Everyone! BUT only for those who have and use magic, including spells, we'll tackle more of the subjects later on. You see, people just don't have magic since birth (except for those who have), they also know how to take time to practice them- even the basics.

Commonly, the new recruits are at a young age so they can train and use magical abilities effectively. Is it up for them to be a Flash warrior, though? Yes.

What about a young adult wanting to become a Flash warrior? Yes, even in that older age.

But, most importantly, what about race? The majority of the race population is human, but as for an elf, ogre, dwarf, vampire, etc. they can even become a Flash warrior.

However, these races are not so easily be convinced of becoming a Flash warrior, because they have other ways of using their magic- likewise with the human race too.

Any race that is committed to becoming a warrior is welcome to the academy.

So how can someone be a Flash warrior? Allow me to elaborate:

-Has magic 

-Practices magic 

-Go to the Flash warrior academy (escorted by a Flash warrior is optional)

-Has parent/s' consent (A guardian's also counted)

-Showcase magic

-Register (Just write on paper with a pen)

That's it! You're good. As a new one being recruited, he/she will be taught by an experienced Flash warrior in the academy. And the new recruit can have his/her style according to preference. What do I mean? It will be in the next chapter where we talk about the Flash warrior class.
