Everyone followed Scott down a hallway, Kurt scaring Peter when he teleported next to him. When they stopped, there was a room with a jet in the center.

"Nice." Hank comments.

"Hey, Hank, do you think you can fly this thing?" Raven asks.

"Yeah, I can figure it out."

"Hey guys." Scott says, opening some containers next to the group, "Flight suits.

"You got your warplane." Alyssa says, "Let's go to war."

"Everyone suit up." Raven says, taking one of them.

"Suit up where?" Jean asks.

"It's a big room." Alyssa comments, plus the rest of the place is hopefully deserted. Shouldn't be that hard to find some privacy if you're uncomfortable."

The group got changed and boarded the jet with Hank and Moira piloting. Everyone else sat behind them. On Hanks side, there was Kurt, Peter, Alyssa, and Janos. On Moira's side, there was Ravan, Jean, and Scott. Most of the initial flight was silent, until Jean spoke.

"Were you scared?" She asks Raven, "That day in D.C., were you scared?"

"No." Raven responds, "But I was scared on my first mission. I was on a plane like this with my friends. About your age. We called ourselves the X-Men. Your brother was there." She adds, looking at Scott. "We used to call him Havok. He was a real handful, but when it came down to it, he was very brave."

"What happened to the rest of the kids who went with you?" Kurt asks, "The X-Men?"

"Hank and I are the only ones left." Raven responds, "I couldn't save the rest of them."

"What about them?" Jean asks, referring to Alyssa and Janos, "Weren't you part of the X-Men?"

"Not exactly." Alyssa responds.

"We were actually the reason the X-Men were formed." Janos adds, "We had a team of our own. The Hellfire Club. Unlike the X-Men, we weren't the good guys. Alyssa and I are the only original members left."

"But, we did eventually find a better path." Alyssa says.

"We weren't always heroes." Raven says.

"You're heroes to us." Jean says, "Seeing you that day on TV changed my life."

"Mine, too." Kurt adds.

"Mine, too." Peter adds, "I mean, I still live in my mom's basement, but you know, everything else, is... oh , it's pretty much the same. I'm a total loser."

This got a laugh out of everyone for a brief moment. They flew by Cairo, and saw a large pyramid in the center of the city, and destruction occurring. No doubt the work of Magneto and Apocalypse.

"He has the professor in the center of the pyramid." Jean informs the group, "He's going to transfer his consciousness into the professor. If he does that, he'll have the power to control every mind in the world."

"What the hell is that?" Moira asks, referring to something by the pyramid she saw.

"It's Erik." Raven says, having got up to see. This caught Peter's attention, as he zoomed over to see for himself. "You guys help Nightcrawler get into the pyramid." Raven instructs the others, "Get Charles. I'll take care of Erik."

"How are we gonna get through that?" Hank asks.

"I can get you in there." Peter says, "I came here for him, let me help you."

"The rest of you, get Charles, get him on the plane, and get out of here." Raven orders.

"We're not leaving without you!" Kurt says.

"Don't worry, we'll catch up." Peter says.

"Hold on." Hank says as he lands the jet.

"Hank, you go with Tsunami, Riptide, and the kids." Raven says, "Moira will be waiting on the plane."

"Wait." Scott says.

"What?" Raven asks.

"Not all of us can fully control her powers." Scott says.

"Then don't." Janos says.

"You need to embrace them." Alyssa adds.

"We all do." Raven adds, changing into Mystique.

Peter then lowered his goggles and raced off with Raven while the others headed towards the pyramid.
