RUBY jacobs has been friends with CALLAHAN for over three years now. they first met online through her brother, karl jacobs. he invited her to play minecraft just for the heck of it.

ruby wasn't what her brother was, a streamer. a youtuber. ruby was more self-centered. focused a lot more on herself and her art than on video games. but it didn't hurt to play every once in a while with her brother and her friends. which is why she said yes.

ruby and callahan met when one of their close friends, alex, said, "callahan say ay!" and he immediately regretted it. ruby didn't know why and she asked. alex was too busy laughing and apologizing repeatedly to even explain to her. karl explained to her.

ruby didn't want to laugh. she wasn't supposed to laugh. but she accidentally did. it was an awkward laugh and callahan fell. that simple awkward laugh was what made him want to know more about her so he typed down a stupid comment to her, don't be laughing ruby you literally got killed by a bee.

she doesn't know exactly who texted who first and when they became so closed to each other but they did and neither of them would've changed it for a bit.

now she moved back to la, wanting her own freedom feeling like she's ready to live in her own. unknowingly to her that she was moving down the street from where the very own famous callahan worked.

it was simply meant to be.

just not during this time.

• this book is fully dedicated to nova💞 who begged me to write a book of him and never shut up until i did. i never expected this book to get so much recognition but it did and i'm so grateful that it did! thank you all!

• this book IS in fact a rewritten. nothing big is going to change other than i'm going to add a few ore scenes to make the chapters more longer. the mcyt youtuber characters that they were originally will be named differently but you can still imagine them as their original person if you get what i'm saying. and quackity is being replaced by as you can tell luka so yeah... i'm trynna make this the same but also as my own original story too.

• i might add a few mature content but they'll be minor and not that big, so... anyways enjoy the rewritten versions of "the flower shop" don't forget to comment, vote & share!

• fyi: i have NO FUCKING CLUE who the ginger boy is who is the faceclaim of callahan... i just found him and thouvht he fit perfectly. so yeah.
