(Another chapter less than 24 hours? I must say, you seem to regain the passion of you once thought have lost.)

A/N: I wanna see how far i can go and write any chapters i've left draft in the dusts.

-3rd P.O.V.-
-Haven Academy-
-Evening-

(After the screen turns on, the full moon illuminates the night sky above Haven Academy. On the school grounds, Qrow Branwen takes the lead as the currently present members of Team RWBY, the remaining members of Team JNPR, and Oscar Pine follow close behind. Ruby Rose stops and looks up to admire Haven's CCT tower, before following the rest of the group to a nearby building. They enter the building and are greeted by Leonardo Lionheart, who is standing on a terrace at the top of the stairs that is being held up by a statue of a woman in chains.)

Leonardo: *surprised* Qrow? This is rather suddenly appearance...What brings you here?

Qrow: Y/N gave us some bad news. So we've thought to act immediately before it's too late.

Leon: *concerned* ...Is the Spring Maiden dead?

Qrow: Not yet. For now, we have to protect your school.

Ruby: N/N mentioned about the Red Flag Clan coming here to destroy Haven!

Phyrra: We shall prepare for incoming enemies, headmaster Lionheart!

Leo: I see...Well, i'm glad you all decided to come anyways...

Qrow: Why? Is the council going to support us?

Leo: Sadly no...Majority of the huntsmen and huntresses you've brought decided to leave and not get involved, leaving a small partial of them staying under my wings after covering their debts.

Qrow: *pissed off* ...Damn it.

Leo: But worry not, Qrow. I volunteer myself to protect my own academy, that way we all can stop Salem and her minions.

Yang: *surprised* Woah...That's a really good move.

Qrow: *smirks* ...Now that's the Leonardo we once knew.

Leo: *smiles gratefully* My days of hiding is now over...It is my time to rise from the shadows.

(While everyone were taking their small moment of glory, Yang notices from the corner of her eye a black bird perched on a balcony railing.)

Yang: Mom?

(Everyone's attention is turned to the bird. It flies away just as Qrow shoots at it, but he misses. The bird flies down behind Lionheart, transforming into Raven Branwen, donning her mask. Everyone glares at her.)

Ruby: Raven...

Nora: They... they really are magic...

Raven: *taking her mask off* Y'know, Qrow. I've wanted to show up without causing a scene.

Qrow: *retreats his Harbinger* Sorry sis. But i needed to be sure you were with us.

Raven: *walking down the stairs* Which i am part of Y/N's alliance and yours.

Ruby: *shocked* What?

Nora: Is Y/N also targeted?!

Raven: *rolls her eyes* Not really. I've met Y/N before you all reached here and i have to say... *grins smugly* ...He sure knows how to turn the odds against her.

Qrow: *smirks* Salem, right?

Raven: *smirks back to him* Indeed, brother.

Ruby: In that case, we can actually manage to stop Salem!

(Raven finally notices Ruby standing happily next to Qrow.)

Ruby: We've done things that most people would call impossible, and I know the only reason we were able to do it is because we didn't do it alone! We had people to teach us, people to help us, we had each other!

(Yang smiles at her sister's optimism, Weiss then nods at her team leader while the rest are also agreeing at what Ruby said.)

Raven: ...heh...you sound just like your mother.

(Out of nowhere, a portal was created behind Leo causing everyone to catch their attention...

From the portal, a fireball is launched and hits Ruby square in her torso. She lands several feet back.)

Yang: Ruby!

(While Yang runs to her little sister, Cinder Fall steps out of the portal.)

Cinder: Hello boys and girls.

(She is then joined by Vernal, Emerald Sustrai and Mercury Black as they too step out from the portal.)

Ruby: *glaring* Cinder...

Mercury: C'mon guys, is that any way to greet your old friends?

(Yang growls at him.)

Qrow: Everyone, calm down.

(Suddenly they hear the doors behind them open up.)

Oscar: Oh no...

(Hazel Rainart is seen closing the doors behind him as he enters.)

Hazel: The White Fang is prepping demolition and securing the school grounds. No one's getting in, and no one's getting out.

(Outside, a White Fang soldier is seen placing a bomb on the CCT tower. The camera zooms out to show more bombs all primed set by more White Fang soldiers. Adam Taurus looks on.)

Adam: Once the charges are set, move back to perimeter watch. Tonight, Haven falls. *he smiles evilly*

(Back inside, everyone watches Hazel slowly approach them. They turn their attention back to Cinder.)

Weiss: This was all just a trap?

Ren: It appears so...

Raven: *still smirking* But it wasn't meant for us...

Mercury: Say what?

(Vernal quickly draws her weapon and attacks Emerald, causing the dark skinned thief to yelp in pain and shock...

She then jumps off the balcony and lands next to Raven, which she draws Omen from her hip.)

Hazel: ...i see...

Cinder: *glares down at Raven* So you set US up?!

Raven: Sorry, but i got a better offer from your ugly queen.

(Yang and Qrow were sharing their shocked expressions due to not knowing Raven actually outplayed Cinder, her associates and colleague.)

[Flashback]
[Yesterday]

(

It was daytime at the Branwen Tribe camp. Raven sits alone in her tent sharpening Omen. Suddenly, Vernal enters.

Vernal: Raven, we have a problem.

Raven: What is it?

Vernal: Salem's found us.

(Raven's eyes widen briefly.)

Raven: Salem... okay.

Vernal: Four of her followers are waiting to speak with you.

Raven: *standing up* Right. We planned for this... Bring me my helmet.

(Outside of her tent, Cinder Fall, Arthur Watts, Emerald Sustrai, and Mercury Black all stand and wait while the bandits surround them, eyeing them carefully. Raven steps out of her tent with her mask on as she addresses her bandits.

Raven: I don't recall inviting so many guests into our home. Either I'm losing my memory, *raising her voice* or you've all lost your spines!

Cinder: Don't be too upset with them, Raven. Your men simply recognized the power of a Maiden when they see it. *her eye glows and trails fire* Which is why we'd like to have a word with you.

Raven: *addressing the bandits* Leave us. Pack your things, then break down camp. We're moving.

(The bandits all leave to do so.)

Watts: Little late to run and hide. You've been on our master's list for some time, so you must understand that we cannot allow you to slip away.

Raven: I know all about your master, but I don't believe we've met.

Mercury: We're the guys you should be afraid of.

Raven: I doubt anyone should be afraid of you.

Mercury: Oh yeah? Tell that to--

Cinder: Quiet.

(Mercury relents.)

Raven: That's what I thought.

Cinder: I'm Cinder Fall. This is my associate, Arthur Watts, and my disciples, Emerald and Mercury.

Raven: Two children you've tricked into following you, a disgraced Atlesian scientist, and a Fall Maiden with a surname so appropriate, she probably picked it herself. Something tells me you've got more than a slight case of egomania, is that about right?

(Mercury and Emerald exchange a brief look, while Watts clears his throat.)

Watts: Technically, I was also a doctor, but I must say, the rest was spot on.

Cinder: Aren't you perceptive.

Raven: It's what's kept me alive.

Cinder: I'm afraid the only reason you're still alive is because you have something our master wants. Of course, if I'm wrong...

(Cinder activates her Maiden power again and holds out a small flame in her right hand, grinning evilly.)

Raven: Vernal!

(Vernal steps out of Raven's tent and walks up next to her.)

Cinder: So, this is the long lost Spring Maiden. Prove it.

(Raven and Vernal share a glance with each other, with Raven nodding. Vernal sighs and closes her eyes. She holds her hands out and suddenly, the wind starts to pick up gradually. The blue sky turns to gray as clouds cover it. Leaves blow in the wind. Watts, Mercury and Emerald cover their faces as thunder is heard, while Cinder smiles in amazement as she watches the Spring Maiden unleash her power. Vernal then lowers her hands and opens her eyes as her powers settle.)

Raven: Vernal has done well under my guidance. I'd take that into consideration before you try anything.

(Watts and Mercury brush themselves off as Cinder speaks.)

Cinder: Raven, I won't underestimate you, so please don't insult my intelligence. There is a slim chance you and your Maiden could escape today, but if you know our master as well as you claim to, then you know you could never truly escape her. But we come bearing an olive branch.

Watts: *walking up to Raven* The Maidens are merely a means to an end. Salem's true desires are the Relics locked inside the Huntsman Academies. Come with us. Allow Vernal here to unlock the Relic of Knowledge, and all previous acts of defiance against Salem will be forgiven. *whispering up to Raven's face* It's the best deal either of you are going to get.

(Watts walks away from them to rejoin his group.)

Raven: You talk as if walking straight into Haven will be easy.

Cinder: That's because it will be. Headmaster Lionheart is loyal to Salem. And now, all we need is the key to the vault. *pause* You're not the only one to turn your back against Ozpin.

Raven: ...

Watts: Sadly, you can't deny or retort that you aren't part of this.

Cinder: That ship sailed when you chose to harbor a Maiden. But if you come with us to Haven, we'll leave you, your tribe, and your little secret to live out the rest of your lives squabbling in the wilderness. We just... need... the Relic.

Raven: And the time i need to think over?

Watts: You don't have time. In two days, Haven Academy will be destroyed by the White Fang. You're going to choose now.

Raven: Backed me into a corner, huh?

Cinder: So, are you with us, or against us?

(After a tense moment, Raven removes her grip from her hilt and takes her mask off.)

Raven: ...In that case, i allow you to have Vernal with you for your travel to Haven Academy.

Cinder: *smirks victoriously* It seems you've finally realized this whole situation, Raven?

Raven: I didn't want to be part any of this...But if it means to save my tribe and myself, then we'll do it.

Watts: *grins menacingly* Such a wise and thoughtful choice.

Emerald: But wait! What about Ruby and her friends? Qrow has his students, remember?!

Cinder: Then we wait. We wait until the full moon for Qrolow and his little fighters to Haven the same night Hazel and Adam arrive with the White Fang. As soon as the battle is won, the White Fang demolishes Haven, and any evidence we may have left behind is lost along with the school.

Watts: Hmm...For once, i can get behind this idea of yours.

Raven: Then, Salem leaves my people alone. For good.

Cinder: You have yourself a deal.

(Cinder and Raven shake hands in agreement of the conditions from both parties...

Watts couldn't help but feeling this whole scenario was too easy for him, but he decided to keep it for himself and wait until furthermore...

Shortly after the four of them left the camp to wait for Vernal, Raven stops her by holding her shoulder.)

Raven: *whispering* Once we get there, we set the trap up and Y/N will deal with Adam.

(Vernal nods her head and leaves the camp to go with Cinder and the others to Haven...

Raven stayed in the camp and helped her bandits to pack things up and burn the whole camp, leaving no trace behind.)

[End of Flashback]
[Present Day]

(Back at Haven Academy, everyone were shocked by Raven's secret plan to set a trap for Cinder and her colleagues...

Cinder glares at Raven and Vernal with an angry and disbelief expression, making Emerald flinches and Mercury stepping back out of fear.)

Cinder: You just used this opportunity to slip away from us?! Do you even know Salem will never leave you and your people alive, especially after this?!

Raven: I knew she wouldn't leave us forever. So i used your egos to make you think i was cornered until we show up here.

(Cinder grits her teeth, getting more and more angry by every second she realizes she was played by Raven.)

Qrow: ...Sis...

Raven: Don't thank me. Thank Y/N for actually having a better deal than hers. *pointing at Cinder with her katana*

Cinder: *glares down at Leonardo* And you...

Leonardo: *stern, readies his weapon* I'm no longer a scaredy cat, Cinder...If there's hope to escape from Salem, then Y/N proves me that anything is possible to escape from her!

(Everyone follow Leonardo and draw their respective weapons to get on defense from possible battle...

Cinder, Emerald and Mercury were angered by the sudden outcome, but the current fall maiden begins to grin with menace, causing the group to confuse by her smile.)

Jaune: *angrily* What's with that grin, Cinder?

Cinder: ...It seems that it's our turn to show our own trump card.

(Suddenly, Leonardo gets hit and sent flying into a wall before he falls on the ground injured.)

Qrow: What the?!

(Everyone jump away from the center of the hall and notices an armoured knight with a mace standing menacingly...

What shocks everyone the most, it was the fact that knight is slightly resembling Y/N, but much boulder, sinister and more grimm looking than the real Y/N.)

Ruby: *scared* I-Is that...N-N/N?

Qrow: *glares at Cinder* What's the meaning of this?

Cinder: Isn't it obvious? Salem has her own knight to command...The Grimm Knight.

(Outside the academy, Adam and his men were about to finish planting bombs around Haven before the final bomb was set...

Before the trooper could call everyone out, he was immediately silenced by Sienna stabbing him through his chest...

His painful yelp was loud enough to cause the Red Flag Members to catch their attention to Sienna.)

Adam: *glaring at her* "You..."

Sienna: *glares back at Adam with hate and disgrace* It's over, Adam...Stop this at once or you'll pay for misguiding our people into terrorists!

Adam: *grins skeptically* You and what army? Huh?

(Shortly after, three more Red Flag Troopers were getting exterminated and this time they were defeated by Neo and the twins, Melanie and Miltia Malachite...

Adam was surprised by their appearance, but he begins to be more shocked to hear more Red Flag members screaming in terror before a cold chilling wind breezes behind him...

And then he hears this...

The Whistle of Death harmony singing throughout the night in Mistral...)

(Y/N slowly walks toward Adam, each of his steps were clinking due to his armor which it makes his walk more scarier and menacer...

Adam turns to face him and sees some of his men being frozen in place with their scared expressions painted on their iced face.)

Adam: ...I-Impossible...You were supposed to be dead!

Y/N: You can't killed what it cannot be killed, Taurus...

(Y/N draws his sword, Judgement Day, and points it up at Adam, who also draws his katana from its sheathe...

Neo, Melanie, Miltia and Sienna circle Adam around, trapping the Red Flag Leader in the middle of the circle.)

Sienna: Last chance, Adam. Give up or we'll take you down.

Melanie: We'll avenge all the victims at Vale...

Miltia: *angrily* We'll avenge our father's death.

Neo: 💢 (ಠ⁠益⁠ಠ⁠) *staring at Adam*

(Adam looks around with high alert, knowing he was surrounded by five of them against him...

Both inside and outside the academy, there are two battle ready to exchange blows to one another...

Two battles that can decide Haven's fate is within their hands...

One side can defeat the evil and restore peace, justice and successive protection on Haven Academy and the Relic...

The other can defeat the greater good and destroy everything, leaving nothing but ashes behind, making the fall of Beacon even worse than anything else...)

-Narrator's P.O.V.-

(...The academy is at its risk. Both sides are on the edge to start the battle.

Will Cinder succeed to get the Relic?

Will Ruby be able to prevent that and save Haven?

And as for Adam and Y/N...

Will Adam comply and surrender to them?

Or will he fight until Y/N pushes him to the absolute limit?

Only time will tell and reveal the result...

For now...

Let's wait until Oum makes his judgement call...)
