Thank You For Staying At Our Hotel :)
Everyone but Andy crowded around Ryan and Brendon. There was a circular, crimson stain on the side of Brendon's stomach. As more blood oozed from the wound, the stain grew in size.
"Get help!" Patrick yelled.
"How?" Jon asked frantically.
"Go look in the lobby." Spencer told him. "Go see if she had a phone or keys or anything!"
Jon nodded and rushed from the room. Pete slipped his shirt over his head and held it out to Ryan. He pressed the fabric against his husband's wound. Adding slight pressure with his palm.
"M-My baby." Brendon weeped.
"Shh. It's going to be okay." Ryan said through his tears. "Its going to be okay."
Jon burst back into the room. "It's a door!"
"What?"
"That little room behind her desk, isn't a room at all. It's a fucking door! To the outside!"
"Are the cars still in the parking lot?" Spencer asked. Jon nodded. "Then we have to get him to a hospital. Can anyone hot wire a car?"
Pete reluctantly raised his hand.
"Of course." Spencer muttered. "Jon get over here and help us lift him!"
Jon rushed over. Ryan grabbed the top half of Brendon. Jon grabbed the bottom. They waited for the count of three to lift him up. Pete rushed to hold the door open for them as they carried him out into the lobby. Spencer rushed after them. Andy stayed balled up in the corner of the room.
"We're going to get out!" Pete grabbed Patrick into a hug when he let go of the door.
"We need to go now! You have to start one of the cars! Let's go!"
"Andy!" Pete reminded him.
"Of course you're worried about him."
Pete stared at Patrick sadly. "I-I'm sorry for kiss-"
"No." Patrick shook his head. "It's okay. We'll pretend it never happened. Nothing in this hotel ever happened. Okay?"
"Okay?" Pete smiled and kissed him. He heard someone scream his name from outside. "We have to go!"
"I'll get Andy!" Pete nodded and ran from the room. Patrick stared over at the dead body on the floor. He sighed heavily. "I'm so sorry big sister."
"I-It's you!" Andy trembled.
Patrick's head snapped up to glare at Andy. "You!" He hissed. "You did this! You killed my sister. And you kissed my boyfriend."
"S-Stay away f-from me."
Patrick bent down to pick up the gun Andy dropped. "Did you count those shots?" He smiled. "Only thirteen." He twirled the gun in his hand. "That means there's one left."
"No! Please-"
He aimed the gun at Andy's head and shot. Blood splattered on the wall behind him.
"I love you, Hayley." His lip quivered slightly. "Thanks for making our birthdays great again."
He dropped the gun from his hand and ran for the lobby. The door behind the desk was already open. He rushed out and stopped in front of the white van. Hayley's van. Pete was in the driver's seat. The other men were in the back. Patrick opened the passenger's door and jumped in.
"Where's Andy?" Pete asked.
"H-He attacked me." Patrick stuttered. Tears running down his face. "I-I had to shoot him. I-I-I was so scared."
"Oh, baby." Pete reached over and rubbed his face. "It's okay. You're okay. He's gone. He can't hurt you."
"I knew it was him!" Jon bragged.
"Drive the fucking car!" Ryan screamed.
Pete stepped on the gas. Taking off through the parking lot. Sighs of relief flooded the van as they left through the hotel's entrance. Pete turned down the road. The opposite of the way he'd come in before.
"I can't believe we're really out." He whispered as he turned into a busy highway.
"Turn left there!" Ryan yelled. "There's a hospital a mile up!" He looked down at his husband and squeezed his hand. "You're going to make it."
"R-Ry. The baby-" Brendon coughed out weakly.
"Shhh." Ryan didn't have the heart to tell him their little girl was probably dead. "Don't think about it, Bren."
"No, Ry. I-I felt her kick." He smiled.
"We're almost at the hospital" Spencer told them as he watched the window.
"They'll take care of your wound too, Spence." Jon hugged his neck.
Pete glanced over at Patrick as he drove. He noticed the sad look on his boyfriend's tear streaked face. He was staring out at the window in front of him.
"Pat, what's wrong?" He asked.
Patrick turned his sad look to Pete. "I just realized that today's my birthday. But I can't spend it with my sister."
"You have a sister?"
"Had." He corrected. "Her birthday was yesterday."
"I'm so sorry baby." Pete used his free hand to grab Patrick's. "You'll always have me."
"Pete, there's something I need to tell you." His voice was frantic. "You're going to hate me. But the hotel-"
"Hey." Pete chided softly. "Didn't we say that the hotel never happened? Anything you did there doesn't exist."
"No. Listen-"
"It never happened." He said again.
"Fine." Patrick grumbled.
"Hey," He said again. Patrick glanced over at him, deadpan. Pete smiled at him. "I love you."
Patrick's face softened. "I love you too." He lifted their hands up and kissed his fingers. "Forever."
"Forever." Pete repeated.
THE END. THE END. THE END.
