Ben's POV
Josh and I have been married for a little over a year now and all I keep thinking is how great it would be to grow from a family of two to a family of three or even four.
Josh had just gotten home from an audition and I figured it would be a good time to bring it up.
"Hey, how'd it go?" I asked him before bringing anything up.
"It went pretty well!" He said.
"So while you were gone I was thinking about something..." I said
"If it's about the cat, I'm still not sure how the landlord would feel about a cat in the no pets allowed apartment" he responded.
"Well it's still adopting but not so much a cat." I said.

Josh's POV
So if Ben's saying adopting but not a cat, he probably means one of two things. A dog which is still a pet or kids which are definitely not pets.
"So do you mean like kids?" I asked
"Yeah, we've both mentioned it but we wanted to wait. It's been a year and i figured it may be a good time to start looking for a place." He said
"Yeah I agree, nows a good time." I said with a smile.

Ben's POV
So it's official, we're looking. Looking for the one or two we can call our own.
I sat in the living room looking up places to adopt from, and happened to stumble across one in New York, that was a perfect fit for us. They had all ages and if you wanted to go meet the kids you could.

"Hey J, I'm gonna call and see if we can go up there and visit, sound good?" I said.

"Sounds good!" He responded.

I called and it was official, we were going and getting to meet the kids that we could call our own one day soon.

Josh's POV
Today's the day, the day we meet some kids who may be ours one day.
As we walked up to the place you could see little faces smiling out at you, older kids lifting the younger kids to see out. I guess it was a rare occasion when people came to visit. Ben knocked on the door as we stood and waited. A lady answered and let us in, she introduced us to a few, but as she did I saw in the corner a little girl who looked to be not even a year old playing with a small toy alone, after I saw her I zoned everything else out and didn't even know what the lady was saying. I walked over to her and knelt down.
"That's Grace, she's very quiet but a sweetheart for sure, she's almost 1" she said with a smile.

Ben's POV
I love seeing Josh with kids, they all warm up to him so easily and it makes me so happy. As the lady finished talking I turned around to see another girl who was just about 1 or 2 years old. I walked over and sat down beside her on the couch.
"That's alex, she's almost 2 and she LOVES music and dancing" she told me.
She seemed like the perfect fit for us.

After a few minutes of interacting with the kids, Josh and I stepped outside and were talking,
"I love Grace and I don't think I can leave her, I just had an automatic bond with her" Josh said.
"Yeah that's how I felt with Alex." I said.
"I think we found our two" he said smiling brightly.
"Yep I think we did" i responded smiling back.
