Reader's pov:

I woke up half asleep to realize my husband wasn't beside me.

I walked out of the bedroom and to no one's surprise I find him in his office typing away.

I sneak up behind him and place my hands on his shoulder.

"Honey I thought you promised me you'd sleep" I whisper, feeling concerned.

He turned around and placed his glasses on the table before sighing. He ran his hand through his hair looking frustrated.

"I know, but I really need to get this done"

"How about this, I help you finish and we can go to bed"

He smiled tired. "Thanks honey" "I really appreciate that" he said, as he kissed me on the cheek.

With that I pulled up a chair and began helping him.

It was slightly confusing but we managed within an hour and a half.

The two of us went to bed all cuddled up. "Goodnight honey" I say, closing my eyes.

"Goodnight" I heard him say as I dozed off.
