I know I'm not the one who's suffering in these intensive trainings but seeing them so tired makes me feel tired, too. I don't know, maybe I'm too attached to them that I could feel what they're feeling inside. Yeah, even if they haven't or didn't told us about how they feel, I can sense it. They're tired. They're just shy to admit cause they thought it is a shame.

For me, totally it is not a shame.

Each one of us has the right to show our feels. Each one of us has the right to express what we truly feel deep inside. That is not against the law or any constitution. Everyone is free to say but being so shy ate us up. 

Root cause of shame, scared and frightened. They're afraid that we would mock them or laugh at them if they'll show their weak points. Nobody is weak, we are strong in our own ways.

"We will start from the basic warm-ups." I said. They showed me a weird look.

"Bakit nauna ang intensive training kesa warm-up?" Xyper asked me. I just shrugged and Hunter tapped his shoulder. I heard him said, "Sumunod ka nalang. Alam niya ang ginagawa niya."

Xyper just nodded as an answer. I started telling them how it goes.

"First, head bending! Second, arm stretching. Third, bicep stretch and then tricep stretch. Hands flipping, shoulder rotation and so on.." While telling them how we call that warm-up, Freeze and I are also demonstrating.

They almost fell into the ground due to tiredness when they did the thirty different side counts of jumping jacks. Pero hindi sila nagreklamo, I didn't hear them react or anything. Basically, they accepted everything they did.

I demonstrates how to do the squat rush and mountain climbing warm-up. It's the two hardest warm-ups but I can handle it. There are just some complicated steps to follow. I know they can do it, they're trying to do their best.

On my remarks, they started doing the warm-up all over again. I tried reading what's in their mind now.

"My knees are starting to feel numb but this is for everyone." That's what Miruh said.

"I can't think straight anymore, all I want to do is to continue this thing." That's what Katelyn said.

"Nakakapagod pero masaya." That's what Xyper said and Hunter said, "So far, I am starting to enjoy being with this guild. I'm too tired but I'm happy inside."

I'm also happy to hear how dedicated they are in their duties. 

Freeze told me to give them a break and so I did. Few minutes later, my phone rang and it was my sister.

She went back to the mansion because she have bunch of stuffs to do.

I answered the call.

"What's up?"

"The grand ball will happen a few weeks later. Be sure to be here after one week."

"You're throwing a party? How about the trainings and all?" I asked.

"This is to formally announce that you are my biological sister, Gem. They won't recognize or thank your guild if I won't do this."

"Okay. I'll tell them, good bye."

"Good bye, take care." After that she turned off the phone. A grand ball few weeks later? Do I really need to attend those? Oh well, she said it and I understand. But some instincts of mine are rushing again.

Something bad will happen.

Am I seeing this things for real?
