"We have to find her!" Barry walks into the cortex, fists clenched, and shoulders tightened. His STAR Labs shirt is pulled tightly over his muscles. "Y/N!" Y/N jumps in shock at her friends' cold tone.

"Watch it, "Cisco warns. "We have been here all night looking. Y/N hasn't slept in forty plus hours." She gives Cisco a soft smile as she looks over the satellite image for the hundredth time.

"I know. I'm sorry." Barry closes his tired eyes and pulls roughly at his hair. "I just keep thinking of the things Savitar is doing to Caitlin and I want to—". Y/N looks up at the man she has begun to fall for.

"We will find her and remember she isn't Caitlin right now she is Killer Frost." "She is still Caitlin," he says bitterly. "Yes, but as Killer Frost, she is more valuable to Savitar. This works in our favor, Barry." Cisco nods in agreement.

A couple of hours later.

"Y/N," Cisco whispers soothingly causing her to stir slightly. "F/C/W!" She fumed as she removed her cheek from the desk. "Y/N, go home and get some sleep." She shakes her head, "how can I sleep when our best friend is out there?"

Cisco gives her a warm smile. "I will be here. Barry is searching. You can spare five hours." Cisco pulls you out of the chair and kisses her cheek, "go get some rest." She nods slowly as she walks out of the cortex.

Walking to her car a shiver shakes her body. Soon her hand touches the icy cold handle of her car. Wiggling it slightly she gets the ice to fall off the door enough to allow it to crack open. Her hands shake as she cranks the car and quickly turns on the heater. "Come on," she growls at her car.

Holding her breath she feels something prick the back of her neck. "Frost," Y/N whispers. "Hello, Y/N. Now be a good friend and turn down the heat." Her hands shake both in fear and at the cold as she reaches the knob. "And don't even think about using your powers," she growls causing her to gulp.

Frost reaches around Y/N to grab her phone from her pocket. "Drive."

When they reach the interstate Frost rolls down the back window and throws Y/N's phone out. She panics as she realizes the team will no longer be able to track her. "Exit here." Frost gives the instructions robotically. The only movement was the icicle pressed into the back of Y/N's neck. "Take a left. Turn left. Park in the back."

They park behind an abandoned building. "Get out!" Shivering Y/N steps out of the car. Frost gets out behind her and shoves her roughly towards the building.

Y/N stands in the abandoned building shaking to her core. She tries to hold her chin high but the cold has reached her bones. "Frost," a deep voice booms through the building, "I told you to carefully bring her to me." Savitar steps toward Killer Frost. His suit towers over her small form. "I did as I was told," Frost clenches her jaw.

Y/N can see the anger in his face as his hand raises to strike Frost. "Wait!" She shouts. Savitar's gaze does not leave Frost but he commands her to leave and then he is gone.

He flashes back in front of Y/N as soon as the heater kicks on. His eyes glow blue. "Thanks," she gulps. "What do you want?" She questions as she begins to feel the warmth and her body starts to calm down. Savitar sits on the ground so that he is eye level with her.

They sit in silence until she is no longer cold. "Better?" He grunts. "Yeah," she eyes him wearily. "Who—" "The god of speed."

She studies his suit. It's a masterpiece. "If you are a god why are you going after Iris West?" Y/N can't see the man behind the masks but she can see the small tilt of his head as he listens to her. The action is familiar to her but she can't place it. "She must die so that another will live."

Y/N continues to study the man—god in front of her as she tries to think of reasons he would kidnap her. "You already have Caitlin. Cisco and Barry," she hears a low rumble come from the man, "are looking everywhere for her. They will find us."

Savitar laughs. "Baby girl," he clicks his tongue, "they are useless without you. Barry is so caught up with Iris and Cisco is nothing without your intellect and powers. They will never be able to find you." Y/N takes a step away from him. "That's why you took me. You want to use my powers. I am not like Caitlin. I don't have an alter ego who helps villains." She spits out her words with venom.

Savitar simply leans back on his hands and stares at her. "Barry doesn't even know what he is missing," Savitar shakes his head, "he is so blinded by her." Y/N takes another step back. "You practically professed your love for him and what did he do?" She shakes her head. "Stop."

Savitar leans forward, "he ran right into Iris' bed." "Stop!" She screams as her back hits a wall. He rests his chin on his hand and tilts his head once more as he thinks. This simple action causes the breath to escape Y/N's lungs. She suddenly remembers why that action is so familiar.

"Hey," Y/N nudges her sleepy friend. A year ago he appeared at STAR Labs in a coma and then woke up as a speedster and today he is one of her closest friends.

He grunts slightly as he strips out of the Flash suit. She can't help that her eyes roam across his chest. "Go home. Get some rest." She pulls the suit out of his hands and shoves him towards the door.

His blue eyes connect with Y/N's. "Thank you so much Y/N." She gives him a small smile as she puts his suit up. "I mean it," his hand goes to her waist and forces her to turn back to him. "This team is nothing without you."

She rolls her eyes. "Yeah, Sure. " "I'm serious," he pulls her eyes back to his by placing a hand under her chin.

"Barry, I'm essentially another Caitlin and Cisco with a side of meta powers that I can't even use properly."

He tilts his head slightly as he studies his friend. "You are serious." He furrows his brows. "YN, you are critical to the team. Without you, I would be dead. Heck, half the city would be dead."

Y/N smiles as his blue eyes show so much love. But she miss reads the situation because when she presses her lips quickly to his he releases his grip on her and steps back. Then he leaves. He goes to see Iris and they never talk about the kiss.

"Baby girl, you are so much more than a scientist, a meta, and a coworker. YOU. ARE. A. GODDESS." Y/N's eyes go wide and her handclaps over her mouth. "F/C/W!" Savitar sits up but freezes as Y/N puts up her hands defensively.

"Stop," she takes a fighting stance. Savitar's suit glows blue as he observes the little meta. "Baby girl..." Fire lights at her fingertips.

He stands only to kneel in front of her causing the fire to flicker on her nails. Savitar watches as the Earth shakes and water rises through the cracks. "Baby girl."

"Don't call me that Bartholomew Henry Allen!" The fire spreads up Y/N's arms, wind beats at the doors, water rushes from the ground, and the soil begins to rise. Savitar opens his arms wide and steps out of his suit. Y/N gasps as her prediction are confirmed.

Barry Allen stands before her. He has aged only a few years but the speed force has taken its toll as shown by the marks on the right side of his face. Anger still boils in the young meta as the fire now flicks at the end of her hair. The ground rises pushing her higher than Barry. "You are no God," she shakes her head at her friend.

Barry gives her a familiar yet eerie smirk. As he approaches her unafraid. "But I am," his arms go wide. Y/N watches as lighting circle his hands, up to his forearms, and around his torso. He again tilts his head as the fire reaches her scalp and water rushes at her feet.

He steps onto the risen ground towards Y/N. "Stay back!" Y/N warns but Barry continues his walk toward her. He watches her like she is a precious animal that he must approach cautiously so that he can marvel at her beauty. "Baby girl," he again uses his pet name for her. "If you wanted to hurt me you could have had the earth engulf me, or drowned me, or you would have set me ablaze with the fire that comes from within you."

Soon he is close enough to touch. Y/N keeps her chin up not daring to give him the satisfaction of dominating her. He raises his hand to touch her but stops as if afraid she might disappear. His hand instead caresses the flames licking at her hair. "Barry, what happened?" She looks at her friend in the eyes trying to read his soul.

"I tried to be a hero and then I became a King." His head turns so that his scars are not visible to her. "But every King needs a Queen."

"Iris," Y/N nods trying to understand. She releases the water and earth but fury still fuels the fire within her. Barry scowls and slams a fist into the wall to the right of her face. Her fury grows as the flames begin to flick onto the speedster. "NO," his jaw clenches.

"That is why I am here because I need a goddess, a queen, not some wanna-be-writer. Young Barry Allen is utterly stupid," his eyes flicker to her lips causing her heart to pound in her chest.

No, she thinks. This isn't Barry. This is Savitar.

"I am Barry but I have learned from my mistakes and I'll be dammed if I let my baby girl escape my grasp again." His nose brushes Y/N's for the briefest of seconds. "You baby girl are my Queen."

Suddenly her fire is no longer being fueled by just rage. The fire that should have burned him licked across his skin with a desperate desire to explore.

Y/N's powers are as unpredictable as the Earth itself but she has never seen someone be able to withstand the fire within her.

She waits for the attack of his lips. The fire begs him to lean in. The ground pushes him toward her. He shifts slightly and her eyes fall closed as his lips press softly to the—tip of her nose and then he is gone. Her fire quickly extinguishes itself and the ground sinks back to its place along with the water.

"I'm yo—your queen?" Y/N stutters. "Why not Iris?" Barry's eyes flashback to hers as he instructs his suit to collapse. "Why Iris?" He rephrases. "Why is it always Iris?" Y/N's back is still pressed against the wall despite Barry being a good three feet away.

"I have traveled to multiple earths. All of which have Barry and Iris together except one." He turns his scar away from her view once again. "All but one. Every time Cisco, Iris, Caitlin, Joe—everyone—dies. Except for the one where Iris and I were not Iris and Barry."

"So," She steps away from the wall cautiously, "you are trying to save everyone." Savitar gives her a smile. One that breaks her heart and makes it skip at the same time. "I am still the Flash. I have just taken on a new name and suit..." Her eyes fall to the masterpiece once more.

"I have learned that it is good and evil in this world and a whole lot of gray. I can not save the world without a balance. Hell, the speed force won't let me!" "Who made your suit?" Y/N's hand caresses the machine that lays in a compressed form on the floor. "You can touch it." With his permission, she kneels and inspects the suit.

"After all it was you who made it." Y/N's eyes flash up to Savitar. "Me or a doppelganger?" Savitar laughs, "baby girl, there is only one you. That is why on every Earth Barry and Iris get together because you don't exist."

"What is your plan exactly? To kill Iris? How does that save everyone?" Savitar does not roll his eyes as she asks another question. He simply answers. "I am not going to kill Iris." "But-" "I was. I had to kill Iris if I could not get you to team up with me. This," he waves his hand between Y/N and himself, "is the plan.

"With you, we can build Barry a suit to withstand the attack of his greatest enemy which will prepare him for the upcoming crisis and save everyone." Y/N looks shocked. "You need my help?" Savitar chuckles, "Yes baby girl. Without you, the earths will perish." "What about the other worlds? Sure we save this one but all the others die?" "You can come with me. Be my Goddess and we can travel the galaxies together. I can not stay on this earth if Iris is not killed. We can travel and prevent the spread of the Crisis."

"Thanks for answering all of my questions." Savitar simply smiles causing Y/N to shift in her seat. "Stop staring at me like that." "Like what?" "Like you are going to jump me." Y/N nearly laughs. "Are you scared?" "No," she answers truthfully.

"Good because I might just jump you." He smirks leaning over the table. Again Y/N feels her heart speed up and her eyes flutter shut. "You two are sickeningly close but it's more digestible than Barry and Iris. That girl makes me want to," Frost makes a gagging gesture.

Barry, Savitar, had filled Y/N in on how Frost knew his identity and knew "his plan". He made it clear that Team Flash had to believe that his plan was to kill Iris in order to keep the timeline from trying to correct itself until the suit is created. "Frost come and join us." Barry gestures to an empty chair at the table.

"So she agreed to help?" Y/N nods her head. Frost narrows her eyes at her alter egos friend. "I am not quite sure why we need her though? She is just a weak meta who doesn't have control over her powers-whoah!" Frost jumps as the table catches on fire. She quickly puts her arm out.

"I have enough control over it to stand up for myself and with your help, I will be able to do a lot more." Frost looks at the meta with new eyes. "I see why you like her. She's feisty."

Killer Frost and Savitar worked with Y/N for two weeks straight. At first, it was frustrating because mother nature did not want to be dethroned but Y/N figured out how to use the laws of nature to her advantage. Now the earth, fire, water, and wind are as comfortable to her as her hand.

"Where is Frost?" Y/N asks Barry who is sitting with his eyes closed. Usually, Frost arrives at nine but it is noon and she is still absent. "They got to her. She is gone." Y/N sighs. She is going to miss her new friend Killer Frost but she is pleased that Caitlin gained enough will power to take over.

"So she joins team Flash and works to stop us from killing Iris..." Y/N thinks out loud and begins to pace. "Barry still believes you are a prisoner," Savitar smirks. "But I finished the suit so all we have to do is get it to Cisco who will gift it to Barry and we can be on our way," she ignores his comment.

"Yes, we are ahead of schedule. I forgot how brilliant you are." Barry stands and pulls Y/N into his arms. "We are standing awfully close...". "It would be a shame if we were to kiss," Savitar teases as his lips hover above hers. Past the teasing Y/N pulls him into her crashing their lips together in fiery electricity filled kiss.

Y/N walks out of the elevator and into STAR Labs. Today is the day that Iris was supposed to die but now it is Y/N's last day on this earth.

Doubt creeps into her mind. What if Caitlin figured out that she wasn't a prisoner? What if they try to lock her up? What if Barry shows up?

She shakes her head. No, Savitar told her it would all be fine. "Y/N!" Caitlin Snow exclaims seeing her friend. Tears fill her eyes as she pulls her into a hug. So far so good, she thinks. "Did he hurt you? How did you getaway? Frost refuses to talk to me-". Y/N sighs as Caitlins eyes turn blue and she shifts into Killer Frost. "She is very nosey."

Killer Frost holds out her hands for the suit. "Get this to Barry." She begins to leave but turns around. "Thank you, Frost." She turns away from her friend. "You know you could have told me right?" Y/N freezes. "Told you what?" "That he isn't going to kill Iris. He was but once he got you that didn't matter anymore. This," She holds up the suit, "is what his real goal was. I am kind of hurt that you didn't trust me."

Y/N doesn't get to respond because Caitlin's phone rings. "Barry is attacking Savitar!" Frost tells Y/N. "Go!" I have to let Cait take over. "Go save him."

When she reaches the all to familiar scene her fury overwhelms her causing the fire in her soul to escape. Iris is safe. The Flash was supposed to let them go but instead, he attacked Savitar. Her eyes turn blue with a red rim. "Y/N?" HR calls after her as she walks towards the two Barry Allens.

The earth pushes her forward as the Flash throws a lightning bolt at Savitar. "No!" She screams causing the earth to erupt between the two speedsters. Soil clouds the Flash's vision allowing her to move next to Savitar.

"Baby girl," Savitar nods. He doesn't lecture her for using her powers like the Flash. He doesn't scold her for acting on her impulses.

"Y/N," the Flash calls out when the dust doesn't fall. Looking at Savitar he gives her a nod so she instructs the dust to fall back to the earth.

"Why are you attacking us? We released Iris." Y/N questions. The Flash stares at her in shock as fire flickers on her hair. "She asked you a question," Savitar growls. Y/N feels his left metal hand rest possessively on her back.

"He is going to kill Iris. He kidnapped you and Caitlin. Savitar was going to kill Iris. I am stopping him." Y/N shakes her head. Fire flickers at her fingertips.

"No! You are fighting someone who has stopped fighting you. Now you are attacking us. I am not being held against my will. I am not a helpless civilian waiting to be saved. Sometimes people do not need a hero, Flash!"

"But you do!" The Flash shouts desperately. "Barry," Iris call through the coms. "Listen to yourself," Y/N says. "You have been so focused on destroying Savitar not because he is hurting people you love—no that's just an excuse—but because you can't let people see the side of you that isn't all good."

"Barry, listen to me," Iris tried to reach her boyfriend. "Y/N, just go join HR. Please," he begs. "I am not some helpless person Flash and in case you have forgotten I am a person. A person who has feelings. Ones that can not be easily boxed up when they don't suit your desires." The fire spreads to her chest and down her waist so that her whole upper half is inflamed.

"Iris!" Joe shouts as a shot rings in the air.

The Flash stands and stares at the scene before him. His girlfriend holds a gun and she pulled the trigger. She fired at Y/N. Savitar quickly crushes the bullet causing the Flash to awaken.

Savitar's eyes show the fury that brought Olympus and Asgard to its knees. "The darkness is only something to fear if you hide from it, Barry Allen. That is a lesson I had to learn a long time ago. There is no running from evil. You have to learn to balance it."

Joe pulls his shaking daughter away from the battlefield as Savitar runs at Barry.

Y/N watches as the crushed bullet falls to the ground. Her heartburns. Aching for the storm to be released. Closing her eyes she lets the flames engulf her. Opening her eyes she is floating above the ground.

The two speedsters are running in a tight circle.

"Savitar!" She screams. He hears her unspoken command and stops running. The flash takes his shot and begins to form a bolt of lightning but before he can release the energy Y/N throws a fireball into his path.

"Barry!" Iris sobs as a tornado of fire erupts with the scarlet speedster trapped at the eye.

Y/N steps through the flames. "Y/N, stop. You can make this stop. I believe in you." Y/N releases the flames off of her body and commands them away from Barry. The torando swirls around them. "Your right I can control this. You, future you or would be furture you, and Frost taught me how to control and us my powers."

"Y/N," the Flash looks at his friend and pleads, "he is not me. That is somthing I will never become." "You are right," she nods. "You would never be able to even dream of killing Iris to save the multiverse. You will never be able to sacrifice your friends and family for the good of the universe. You will never be selfless enough to sell your soul to the speedforce to save the very people trying to kill you. That is why you should be thankful that their is a version of you that is. I made, we made, a suit for you. A suit that will be able to withstand the upcoming Crisis. You will need it Barry. Without it you and this world will perish."

"I am sorry," the Flash covers his face with his hands. "I have failed you as a friend. I dont believe Savitar but I do trust you. Is he kind to you?"

Y/N smiles, "yes." Barry nods. "Will you ever return?" "Will we be welcome?" "You will always be welcome but Savitar will take some getting used to." Y/N steps closer to her friend and kisses him on the cheek. "Thank you, Barry Allen." The fire and wind dies down and Y/N is swept away by Savitar.

"I just wanted to say goodbye," Y/N stands at the entrance to the cortex. "I know that I am probably not welcome here anymore and I'm not going to apologize but I had to say goodbye."

Caitlin smiles from behind Cisco. She walks to Y/N and gives her a hug. "We both love you so much," Caitlin says pulling back her eyes turn blue. "And you need to promise to visit." Frost finishes.

Y/N nods before turning to an upset Cisco. "I am sorry." She shakes her head not understanding. "We—I know how you felt. I knew how Barry's actions hurt you. I didn't stop it. I didn't protect—". You pull him into your arms. "I love you too, Cisco."

Y/N walks out of the cortex and into the arms of her Barry Allen. "Lets go save the multivese."

I know Barry was a little out of character.
