"Ring! Ring!" My phone screamed.

I let out a sigh as I set up and picked the phone up to see the caller ID. It had the words Bossman on it and I groaned as I answered it.

"Hello sir, what can I do for you?" I asked softly.

"I need you here at Star Labs. We are going online tonight." He said happily.

"I'm on my way. Is it alright if I bring my daughter? She doesn't have school today and I don't have anyone to watch her." I said softly.

"Of course, I love having Lena around." He said softly.

"Alright, I'll see you later."

"See you too."

"Bye love you." I said as I hung up.

I put my phone away and stood up. While I walked to the bathroom I froze.

"Oh no! No! No! No! Damn it! I can't believe I said that! Oh sweet lord take me now!" I said as I hit my head on the wall.

My phone dinged and I looked at it to see a message from Bossman.

"Love you too 😘. Be lucky I didn't have you on speaker or everyone here would know about us."

I smiled as I let it a laugh and shook my head.

For nearly ten months I have been secretly dating my boss, Harrison Wells. At first it was just going to hang out and then it was me going back to his place and.... well getting to know each other better.

I hopped into the shower and took a quick one before getting out and getting dressed. I smiled as I walked down the stairs and saw Lena up and dressed and eating cereal.

"Did he call you before me?" I asked with a laugh.

"He called the home phone. Told me to get dressed." She said happily.

I laughed as I ruffled her hair up and set a bowl down for myself. We quickly ate and then I grabbed our coats and we flagged a taxi down. When we arrived we saw everyone running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

"There you are! Please talk to Dr. Wells. He is stressing us all out." Cisco said a he hugged me.

"Alright! Alright! I'll talk to him. You watch my daughter." I said as I walked away from him.

I made it to Harrison's lab and smiled as I saw him pacing back and forth.

"Hello Bossman." I said with a smirk.

"Hey.... what's up?" He asked with a small smile.

"I came to check on you. Cisco said you where stressing everyone out." I said with a smile.

"It's nothing...... just worried about today." He said softly.

"Stop worrying. Everything will be fine." I said as I rubbed his shoulders.

He let out a sigh and smiled as he leaned into my embrace.

"What would I do without you in my life." He whispered as he leaned down and kissed me.

I smiled as I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back. He picked me up and set me on the desk and I let out a laugh.

"Not happening." I said with a giggle.

"Come on. We have time." He whispered in my ear.

"No we don't. We need to get everything ready for to-"

He cut me off by pressing his lips against mine again and I let out a sigh as I ran my fingers through his hair.

"Lock the door you bastard." I whispered.

A hour later we got dressed and walked out of the room like nothing happened. Caitlin sent me a smirk and I walked up to her.

"What is that look for?" I asked innocently.

"Your wearing your shirt backwards." She said playfully.

I looked down and let out a groan as I fixed it. She laughed as we walked into the lab and started to check on other projects. Soon it was time for his speech and I stood beside him. I smiled as he talked to everyone.

"Tonight my dream is going to be a reality and I get to thank everyone here......"

I listened to his speech and then after we went inside and I watched Ronnie play with Lena and I smiled.

"Come with me for a second." Harrison whispered as he grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the room.

"What's up?" I asked as he took my hand.

"Thank you for everything..... for standing beside me and for helping me with my dream." He said softly.

"Harrison I'll always stand beside you."

"I need to ask you a question.... you don't have to answer it now, but will you-"

He was cut off by my phone going off.

"Sorry I need to answer this it's my brother."

I answered the phone and listened to Barry tell me what happen.

"I have to go. Barry and Iris just got mugged, I'll be back I swear." I said as I pecked his lips.

"Go on I'll watch Lena." He said softly.

I sent him a smile before I ran out of the building. I ran down the street and only stopped when o saw a wave of energy pass through the city. I saw a house catch on fire and I let out a gasp as I ran inside and tried to help everyone out.

"Is anyone in here!" I yelled as I ran up the stairs.

"We are here!" A voice yelled.

I ran into a room and saw three people and a child. I quickly helped them out one by one and finally I made t to the last person. When we made it to the door I heard a crumbling sound. I turned around and when my eyes landed on the problem, I quickly push the woman out of the way before a piece of wood fell on me, I blinked my eyes and before I knew it I passed out. The last thing I saw was the woman I saved running up to me.
