Barry stopped outside a big building. It looked a little run down but still functioning. The sign on top of it read STAR Laboratories. Once Barry saw I got a good look of the building, he ran inside.

"Kat, welcome to STAR labs, right now we're in the pipe line, this is where we keep all of the meta-humans we defeat." Barry said as we walked along.

Barry opened up a door with this electronic lock thing. I didn't really know what it was. Then he threw the meta-human inside this box-like thing that had a glass door which he shut once Brian was inside, it resembled a cell. "Won't he be able to break out?" I asked.

"No, my friend, Cisco, reinforced it so even his powers won't work from inside the cell." Barry responded as he shut the door to the pipe line up. We began walking and finally reached upstairs. Barry flashed away, leaving me in the door way, and when he stopped he was wearing normal clothes again and his suit was on a manikin. He stood in front of a long slightly curved desk that had several computer monitors on it.

I looked around taking it all in. "Sweet..." I whispered to myself.

"This is what we call the Cortex, where all the behind the scenes work gets done, like tracking down meta-humans and stuff like that." Barry explained.

"Who you talking to, Barry?" I heard a cheerful male voice ask. Then out walked a Hispanic guy who was in his early twenties who was followed by a red headed girl who was around the same age.

"Guys, this is Kat. She needs our help. Kat, meet Cisco and Caitlyn, some of the other members of Team Flash." Barry said.

Then out walked another man, whom I recognized, well I'd assume everyone recognized him, he's a famous scientist. "Oh, and last but not least, meet..." I cut Barry off.

"Doctor Harrison Wells." I said and stood frozen, "You've been missing for weeks... people think you're dead...How?"

"She's from Earth Two." Dr. Wells stated.

"Earth Two?!" I questioned shocked, but it went unanswered.

"How do you know?" Caitlyn asked.

"I walked into the room and she said I was missing, if she was from your earth she would have been shocked that I was even alive, never mind the fact that I was walking." Dr. Well stated.

"Wait, hold up, so you're telling me that I was kidnapped to another, like dimension?!" I asked still extremely shocked and confused. I walked around the desk to get closer to everyone.

I continued on, "That explains the black hole type thingy and why you don't look like the Flash I know."

They still seemed to ignore me, "Zoom's involved, he took her best friend, then took her and told her to kill me. She couldn't do it so she came to me for help instead. But how did she know to come to me and not Jay?" Barry said.

"The Flash has been missing on Earth Two since practically the same time that I have, he's practically presumed dead over there." My jaw dropped, "She may have not known consciously that she had to look for another Flash and then when she found you, Jay probably never came to mind."

"THE FLASH IS ALIVE!" I nearly shouted, just then we all turned as the Flash walked into the room, except he wasn't in his suit and hat. My mouth grew dry, my mind fuzzy, and the room felt like it was spinning. I grabbed the bar on the back of the desk. "I think... I need to sit down..." Then I slowly began to sit down, it was actually more of a fall, but Cisco and Barry caught me before I landed on the floor and gently sat me down on the ground.

Everything was fuzzy and I couldn't focus but I knew Caitlyn ran and got me some water and explained that I was just in a state of shock. I shakily drank my water and everything began to grow clearer as I began to wrap my head around everything and try to understand the situation the best I could.

I turned to my left and saw Cisco sitting there frozen, clutching my arm. "Is he okay?" I asked and looked between him and the others.

Dr. Wells began, "He's vibing."

"I'm sorry, but he's what?"

"Cisco's a meta-human who can see things that have either already happened or that will happen, usually when he gets a rush of adrenaline and comes into contact with something that is connected to someone or something in danger. In this case that thing would be you." Caitlyn explained more gently. Cisco then gasped a breath of air and let go of my arm.

"What'd you see, Cisco?" Barry asked.

"I saw Zoom, he had a prisoner, it was a teenage girl." He looked at me, "I think it was your best friend."

"Was she alive?" I asked immediately.

"Yes, Zoom was talking to her, uh, he said that she'd better hope you changed your mind since there's only thirty six hours left." Cisco explained hastily.

"Do you know if it already happened or if it hasn't happened yet?" Dr. Wells asked him.

"I couldn't tell, they were in some kind of warehouse, there weren't any clocks or windows." He said.

I came to a realization, "What time is it now?" I asked, quickly.

"Um... It's 11:23. Why?" Caitlyn asked.

"That's in the future, less than an hour in the future actually." I stood up and looked at them, some looked confused. "When Zoom asked me to kill Barry, I said no, he said that I had forty eight hours to change my mind or he'll kill her."

"Awesome, we get to look for Zoom on a time limit. That's just great..." Barry said sarcastically and rubbed his hands down over his face as he turned and walked away a little.

I asked the seemingly dreaded question, "So now what...?

Its currently 1:30 in the morning where i live so i'm gonna make this nice and short. Hope you all liked it, please tell me what you thought, and ill have the next part (which i have already started) up as soon as i finish it!!!
