I stared into a policeman's eyes, hoping to give nothing away. He stood at my front door, asking me so many questions, even though I saw no means of it. I answered a few more questions and finally, he left.

I walked away into my room and leapt onto my bed. I rest my head against the wall behind me and put my hand beside me. Soon, I felt a hand creeping up my arm, that told me that he was safe, but we both knew, how much danger we were both in.

"Why are you doing this Dom? You could get yourself hurt." I said as I turned to him.

"Because, my darling Christina, I'm here for the adventure, and for the one thing I wished for, the one thing I don't have." He replied to me.

I saw Dominic watch me silently as my head turned suddenly. I'd heard something, someone was trying to break my front door down.

"Hide Dom, go," I said as I stood up and walked toward the bedroom door. "You know where to go, if I make it, I'll follow you there, but if I don't..." I couldn't finish.

"But-" I cut him short.

"No buts, just move your butt," I said smiling.

I heard him chuckle and get off the bed, he walked to the wall and waited for me to leave, soon I left and heard him open turning gears, changing things, and soon, it was dead silent, he'd left. I walked to the door and watched as someone banged on it. Finally, I decided to open it.

"Hello, what are you doing?" I said as I stared at the man in front of me.

"We heard you talking with someone on the other side of the wall, sounded like the missing man." The man said, a policeman came up behind him.

I felt my heart beat fast, I was in so much trouble, I'd never make it to Dominic Harrison's adventure.

I waited in the grass, it's been days that I have seen Christina Underwood. I was getting worried, but I couldn't turn back. I walked ahead into the woods before me, hoping to find shelter before nightfall.

I sat there thinking about what I was doing, it wasn't smart, but I couldn't help it. I'd wished for something I couldn't have, at the same time, I was in search of adventure, I'd never had a purpose, and I was in search of it, I didn't know how I'd find it, but I had hoped that Christina would help me.

That's when I realized, I did have a purpose, and now I really did know what my wish had been. Christina.

Christina sat beside the man she thought she once knew. She had only helped him as a friend, helped him because she loved him, as a friend. Dominic had just told her what he had been feeling, it was strange, and she didn't love that.

She could except it, she got that from many men, that they liked her, but she never responded, she never said anything back, but she was happy for Dominic, he had found himself a purpose, one he never had, one he thought would never come.

Now she knew, this was a forbidden love.
