I feel like all the problems started when we were given guns.

Lazartag guns, that is.

A lot of our friends got together on the 9th of April because it's apparently 'some important persons birthday' and we wanted a reason to do something fun-

So we went to do lazartag!

..then I ran into Hypno. And had a crazy idea.

Well… I've kinda been avoiding the third. I've been super reluctant to flirt with Hypno while other people are around, I guess because I don't wanna embarrass them.

But when I ran into Hypno during Lazartag, it was just us two in that area.

We were alone. In a corner-

When we first found eachother, I actually acted really quickly and shot before I registered who it was. Had Hypno been on my team, nothing would've happened. But that game we were enemies, and I managed to shoot the target on his gun.

So, if you don't know how lazartag works or if your version is different from mine, when you shoot someone's chest target, they take damage and loose team points. If you hit someone's gun, though, they don't take any damage or loose points, but their gun will be incapacitated for 30-45 seconds.

It's pretty useful-- and it worked well for me.

I shot the target on Hypno's gun, and they groaned. "Awh, mann. Nice shot, xB, but mannn..."

It would've been the perfect moment to absolutely demolish him-- as Hypno couldn't shoot basically had nowhere to run.. but I decided to mess with him instead.

"Well?" Hypno said, their eyebrows raised. "You gonna shoot me or what?"

Pushing down the anxiety welling up inside my chest, I took a few steps forward. "I actually have something else in mind."

We were literally only inches apart.

Hypno's cheeks flushed, but otherwise he seemed pretty calm about the whole situation, and about the fact that I was this close to pinning him against the wall.

"Oh yeah?" He whispered.

I kept inching closer, my mind whirring. I wondered when Hypno would push me away. Why was I more nervous about this then they were?? What if someone walks over to this- oh my god Grian and Etho would never let me live this down.. why wasn't Hypno moving?? Oh yeah, I had him cornered.

Oh my god.

What if he doesn't want to kiss me. What if Hyp can't get out and I just ruin everything.

I paused, glancing at Hypno's eyes. I tried to send them a silent question, to ask if they were okay but before I could they leaned forward.

I thought they were going to kiss me.

But our lips were only brushing, and Hypno, in the heat of the moment, smirked and whispered, "You don't have the balls."

With a shit-eating grin, they pushed me back and I heard a click-- the click that meant Hypno's gun was able to shoot again.

I fumbled with my gun, but I couldn't seem to regain my composure. I was literally a stuttering, blushing mess.

He shot me six times, pecked me on the cheek, then ran off.

Once he was gone, I just sat on the ground where I was and muttered, "Can i shoot myself in this game? Cuz that's pretty close to what i wanna do right now."

I really suck at this.
