Chapter 45: Beginnings

"Ending's make the best beginnings."

                  -Anonymous

The sun shined brightly over your head as you stood watching the ceremony, pride filling your heart as you watched your boys approach the ceremony master.

Today had marked five days since The Great Wall had come down, The Dragon Kingdom had already made multiple changes to better itself. The people had become happier, and healthier, they had come to love their new king.

After word had gotten around about The Wall falling, people began to come from far and near, every kingdom had been there to see it, none of them willing to believe it unless they had seen it themselves.

Everyone celebrated the seven brave men that played such an important part in tearing down the wall,  so much so that they called for a ceremony to be held in their honor.

The ceremony was today.

Your eyes watched as the seven men got on one knee, kneeling in front Ceremony master.

The elderly man smiled widely at the seven men, before turning to the crowd of millions  in front of him.

"Great people," He started loudly. "Today we have gathered to honor these seven brave men, who have fought and struggled that this kingdom may once again see the light of day. We cannot begin to esteem them high enough. We cannot begin to thank them enough. If it weren't for these men we would still be in the shadow of The Great Wall."

The crowd cheered around you and you smiled widely, watching as Yoongi's hand began to shake in nervousness.

He had never been honored like this. He never expected to be honored like this, but it certainly didn't bother him. It felt good to be wanted.

The raven haired king, glanced over at you.

You smiled and placed your hand over your chest, signalling for him to breathe.

You watched as he took in a deep breath, listening as the ceremony master continued to speak.

"Today, your people have chosen for you, titles of great honor, that will follow you even until your death. Your names shall never be forgotten."

The seven men nodded, watching as The Ceremony Master, turned and picked up a small, golden metal, his eyes falling on Namjoon.

"For your wit, and power, the people of The Lion Kingdom have dubbed you as....

Lord Namjoon, the Wise."

He leaned over, pinning the metal to Namjoons golden sash, signalling for him to stand up. The sorcerer did as he was told, and stood facing the sea of people.

The Ceremony Master moved to Jimin, turning and grabbing a small, golden crown and holding it above his head.

"For your generosity, and helpfulness, the people of The Lion Kingdom have dubbed you

Prince Jimin, the Kind."

The golden crown was placed upon his head, and Jimin stood up, turning to face the people, just as Namjoon did, his golden eyes falling on you.

Next up was Taehyung.

The elderly man, grabbed a large, pearl crown, embedded with diamonds, and held it high above Taehyung's head.

"For your bravery, and quick-thinking, the people of The Owl Kingdom have dubbed you as,

Taehyung, the Courageous."

The crown was gently placed on his head, and the elvish king stood, and turned to proudly face the people.

The ceremony master smiled down on Hoseok before grabbed another metal, this one was made of onyx and sapphire, to represent the Dragon Kingdom.

"For your kind heart, and loyalty, The people of The Dragon Kingdom have dubbed you

Hoseok the Friendly."

The ceremony master pinned the metal to Hoseok's blue sash, and the sorcerer couldn't help the smile that rose to his face as he stood up, facing the crowd.

Jungkook began to sweat nervously as the Ceremony master approached him, his golden eyes fell onto the stone ground beneath him.

The elderly man couldn't help but smile fondly at the young prince.

"Jeon Jungkook, you have been given a new title."

Jungkook's eyes shot up in confusion at the man's words, watching as he turned and picked up another golden crown, this one lined with emeralds.

"For your grace under pressure, and passion, the people of The Bear Kingdom have dubbed you

Jungkook, the Golden, king of the Bear Kingdom."

You watched proudly as the crown was placed upon his head, shock and happiness written all over his features.

He stood up and faced the crow just in time for you to watch his once golden eyes, morph into a bright green.

The ceremony master moved over to Jin, eyeing the rosy haired prince.

"For your selflessness and strength, the people of The Lion kingdom have dubbed you,

King Seokjin, the Humble."

The rosy haired prince couldn't stop his eyes from widening. He wasn't supposed to be king. Jimin had worked so hard to study for that position.

His gaze fell onto Jimin, who stood smiling at him, nodding his head, secretly telling Jin that he wanted him to be the king.

Jin smiled widely, tears beginning to stream down his cheeks as the large golden crown was placed on his head, his stood up quickly and faced the crowd with the rest.

All eyes fell on Yoongi as he stared at the ground nervously, his hands still shaking. He was the last one, and if he were honest he had feared what his people dubbed him.

"Min Yoongi, for your forgiveness, and integrity, the people of The Dragon Kingdom have dubbed you,

King Yoongi, the Loved."

You couldn't stop the large smile that rose to your lips as you watched Yoongi's blue eyes widen in shock as the crown was placed upon his head.

He never in his life imagined that this moment would ever come.

He stood to his feet, facing the crowd as The Ceremony Master spoke once more.

"People of The Four Kingdoms,"He started. "I give to you, your saviors."

The crowd erupted into cheers, some of them throwing roses as the seven men stood before them proudly, each one of their eyes falling onto you.

You clapped for him and threw a rose of your own.

And that's all you can remember before you blacked out.

Your body jerked awake, a loud gasp leaving you as you sat straight up, your blue eyes searching around frantically.

You weren't outside anymore, there was no sun shining down, or butterflies flying around.

You were currently sitting in a small bed at the corner of a well lit room. The walls were made of what appeared to be glass, and outside of the glass was-

wait.

what?

Your eyes widened as you scooted back in your bed. There were stars outside, and you could very plainly see Earth floating right beside of the small room you were in.

Were you in space.

You shook your head and  breathed deeply, trying not to panic. There was no way that you could actually be in space right now. That would be insane.

You rubbed your eyes and looked out the window once again, hoping the view had changed, but it didn't.

You were obviously confused.

How did you get there? Where were you!?

The sound of a door opening suddenly reached your ears. Your blue eyes moving to land on a tall, skinny man. He dressed in a fine tailored, jet black suit, his black hair was combed back neatly and his eyes were a light shade of gray.

You were insane. That was the solution.

"Who are you and where am I!?" You asked panicked.

The man smiled widely at you, running over and grabbing your hands happily.

"It's been so long since I've had company. How are you? Are you hungry? Do you-"

You pulled your hands away from him roughly, sending him a hard glare.

"Who are you?"

The man continued to smile at you.

"Writer."

You frowned.

"Your name is Writer?" You asked.

He shrugged.

"No. I don't have a name. That is just my title. I am the author of people's fates. I over see different time lines and different people."

You nodded, still confused.

"Okay....Writer. Where am I?"

He smiled, standing up and spreading his arms in a "ta-da" fashion.

"You're in my home."

You raised your eyebrows.

"You live in space?"

He nodded.

"It's easier to watch over people when you are above them."

You stood up from the bed, walking towards him cautiously.

"So my guess is that you aren't human." You stated.

He nodded.

"I'm one hundred percent NOT human. Humans are far too fragile."

"You look human." You stated.

He smiled.

"I put this on for you. If you ever saw my true form you would die."

Your eyes widened.

"Noted."

He released a sigh.

"I'm sure you're wondering why you're here."

You nodded.

"Yes. I am. I would like to go back and be with my friends."

He turned to face you, frowning.

"You are here because I am in desperate need of your help."

You raised your eyebrows.

"My help?" You repeated. "I thought you were some kind of "all powerful being". Why on Earth would you need me help?"

He sighed, turning his gaze to look at the stars out the window.

"My job is to over look every single human in existence. Each of them have a story and I am to see to it that their story comes true."

You nodded, still confused as he continued.

"You see, there are more universes than the one you know. Each one of them unique and special in their own way. Everyone human has another version of themselves in each universe. For instance, there are numerous versions of Marilyn Monroe....in your universe she is a super star, in another, she's the president of the united states."

Your eyes widened.

"Holy crap."

He nodded in agreement.

"Indeed."

You shook the shock off, facing him again.

"I still don't understand why you need my help."

He sighed heavily.

"Every human is supposed to be in another universe, either because they have a soulmate, or because the impact another human's life to the point that they play a key role in their destiny......Every human has another version of themselves.....Except you."

You stared at him dumbfounded, your blue eyes widening incredibly large.

"Wh-what?" You stuttered out.

Writer smiled nervously.

"You play a key role seven men's lives. You are the one thing that can bring their stories to a closing. But because there is one one version of you, the other versions of them cannot finish their stories."

You grabbed your head, trying to process all of the information he was giving you.

"That's why I brought you to The Four Kingdoms. Without you, Yoongi would have been murdered by his father and Jimin would have had Jin executed, Jungkook would have killed himself and Namjoon and Hoseok would have remained alone for all eternity. Your blue eyes are a result of your body travelling through dimensions."

You shook your head.

"This is some kind of joke isn't it?"

He frowned.

"I'm afraid it isn't. I needed you to help me complete their stories....and now you have."

"SEND ME BACK!" You roared out.

He shook his head.

"I can't. There are other stories you need to fulfill."

You frowned, running a hand through your hair.

"Let's say I actually believe you." you started. "Let's say I don't think you're insane. Why would I help you, after you kidnapped me from my home and threw me into a world I didn't even know existed?"

He smiled.

"Because I can put you back into The Four Kingdoms."

Your eyes snapped to his.

"If you agree. If you help me finish out their stories, I will put you back in any universe you choose."

You bit your lip.

This guy did make a good point, but how could you be sure that he wasn't a a maniac, or some kind of psycho path killer?

You released a heavy sigh.

"Fine." You said. "I'll help you."

He leaned with joy and rushed over to hug you tightly.

You pushed him away with annoyance, rolling your eyes.

"But after this is all over, you're going to send me back to The Four Kingdoms right?"

He nodded.

"Right. But you need to understand this. The seven men you know now and the seven you will meet in the next universe are not the same. They have different backstories, different parents. They are not the men you know and love."

You sighed heavily, nodding.

"Okay." You said quietly.

He smiled.

"Great! You may want to put on some sunscreen it's going to be hot."

You titled your head in confusion.

"Where are you taking me?"

His gray eyes lit up.

"How do you feel about ancient Egypt?"

A/N,

I know this seems pretty far out there, but I swear that it gets way better. I really toyed around with the idea until I perfected it. I understand if some of you are skeptical about "universal travel." But this is a way that I can create different versions of BTS and have them all connected without really changing the story line.

Please continue to support me and my sequel.

I kind of gave a huge hint when I asked how you all felt about ancient Egypt. I'm relieved no one caught on.

The title for the sequel will be "Pyramids" our beloved reader has so much in store for her....Good Luck.

I will truly miss this book.
