"Panchali, pitashri has summoned us to the court. Aren't you ready yet?" Arjun asked.

"It is you who is still reading the scrolls not me." Draupadi replied.

Arjun rolled his eyes and said, "Shall we go now?"

Draupadi nodded and started following Arjun to the court room.

"Good morning bhabhishri." wished Advith grinning.

"Good morning!" Draupadi wished back smiling.

"Just asking if I am invisible?" Arjun asked interrupting their wishing session.

"Bhabhi, are you hearing bhrata's voice? Where is he? I am not able to see him. Bhratashri where are you?" Advaith pretended and dramatized with pure excellency.

Dhananjay twisted his brother's ears, "Can you see me now?"

"Ah ah!!" Advaith cried in pain.

"Bhrata leave him nah. You are completely visible. Leave him." Advith pleaded. It was always like this, Advith coming to save his mischievous twin always.

Draupadi too pleaded with her eyes and Arjun glared at his brother and left him. Draupadi patted Advaith's shoulder and all of them left to the court room.

Moments after Arjun, Draupadi and the twins, the King and the Queen of Indraprasth walked in royally and sat on their throne. Pandu first got up and greeted everyone and started announcing, "Greetings respected Gurudev, ministers and citizens. Today, I would like to make an important announcement which I am sure will benefit everyone. Just yesterday, we have welcomed the princess of Panchal as our daughter-in-law. And we all know how skilled and trained the princess of Panchal is. The financial matters of Panchal was being handled by Draupadi. So today, I hereby announce that we are welcoming our new head of the finance department, our new finance minister, Drupad Kanya, Sumathi Nandini, Drishtadyumna Anuje, Panchal Kumari, Arjun Sangini, Yagyaseni, Krishnaa!"

As Pandu announced, the citizens cheered loudly for their new finance minister. They were hearing it from their relatives in Panchal that their princess was handling everything accurately and now they will have the same princess to manage their Kingdom efficiently.

Being astonished would be an understatement for Draupadi. She had randomly told to Kunti that she was the finance minister in Panchal and her time would pass with that work and here that would not happen. And now, she is getting her favourite responsibility back. Kunti passed a knowing smile to her and she thanked Kunti in her mind.

Advaith and Advith were overjoyed, their sister-in-law was being the new minister and they noted in their mind that they will help her in every way possible.

Arjun was proud of her and he congratulated her warmly as he sat just next to her. Indraprasth was seeing new developments and everything was positive.

The present finance minister, Sridhar was working under Kunti and working under a young princess and working according to her orders was not acceptable to him. He was not at all happy with the King's decision, but he didn't retort there as everyone else were happy with the decision taken by Pandu.

The later noon, Draupadi was with Kunti and the other ministers discussing about Indraprasth's finance. Arjun was busy training the soldiers and was in the arena from the morning without taking a break.

"The treasury is completely your responsibility putri. For assistance, you can talk to Shridhar, a trustworthy minister of ours. You will help her right Shridhar?" Kunti smiled.

Shridhar faked a smile and said, "It would be my privilege Maharani."

"Fine then. You can start your work from today or tomorrow also. It's better if you start tomorrow as you will be already tired with wedding yesterday." Pritha addressed Panchali.

"No mata. I will start from today only please. I am not tired, in fact I will be more energetic when I am given work." smiled Draupadi.

Kunti chuckled, "Okay then. But don't stress yourself too much. If you need help you can ask Shridhar or anyone of us."

"Maharani, Maharaj is seeking permission to enter." bowed a maid.

Kunti asked her to permit Pandu and ordered the other ministers to leave.
"So, Maharaj is seeking permission! What for?" Kunti asked as Pandu, along with their 3 sons came inside.

"We are here to congratulate the new minister Maharani. Can we please." Pandu giggled.

"Pitashri!" Krishnaa exclaimed and touched the feet of Pandu asking for his blessings.

"Yashasvi bhav putri. I have given you a very important responsiblity and I am sure you will manage it." Pandu smiled.

"I hope I will not disappoint you. I will give my best." Krishnaa nodded.

"Congratulations bhabhishri!!!" squealed the twins, Advaith and Advith at once, echoing the whole chamber.

Draupadi giggled shaking her head in disbelief while Arjun closed his ears, "My ear drums are sensitive. Please. Monkeys are better than you both!"

Kunti glared at her eldest son and softly hit her son on his head.

"You are our elder brother. And we both have inherited it from you. Just imagine how much worse you are if we are worst." grinned Advaith.

"I pity bhabhishri!" Advith said dramatizing a sad tone.

As he said, everyone shared a laugh including Arjun who first glared at them. Panchali missed her family, but she could see a new bond creating here.

"Many congratulations!" Arjun wished. Draupadi and Dhananjay were in their room.

"Thank you!" Krishnaa smiled keeping bundle of papers aside, she had begun her work and was enjoying every bit doing it.

"You have already completed so much. You must be tired. Sleep early and take care." Parth exclaimed seeing the completed bundle of papers on the table.

"When you enjoy what you are doing, you will never feel tired." Yagyaseni answered.

"True that! So, how was your day? Did all the ministers jell up with you?" Arjun asked.

"Yaa. But, I suppose the head, Shridhar is not so comfortable with this." Draupadi's smile faded and was replaced with a confused look.

"Shridhar? He is a trustworthy person in our palace. Why will he be uncomfortable? He had a smiling face when pitashri announced it." Arjun asked.

"I just didn't get it properly. But by his few actions, I have right now concluded that he isn't happy. Let's see."

"I will have a talk with him. Don't worry." Phalgun said seeing Draupadi worried.

"No. I may be wrong too. It's been just a day. Let me observe for some more days and I will manage." Yagyaseni stopped.

"If it becomes serious, you are informing me immediately." Arjun declared.

Draupadi smiled and nodded. Their relationship was not that of a husband and wife in their hearts. They were just friends right now, and their friendship was blooming day by day!
