~• Epilogue •~

A big hello to all! How are you? I am back with the epilogue of this book! I hope you all will like it! Happy reading 💕

"Mata!" cried the little Pragati running towards Panchali.

"What happened little one?" Ayonija asked keeping the scrolls aside and inviting her youngest daughter to sit on her lap.

"Pitashli shcoled me!" she pouted in her baby voice.

("Pitashri scolded me!")

"But why?" Krishnaa's eyes widened at the mere thought of it. It was always Draupadi schooling them and Arjun protecting his dearest's.

"I ashked him to teach me shwold phithing but he didn't and gave me a huge letcher." Pragati explained.

("I asked him to teach me sword fighting but he didn't and gave me a huge lecture.")

Krishnaa giggled hard listening to her. Firstly because of her baby voice mispronouncing words and secondly because of the reason.

"Mata, you come. Lacshmanaa didi has gone to bling Bhanu mami and Plagya didi is shcolding pitashli for shcolding me." Pragati dragged her mother to the practicing arena.

("Mata, you come. Lakshmanaa didi has gone to bring Bhanu mami and Pragya didi is scolding pitashri for scolding me.")

Yagyaseni shaked her head smiling at the bond of the two twin sisters and in a moment she felt herself getting dragged by her 3 year old daughter to the arena. At the side she saw Duryodhana's wife Bhanumathi too getting dragged by the 5 year old Lakshmanaa.

After the imprisonment of Shakuni and Jayadrath, Dhritharashtra and Gandhari had announced the Swayamvar of Dushala and she was now leading a happy wedded life with the crown prince of Avanti, Yuvraj Rajendra.

Shakuni and Jayadrath had not been silent even though they were imprisoned. Gandhar, which was been handled by Arshi had asked for some grave punishment for the two, as their plots were effecting the whole empire. As a result of which the two were executed in the public.

Duryodhana's behavior had been gradually changing into a positive turn after his wedding with the princess of Kashi, Bhanumathi. And they also had given birth to twins, Lakshmana Kumara and Lakshmanaa.

A year after the imprisonment, Duryodhana and Arjuna decided with mutual consent that Indraprastha should be merged back to Hastinapura and it's ruler being Arjun.

The reasons for the decisions were many, but two of the most important ones were, Arjun being eldest than Duryodhana by a month and secondly, Duryodhana still had that fear in mind of getting manipulated or biased. So, with his wife's advice, he let the throne for Arjun and sat on the throne of the crown prince.

Advaith and Advith had been married to Karenumati and Vijaya, the princess of Chedi and Madra respectively. The two young pairs had been expecting their first child too and the palace was in great joy.

"You can't shcold my shishter like that pitashli!" the mother daughter duo heard Pragya's voice as they neared the arena.

"Arya, what's all this?" laughed the Queen of the empire.

"Don't laugh at our situation please. These two kids fight among each other once and then when we just advice them, they come to scold us for each other." Duryodhan mad a sad pout as he eyed his twins.

"Exactly. Just before, we told that kids sword fighting is not appropriate for your age, they were fighting. But we told it and the youngest ones didn't agree and started arguing. If we argued back, trying to make them understand, the eldest ones are scolding us for nothing." Arjun complained.

Shaking her head, Bhanumathi said, "Arya and bhrata Arjun, there's absolutely nothing to quarrel here. Just let them do what they want."

"Bhanu, don't. Don't support them. They are still kids. What if they wound themselves?" Duryodhana mouthed as Arjun agreed.

"Bhrata Duryodhan, give the kids wooden swords for now, not the metallic ones. After a few years, you can give them a promotion. What say kids?" Draupadi kneeled down to their level.

"Agleed mami. Tell mamashli alsho nah. He's continuoushly alguing with ush." Lakshmanaa complained.

("Agreed mami. Tell mamashri also nah. He's continuously arguing with us.")

"Fine, we have agreed. Okay?" Jishnu gave up and received happy grins from their daughters.

"Why did it stop so quickly? It was so entertaining!" Advaith said receiving glares from all end.

"I mean. I-.  I meant-. I just read Advith's mind. That's it." Advaith dragged his twin.

"What? No!" Advith exclaimed.

"What's the noise coming from here?" Kunti came to the arena while the others followed as Advaith and Advith's argument had begun and all the others successfully failing to stop their silly argument.

Immediately, the arena became silent as the twins hung their head low.

"Dadii!" Shruthakarma exclaimed, running to his dearest. "They all are fighting like kids!"

Kunti lifted Shruthkarma while Gandhari hugged Duryodhan's son Lakshman.

"Kings for namesake? Don't you know that you shouldn't fight and argue like this when our dear daughters Renu and Vijaya are there. Especially at this time!" Pandu schooled.

"Chote pitashri, we men, have a big doubt. A very big one, that we have to ask you elders!" Duryodhan exclaimed.

Thinking it to be of some royal affairs, they nodded their head to continue.

"If you call our wives as daughters, how is it possible? They will become our siblings then!" Savyasachi pouted.

As soon as he mouthed those words, everyone except the questioners burst out laughing hysterically. The kids, though they didn't understand anything joined the laugh seeing others.

"Arya, like seriously?" Ayonija tried to say in between her laugh.

"Only wise people will understand the logic behind it bhrata!" the six month pregnant Karenumati said giggling.

"I should have understood it then!" Advith said.

"Arya, try to understand what she is saying. Don't be in a bubble. Okay?" Vijaya smirked cutely while Advith could only roll his eyes at his four month pregnant wife.

"Well, forgot to tell you that sakha and bhabhi Rukmini are coming to Hastinapura. Untill that Renu, Vijaya, it's your rest time now. Go. We will join you with them later." Draupadi instructed controlling her laugh.

Both ladies couldn't go against it and they sadly pouted and walked back slowly to their rooms followed by Nakul and Sahadev.

Moments later the very favourite of one and all came with his dearest wife and their only daughter, baby Charumathi. Welcomed warmly by the King and Queen, Rukmini hugged Draupadi tightly and Charumathi joined the little girls group. The brothers followed them owing to keep an eye on them and protect them.

While walking back to the rooms, the little Pragya ran to them as Krishna kneeled down to cuddle and lift her up in her arms. As he did so, in her cutest voice she asked, "Mamashli will you teach me and my chiblings shwold phithing pleach?"

("Mamashri will you teach me and my siblings sword fighting please?")

"Aww, it would be my pleashure Plagya!" Kanha imitated her baby accent.

("Aww, it would be my pleasure Pragya!")

"Drau, I am not leaving your daughter today. She's too cute to handle. I will talk to you later okay?" Rukmini said cancelling her talk with Panchali.

"No, no. Pragya will be with me and so the others. Parth, I will also talk to you later. I have an important discussion with my baby now!" Kanha said as he lifted Pragya up in the air and walked to the play ground where other kids were only to be followed by a glaring Vaidharbhi running behind them.

"My talk with Madhav also got cancelled. We got betrayed!" Parth wiped a fake tear.

Looking at her husband, Panchali smiled, "But I am sure that you will not leave me. Right?"

"Not even in my dreams!"
