Theodore stood there in front of the pub, dressed in white plaid shirt and black trousers, his hair done neatly. He was meeting Ju-Hee's father that day but the to-be-bride wanted to meet him earlier. 

He entered inside to find her serving a few customers. She turned around and so he waved to get her attention. 

He looks so handsome, Ju-Hee smiled at herself and hurried towards him.

"Just wait a second, I'll be back." Saying that, she ran into the kitchen and took off her apron.

"Is that your boyfriend?" The owner said in a teasing voice as he washed the glasses.

Ju-Hee didn't know how to answer his question so she only nodded and bowed.

"Have a good time!" He chortled.

"Hi!" Ju-Hee exclaimed, coming to a halt next to him,"Let's go."

Theodore smiled and made way for her to leave first. The two of them walked out of the pub and under the night sky.

"Are you nervous?" Ju-Hee asked , stealing a glance at his face lit by the moonlight. He met her gaze and smiled,"Yes, a bit. But since you said he only cares about my money, I'm confident I'll show him what a rich man looks like."

Ju-Hee raised her eyebrows in surprise as he pulled out his hands from the pockets and showed her the multiple rings he had worn on his fingers.

"It's not that easy to convince him." She shrugged, crossing her arms across her chest.

"Don't worry, I'll try my best." Theodore grinned but his expressions changed in a second,"But what about your brother? Did you tell him?"

Ju-Hee had told him in one of the letters how she would like to visit her home frequently even after the marriage, so that she could look after her brother.

"I told him and he was very upset but he eventually understood seeing that I have no other choice." She sighed, earning a nod from the slytherin.

The two arrived in front of Ju-Hee's house , nervousness evident on both of their faces. Theodore looked around while they waited for someone to open the door.

Du-Sik opened the door and his eyes went wide, seeing a handsome man standing next to his sister, who he soon realised must be theodore nott.

"Hey, nice to meet you." Theodore extended his hand which the raven haired boy gladly accepted, nodding as an approval. 

The three of them walked inside and Ju-Hee was surprised to find that there were no more alcohol bottles around, the furniture wasn't dishedible either. Everything looked organized. She wondered if her father did it or her brother.

"He cleaned up everything." Du-Sik answered, reading the surprised expression on her face which only made her more surprised.

"Take a seat." Ju-Hee told Theodore before calling out for her father,"Appa?"

Theodore took a seat on the couch, followed by Du-Sik who sat next to him while Ju-Hee stood near the couch, waiting for her father to come out. She heard footsteps approaching from her father's room and she was again surprised to find him nicely dressed in a brown sweater and trousers.

"Mr. Kim." Theodore addressed and got up on his feet, taking a step forward to shake his hand which her father gladly accepted,"It's nice meeting you."

"Yeah! Sit down!" He laughed and himself took a seat on another couch.

Ju-Hee excused herself and hurried inside the kitchen to bring something for the men to eat. From the kitchen, she could hear some conversation about Theodore's current lifestyle and his future plans.

"How long have you been dating for?" She heard her father ask as she placed the tray of mango juice on the table.

"A few months. October to be exact." Theodore answered confidently.

"Your father.  ." Mr. Kim said, making Theodore shift on his seat,"Isn't he in Azkaban?"

"Yeah. Now it's just me." Theodore answered , momentarily looking at Ju-Hee who looked utterly nervous.

"When are you two thinking of marriage?" Another question which was long awaited.

"I asked her a few days back. We've been together for a few months but I actually liked her since my seventh year."

Ju-Hee felt extremely uncomfortable with having someone talk about her like that in front of her brother and father.

Questions after questions and theodore felt like he was being interrogated. He noticed how the old man asked nothing about her daughter's welfare. He was solely interested to know about the younger's wealth.

At the end of the discussion, it was decided that the two 'lovers' would get married by the end of the month and theodore would be paying for everything. Mr. Kim didn't had any intention of investing his own money in the marriage.

Bidding Mr. Kim a bye, Theodore walked out the door with Ju-Hee trailing behind him, her head down in shame.

"I'm really sorry about that." Ju-Hee apologized at the very moment the two set their feet outside,"He's like that."

She looked up at him,"I'll make sure to pay my share after I move in."

"It's fine. We'll discuss that later." Theodore assured, offering her a small smile which she gladly returned.

"See you later." Ju-Hee waved as she watched him leave. She couldn't believe she had actually done it. She would no longer marry that madman but this certain stranger ( half - stranger ).
