Acronix spins around and fires a bolt of blue at everyone, somewhat counteracting the inevitable pausing effect of his brother's weapon.

"That's clever."  Morro drawls, each syllable he speaks unintentionally lengthened as he fights the power of the time bubble.  "'Nix can't withdraw the effects of Krux's own Blade, but he can override it with one of his own."

"So it seems."  Lloyd grumbles. 

"You know, Morro, you look good like this."  You wink slowly at him.

"Oh, no.  Not again.  Not now."  Lloyd whines.

Morro ignores him.  "You know, Sweetheart, I was just about to tell you the same thing."  He smirks, catching on.

"First Spinjitzu Master, spare us."  Cole mutters.

"We should totally make out right now."

"NOOOOOOO!!!"  Lloyd screams as you and Morro inch closer to each other.

"Kiss me, Morro!"

"Mmm..!"

Lloyd curses and tries to turn away as quickly as possible.  "AS YOUR LEADER, I ORDER YOU TO STOP THIS AT ONCE!!!"

Morro grins and pulls you closer to himself.  "Shut up, Pipsqueak.  We're busy..."  He closes his eyes and rumbles into your kiss.

Not one to be outdone, Nya stares aggressively at Jay.  "I want to do that, too!"

Jay glances nervously at an angrily growling Kai.  "N-now?  Are you s-sure?"

"Kai knows better than to interrupt us.  Right, Kai?" 

Cole holds back the Master of Fire, who howls with outrage as his sister and brother-in-arms begin kissing each other passionately.

Lloyd presses himself desperately against the wall of the time bubble.  "LET ME OUT!!!"  He wails.

Acronix glances back at your group and jumps, apparently startled to see Lloyd's eyeball mere inches from his own.

"What a weird kid."

Krux lunges for his brother's face, hoping to catch him off guard.

But Acronix isn't as distracted as he seems.  He whirls upon Krux, hesitates for a split second,  and then brings the blunt edge of a dagger, swiftly pulled out from his gi, down onto his twin's neck.

Ava sucks in a concerned breath and shakes her head, fear dancing in her eyes as she watches him.  "He won't be able to do it."

"Why not?"  Jay asks.  "He's got him right where he wants him!"

"Don't you see?!!  'Nix is too good a guy to take his own brother's life!!!"  She snaps.

"Is he now-?  ..I'm sorry, I'll stop."  Rhea mumbles, eyes downcast.

"Well, yes, he is.  I mean, I guess..."

"Don't even bother trying to deny it!!!  It's really obvious that you two like each other, like, a lot, even if you're terrible at showing it like a normal human being!"

Ava slowly slams her fist into the wall of the bubble, snarling under her breath.  "I am well aware of my flaws, thank you!  Can we focus on the task at hand now, please?!!"

Miniscule cracks shimmer on the dome, and you perk up, disentangling yourself reluctantly from Morro.  "Hey, look at that!  It seems it's wearing off!"

"Not quickly enough for my liking."

"If we all attack it at once, it'd probably break now."  You shrug.  "At least, I'd assume so, given as how a simple punch has affected it so much."

"There's nothing simple about my punches."  Ava mutters mutinously.  "But I agree with you."

"Powers at the ready?"

There's a chorus of yes's! from everyone.

"Then let's bust out of this prison!"

The remaining Stone Warriors give the feuding brothers a wide berth as they battle it out with each other.

Acronix twists out of the way as Krux aims an amber-colored blast at him.  "HA!  You've got to do better than that!  You missed me!"

"An unfortunate mistake on my part."  Krux replies bitingly.  "Next time, I won't fail to destroy you."

"You'll have to catch me first, brother!"

A random Warrior shuffles backwards, hit by the Reversal Blade's power.  Acronix sidesteps it neatly, then leaps towards his twin.

But this time, Krux is ready for him.  With a yell, he swings a Blade, hard, at his brother, catching him in the chest and sending him reeling over the edge of the Time Stream's bank.

A.N: In true author's fashion, I feel as if I'm living the story that's in my head (and of course on paper/online) right now.  (Or at least closely observing it.)  I'm really feeling the adrenaline coursing through my veins as I'm writing all of this.  Silently screaming from excitement, banging my head on my notebook because I just can't...

..But I can, I will, and I've already gone ahead and written a good chunk of the next chapter immediately after finishing this one, because I am so pumped right now, it's unbelievable.  So instead of sleeping, I'll probably be writing at least a 'teeny' bit more of the next chapter before finally retiring for the night.

..Or maybe a lot.  

Sleep can wait, so we'll see...

But in all seriousness, I'm praying that everyone enjoyed this, because there's still a surprise or two left for you all!  At least, I hope that what happens next will be a surprise!  😉🤭
