Avery's P. O. V

I woke up the next morning and I find myself on my bed in my room. I turned and I saw Mil laying next to me pressing her phone. Since today is Saturday, there is no lecture so I can sleep as much as I want.

"Morning Mil", I said still feeling sleepy as I went to the bathroom to brush and bath.

" Morning Avi",I heard her say from the bathroom.

"How was your night?", she asked.

" You mean night or date, which one?",I asked her as I brushed.

"Date first", she said.

" I will gist you when I am out of the bathroom ",I said as I just finished brushing.

I am finally out of the bathroom tieing a towel around my chest. I sat down and began to dry my hair after drying it I straightened it into a side parting then I wore a jalamia and went to join Mil on the bed- my bed.

" So?",she asked as she raised an eyebrow.

"Well,there is nothing much to say", I said trying to annoy her.

"Don't tell me that crab before I slam your head against the wall", she said as she dropped her phone on the table and faced me.

" Fine it was fun maybe because it was my first outing, I won't call it a date. Well,we danced,he told me how beautiful I look, obviously I know that. Well,we ate and he dropped me here",I ended.

"And? I said in details not summary,you blutant liar", she said angrily.

" Fine. Here goes it,well when I asked him if he made such preparation for me he said yes but only to make it up to me-"

"Make it up to you how?" She asked.

"We went out because he wanted to make it up to me for what his sister did,he wanted to show me they ain't that bad when I get to know them. Well, when he said it,I felt a little sad because I thought he wanted us to be friends at least for Sebs sake. We danced and I swear I never wanted to leave, I felt like I was home,like I was where I belong. He asked about my mom which made me cry,he apologized, we talked and got to know each other. I got to know we have secret, secrets we don't want to talk about. While he was driving us here,we played t or t,and again got to know each other better and I slept off. I guess I feel safe around him,when we talked about my mom I swear I wanted to tell him about my mom about how it hurt, I wanted to tell him about me but scared it will make me look so vulnerable and weak and that's the last thing I want him to remember me for. Imagine how I feel around Sebs best friend. How will I feel around Seb? It will be crazy", I ended and she stared at me.

" Seb again, well do you know how you got her?",she asked.

"I am guessing he brought me here", I replied and she nodded.

As Mil was about to say something we heard a knock at the door.

" Are you expecting anyone? ",I asked.

" No,are you?",she asked .

"No but let me check who it is", I said. The person kept on banging on the door.

" Chill before you break our door or don't you know how to knock again?",I yelled because the person was disturbing our discussion.

When I finally opened the door,I saw Charles and Joel.

"Hey,what's up?", I asked.

"Who is that person that wanted to break the door down?", she asked me.

" Come in",I said as I opened the door wider for them to enter

"These are the people that want to break our door", I said pointing to Joel and Charles.

" Hey guys",Mil said as she began to adjust herself.

"We are good. Just wanted to know how you girls are doing", Joel said

" Do you mean girls or just Avery?",Mil asked him and smiled

"Just ignore Mil. Please you guys should sit", I gave Mil a dirty look as I pointed to the chairs and they sat while I sat on the bed.

" Mil will you be busy,tomorrow night? I would like to take you out",Charles said.

"No,I will not. I will love to go out with you", Mil said as she blushed.

" Avery, we are having a family dinner on Monday evening will you like to go as my date" Joel asked as he scratched the back of his neck.

"Yea sure", I said.

" Fine,I will pick u up around 5pm and will text you the place",Joel smiled.

"I will pick you by 7pm. Bye", Charles said to Mil. Joel and Charles stood up and left.

" I think someone is in love",I said to Mil after they had left.

"Says Joel's crush", Mil said.

" I am not Joel's crush ",I said.

" Yea you are",she insisted.

"Can you shut up and stand up let's go and grab something to eat you lazy girl", I said

" Fine, Joel's crush",she stood up and got dresses.

"I am finally going on a date with my long time crush,I am going on a date with Charles not just any Charles but Charles Light.......ahhhhhh", she screamed and began to jump on the bed like a baby. If he ask her to be his girlfriend what will she now do,commit suicide?
