Brynn's POV

When we finally got up to the wall we started cleaning the cannons. Sasha, Connie, Mina, Tomas and Samuel were there with us. As I scrapped off dried gunpounder from inside the cannon I heard there muffled conversation and couldn't help but laugh as I pulled myself out of the cannon.

"I never knew were inspirational Eren" I said. He hit me playfully and we laughed.

Suddenly Sasha, who apparently had left and none of us  notice, came running to us, covering something with her coat. "Can you guys keep a secret?.." she asked. "Depends.." I replied. She revealed meat in her hand. We all drooled. "Because I totally just helped myself to the officers pantry !" She said. "Oh god..." I muttered.

"Sasha!! They can throw your butt in the clink for that!!" Thomas yelled. "Seriously what is wrong with you?" Samuel asked, almost as if he was bored of saying it. "What isn't wrong with her ?.." Connie asked. "Shut up baldy" I told him. "It'll be fine.. I'm willing to share.. oh! Can you imagine the sandwiches!" She said, drooling happily.

"Put it back!" Connie yelled. "Yea!" Mina replied. "Do you have any idea how rare meats been since the Titans took wall Maria ?" She asked. "Umm. Little bit. Yea" Sasha replied as she walked over to one of the empty boxes that we usually store cannon balls in. "Juts look at it this way. Pretty soon we'll take back all the room we need for livestock" she said before closing the box and hiding it.

"I'd really like a slice please !"Samuel yelled. "Me too!" I yelled. "Hey if they get one so do I! Just so you know " Connie yelled. I couldn't help but smirk slightly. "Me too! I'm in on it too!" Mina yelled happily. 

Eren looked confused. "Come on! Don't just stand there. If they see us slacking off we're in for it !" I heard Samuel. I chucked as i started cleaning under my cannon. Suddenly I heard lightning strike. I got out from under my cannon and said "a storm ? Dammit... I was hoping today would be c-" I froze.. the colossal Titan stood in front of us. It slowly looked at all of us.. all I could hear was my heartbeat..

Suddenly there was a blast of steam. It burned my eyes as it blasted me off the wall. I just managed to hook onto it as I held my face in pain. I heard the same sound I heard years ago.. the wall was broken..  I pulled my hand away to see my nose was bleeding from the force.. nothing broken.. lucky me..

"Samuel!" I heard Connie scream. My head snapped in that direction to see him falling. Sasha was the closest. "Sasha ! Grab him!" I screamed at her. She uncooked from the wall and ran down it. She hooked his  ankle and then the wall. "Oh thank fuck.." I muttered.

Suddenly we all saw go big the hole was.. we all started to panic.. my ears rang.. I could hear no one.. I saw Connie screaming...

I snapped out of it quick enough to see Eren rip out his bases, yell "do or die!" And run up the wall. I pulled mine out and screamed "EREN!" Before rubbing up after him. "Mounted cannon squad 4! Take out the colossal Titan! This is our chance ! Don't let it slip away!" He yelled. "Eren for the love of god get back here !!!" I yelled at him but it was as if he couldn't hear me.

We both landed in front for it.. the thing that had haunted my nightmares for years.. humanity's demise is imminent..

Hey guys! I am so so so so sorry! I haven't updated since March. I just didn't have any motivation to write the story but I'm good now so i promise updates will be more frequent! Sorry this is short but I hope you enjoyed it
