scorpion tail and scorpion-like plates lining its back. She can fly and spit fire at her enemies from the air. While on the ground, the Manticore focus on tail attacks, and can throw spikes from her scorpion tail. She can also try to blow them away by slamming her wings together, but this move can be blocked. 

Soulless Manticore Hatchling: Smaller versions of the Soulless Manticore. The Manticore Hatchlings are moderately weak but strong when in big numbers. Their attack style is similar to Harpies, except they breathe fire. 

Soulless Juggernaut: Shaped like a fearsome and mighty elephant, these large Soulless are similar to Minotaurs. It moves on its hind legs and has its frontal paws shaped like human hands with claws to attack its preys. It also wears Persian armor that protects its arms, waist, tusks and even snout. Juggernauts can attack by charging at their enemies to push them away with their tusks, by stomping on the ground with one of their feet to drive them back or by slashing at them with their claws, which is the only attack that can be blocked. Some of them also carry large maces made with spiked elephant tusks and can swing or slam them against the ground.
