Ben's POV
A few days after Josh's parents met the girls, it was my parents turn. Josh was drinking coffee, Alex was asleep still and Grace was sitting in her high chair eating breakfast.

I went into the kitchen got some coffee and sat at the table, I kept checking my phone to see how far away my parents were.

Josh's POV

Alex loved her sleep, she was definitely not a morning person.

"I'm gonna go get Alex because if we don't wake her up who knows when she'll be up" I said.

"Okay sounds good" Ben said smiling.

I quietly opened her door and walked over to her bed and sat on the side.

"Alex, Gram and Papa are coming to meet you today, wanna get up and eat breakfast then get dressed?"

She rolled over and laid her head on my lap and nodded. I picked her up and carried her to the kitchen and sat with her on my lap.

"Someone must of really slept well, crazy bed head is always a sign of that." He said with a laugh, getting up to get her breakfast.

"Mhm" I said moving her hair out of her face.

She rubbed her eyes and slowly became more and more awake.  She slowly ate her breakfast and eventually finished.

After they were done eating I took Alex to get dressed and Ben took Grace to get dressed.

"Daddy can I wear my pink shoes today please?" She asked as I got her dressed.

Today she actually could because it would match unlike the other day.

"Yes you can" I said smiling and kissing her head.

As soon as she was dressed she went right over to her shoes and got the pink ones and put them on.

Ben's POV
As I finished getting Grace dressed I heard a knock, I picked her up and walked to the door and opened it.

"Son!" Said my dad giving me a hug.

"Hey Ben!" Said my mom hugging me as well.

"Hey! Come on in!" I said letting them in.

Grace again looked confused but as soon as she saw two people she didn't know the koala grip came back.

Alex came running out and wasn't shy at all this time.

"Hi! You must be Alex!" Said my mom getting down to Alex's level.

Alex nodded, "do you like my pink shoes?"

"I love them!" My mom said looking up and chuckling.

"Are they your princess shoes?" Asked my dad.

"No, JUST my pink ones." She said.

Grace kept looking at my dad smiling, which was a good sign, she finally was warming up to people besides us.

"She's a cutie for sure" my dad said.

"Yep, she's shy but loves to cuddle. Right Grace?" I said looking at her then kissing her cheek.

"Aw, can I see if she'll let me hold her?" He asked.

"You can try" I said handing her to him.

At first she wasn't so sure and had a pouty look but she slowly warmed up and realized he was a safe person.

We spent the day playing, watching movies, hanging out and talking. Sadly the time to say goodbye came and again we know we will see them again soon enough because the holiday season is right around the corner.
