A week after that disaster of a date, Allison started to ignore or avoid Alastor whenever she could but she could tell that he was watching since his shadow was following her whenever she ran errands but she couldn't get close to him. Not ever again. She doesn't respond or read the letters he sent her which made her cry. She wanted to apologize and explain but was afraid of what he would think of her once she revealed who she really is or what Adam and Lute would do to him. Even if she did try to find him, he always seems to avoid her altogether or not showing when she calls him at their usual spot.

Right now, she's at the park to clear her thoughts but no matter what she does or tries, she just can't ignore the pain and hollowness of her heart.

She sighed heavily as she hugged her knees to her as she watched the hell ducks swimming and trying to eat each other. She felt the sting of tears again in her eyes as she tried to wipe them. A white fabric appeared in her sight and she looked up to see that it was the same guy from before when she was feeding the ducks.

"O-Oh, it's you. I... What are you doing here?" She sniffed but accepted the handkerchief to dry her tears as he sat down next to her.

"I was just taking a small stroll when I heard you crying. Is... Is everything alright, mi'lady?" He asked worriedly as she sighed softly.

"I... I don't know... It's a lot more complicated..." She said as Lucifer hummed softly.

"You know, whenever I feel sad or upset, I always try and make something." He said as she looked at him curiously. He noted that her eyes were a bit puffy indicating that she has been crying a lot.

"Like... Like what?" She asked softly.

"Well, I make a lot of rubber ducks in my spare time." He said while laughing slightly in embarrassment.

"You make rubber ducks...?" She asked a bit confused but he could see curiosity before smacking himself mentally.

"Oh, I forgot to introduce myself last time. My name is... uh, Morningstar. My name is Morningstar, mi'lady." Lucifer said as he offered a handshake.

"I'm Allison. It's nice to meet you, Morningstar." Allison said as she shook his hand.

"What's got you so glum, Allison?" Lucifer asked her curiously and instantly felt bad when her ears lowered themselves against her head.

"U-Uh, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to!" He panicked as Allison looked to him before looking down at her feet.

"I-It's okay. It's just been a hard week for me and... I'm trying to distract myself from it..." She admitted.

"Oh..." He said slowly as silence reign between them. Lucifer tapped his fingers on his knee as he tried to find a way to cheer her up.

He had a light bulb and tapped her shoulder, making her look up and he made a funny face. Allison stared at him in bewilderment but a laugh started to erupt from her mouth and she tried to hold it in but Lucifer made more funny faces and it made her struggle to hold her laughs in but eventually gave in as she started to laugh at his hilarious antics. Lucifer started to laugh with her since her laughs were contagious yet they were like a bunch of wind chimes to listen to and filled with joy. They calmed down slightly as any trace of sadness was gone from Allison's eyes.

"Hey, how about I treat you to some sweets? I know a place that's close here." Lucifer suggested as he stood up and held out a hand to her. She looked at him and his hand. She hesitantly but surely accepted his hand as he pulled her up to her feet.

"Sure." They went to a smoothie shop where they ordered something for themselves. Allison ordered a Cotton Candy Sundae which is strawberry, white cookies and chocolate syrup and Lucifer ordered a Crazy Sticky Apple which is an apple flavored with caramel and pop rocks.

This little meetup happens almost every day now. Whenever Allison takes a break from working in the Emporium, she hangs out with Lucifer at the park where they either talk, feed the hell ducks or drink smoothies and eat ice cream. She even made him a white scarf with golden yellow and coral red embroidery. This didn't escape Rosie who knew that her little dewdrop was seeing someone. She can't stop her but she just wishes that she'll be happy and yet she couldn't help but have a feeling that it will end the same with Alastor. Since then, Allison and Lucifer have been getting to know each other for three months now but for some reason, she can't help but feel the same ache when she stood in front of Lucifer who was fidgeting nervously.

"So, um, I wanted to ask if you, uh..." Lucifer stuttered as he tried to find the right words.

"Yes, Morningstar?" Allison patiently waited but inside, she's having a hard time trying to calm her heart.

"I wanted to ask if you... If you'd like-"

"Oh my God! It's him!" A lady's voice shrieked and Lucifer stiffened. Great, fans. Not good.

Allison yelped when Lucifer grabbed her hand and started to drag her out of the park with him.

"H-Hey! Morningstar, what's going on?!" Allison exclaimed in confusion as she was struggling to keep up with him dragging her. For him being a bit taller than her, he's fast and strong.

"Fans! And I seriously wasn't expecting to see any!" He exclaimed as he had to drag her to another direction when a group of fans were waiting with their phones out, surrounding them from both sides.

He internally cursed before tossing Allison in the air as she cried out in surprise and shock. Lucifer shape-shifted into his snake form as he slithered around the legs of the sinners and demons. He managed to get out of the crowd and changed back, catching Allison in his arms as he continued to run.

"Hang tight. I know where we can hide!" Lucifer started to pour more speed into his feet and Allison had to hold onto him by wrapping her arms around his neck.

They hid between two dumpsters as they stayed quiet as the group of fans ran past their hiding spot. Lucifer was cursing his luck of all times and some of his subjects immediately recognized him. He honestly can't blame him since he's the head honcho of Hell and his face in a few limited magazines.

"Uh, Morningstar? Why were they chasing us?" Allison asked in a whisper as Lucifer was crouching in front of her with an arm out to shield her.

"Oh, well, uh, it's because I'm a... Uh... Famous celebrity! Yeah! I'm a famous celebrity around Pride." He said, mentally patting himself on the back for his little cover story.

"Oh... Then it's probably a shocker to have your fans suddenly recognizing you out in the open huh?" She asked and Lucifer literally felt his heart skip a bit at her tilting her head to the side with her ears perked up. She's so freaking adorable!

"Look, about what I wanted to ask earlier. I kinda wanted, no, wondering if you're... free tomorrow?" He finally asked as he looked at her almost hopefully.

"I have nothing to do tomorrow. Why do you ask?" She asked curiously and Lucifer felt like doing a happy dance.

"I was wondering if you... like to have a picnic date with me?" He asked curiously.

Allison stared at him in surprise but there was a tiny bit of hope shining in her eyes. But she couldn't help but think of the date that started so well with Alastor only for her to ruin it.

"Can... Can I at least think about it?" She asked and Lucifer nodded.

"Y-Yes, of course! Take the time you'll need." He said before he checked to see if the coast was clear before they got out of their hiding spot.

"So, um, what do you usually do?" He asked her curiously.

"I usually just stay at the emporium at Cannibal Town or go do some errands for my caretaker." She said as she had her hands in front of her as they walked side by side.

"Really?" Lucifer looks at her a bit intrigued.

"Yeah, I usually create clothes and dresses." She said as Lucifer hummed thoughtfully.

"Reminds me of my creation abilities." He mumbled quietly as Allison's ears twitched at that.

"Pardon?" She asked curiously as she tilts her head at him.

"Uh, what I mean is, uh, it reminds of how things are created!" He laughed nervously.

"So, um, what made you wanna make-Aaaah!" Allison yelped as she slipped on a banana peel.

Lucifer acted on instinct as she started to fall but he caught her in his arms but yelped as they both fell to the ground with groans. Allison groaned in pain and got up with her hands before blinking and blushed heavily as she noticed the position they were in. Lucifer was blushing up a storm as he looked up at her. They look each other in the eyes before blushing a bright red and Allison gets off him, blushing up a hurricane with Lucifer blushing a bright tomato red.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean for that to happen!" Allison squeaked as she covered her face from embarrassment.

"No, no, it's okay. It's no big deal, really." Lucifer laughed nervously and in embarrassment but on the inside, he felt like dying.

That was so embarrassing but he glanced at Allison as she was covering her face with her ears against her head. He couldn't help but think that she looks cute with the blush on her face. He mentally slapped himself at that. Nope! Don't think like that! He still needs to confess to her on that picnic date!

"So, uh, want me to walk you home? Though I don't know the way to Cannibal Town since I've never been out this long." He said as he stood up and offered his hand.

She smiled shyly and grabbed hold of his hand as he pulled her up but she stumbled a little forward, hitting Lucifer on his chest but they managed to stay upright this time but their situation is still embarrassing. He held her arms securely as she rested her hands on his chest. They laughed nervously and awkwardly before pulling away as they started to head to Cannibal Town with Alison leading.

Upon reaching the border of Cannibal District, Lucifer pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to her.

"Uh, here! Here's my number so you can contact me." He said bashfully while rubbing the back of his head.

She accepted it and read the number as she smiled shyly.

"I'll let you know my answer, okay?" She asked timidly and Lucifer just smiled.

"Of course. I'll... see you later then?" He said as she nodded before kissing his cheek and hurrying through Cannibal District.

Lucifer stood there with a dopey smile before yelling in delight but quickly composed himself as he speedwalk for a distance before teleporting himself back to his estate. He literally jumped on the bed, grabbing a giant plush duck and screamed against it while rolling around in the bed. He can't wait!

Allison leaned against the door to the emporium as she sighed softly as she looked at the number. She took out her hell-phone and put the digits in before saving it.

"Now, what's got you in a tizzy, dewdrop?" Rosie asked as she was on her break.

"Oh, uh, it's... It's nothing, Miss Rosie." Allison said softly but Rosie just smiled at her.

"If it's nothing, then what's with that in love smile you got there on your face, sweetie?" Rosie teased and Allison blushed in embarrassment.

"U-Uh, w-well..." Allison just went silent, too embarrassed to talk about what happened and it just made Rosie smile softly.

"Sweetie, I know what's going on. I just hope you follow your heart and not let your fear get in the way again..." Rosie said, deeply concerned and Allison knew what she meant.

"I know, Miss Rosie... I tried to find a way to apologize to him but..." She sighed sadly. She did try to find a way to contact Alastor but it was like he's just gone.

"I know, dewdrop. Now why don't you tell me about Mr. Mystery then? Details, honey~🎵" Rosie said and Allison just smiled softly and explained to her how her day went and Rosie had to cover her mouth to stifle a giggle when Allison explained the banana peel incident.

Allison was sitting on the bed late at night, doing some late night reading. She looked outside the window of her room, to the white planet of her former home way up in the sky, far out of her reach. She closed the book she was reading before walking to the balcony window and sat down by the windowsill, staring at heaven's glowing planet. Even if she's been stuck in Hell for two years now, she still misses her old home though not much but the only person she misses up in Heaven is her little sister, Emily. She felt her throat tightened as she struggled to swallow. Oh gods... Emily must be wondering where she's been but... She won't be able to communicate with her...

She rested her head on her arms as she continued to stare at the white planet. Before she was even aware, she fell asleep and started dreaming of one of the most precious moments of her life back home... When she was still Abigail...

Flashback/Dream starts;

A wailing cry was heard and Abigail woke up from her sleep. She rubs her eyes sleepily, getting up from the bed and walking to the crib where her baby sister is at, crying her eyes out.

"What's wrong, Emmy? Can't sleep?" She asked sleepily but was awake as she picked up Emily who whimpered and sought her for comfort.

It was times like this that she wished that her bigger sister, Sera, wouldn't be too busy for them but apparently she's too busy to even tuck them into bed and she's in charge of taking care of Emily. That's been her duty when Archangel Michael presented her and Sera the newest seraphim. The Seraphim of Joy, Emily. She fell in love with Emily at first sight and did everything to make her sister laugh or smile but Sera was always too busy to even say hello or play with them a little bit.

A small sneeze came from her arms and she looked down as Emily sniffed while rubbing her nose while looking at her big sister with big and pure innocent eyes which made her smile. She brought them to her bed and started to sing softly.

Emily cooed softly as she listened to her singing, feeling curious yet comforted by her sister's gentle voice.

Abigail carried Emily in one of her arms and used her angelic powers to create gentle glowing shapes of animals and Emily giggled and cooed softly in wonder as she reached for the little creatures, making Abigail giggle softly as she continued to sing.

A butterfly flew to Emily and landed on her nose which made her sneeze but stared in wonder as the butterfly just flew around her head.

Emily starts to yawn sleepily and nuzzles her sister's chest as the hold of slumber has started to take its hold on Emily. Abigail lets out a yawn as she lays herself down on the bed with Emily in her arms as she starts to sing softly.

The song ended as Emily finally went back to sleep and Abigail unfurled her wings and used them as a blanket and to give Emily comfort as both slept for the night, content in being in each other's arms.

Flashback/Dream ends;

A tear fell from her eye as Allison slept by the window. Unaware that a figure came from the darkness of her room as his red eyes watched her sleep as his ears twitched curiously. He couldn't understand why she was looking at the white planet above them but looking at her sleeping face, brought peace to his soul. He gently picked her up, careful not to wake her and set her back down on the bed. He wiped the tear away from her eyes as she breathed softly. He smiled sadly as he tried to keep his heart from longing for her. He misses her so much and he felt ashamed for avoiding his doe but he's been dealing with something important which kept him away from her. He brushed some hair from her eyes before standing up and tucking her in, disappearing into the darkness and shadows to who knows where.

The next day, Allison was holding her phone as her thumb was hovering above the call button. She was nervous which was an understatement but she had to give Morningstar her answer.

"You can do this. You can do this." She took a deep breath and pressed call.

It rang for two times before it was finally answered as she was greeted by a sleepy voice

"Hello...?" Allison couldn't stop the smile from appearing on her face.

"Sorry, Morningstar. Did I wake you?" Allison asked and she blinked in surprise when a yelp and a crash followed by a thud was heard over the phone.

"Oh shit! Allison! H-Hey! N-No, you didn't wake me up." He laughed but she could tell he was still sleepy.

"Um, I just want to let you know I accept that... offer you said." She said nervously.

"R-Really?! Sure! I mean, cool! Uh, I know a place but think it can be at night? Just the two of us? At the park."

"Sure." She smiled as they both hung up.

Allison knows they both have time so she decided to do a bit of creativity to pass the time. She used the time to make a new dress for the night. Rosie wanted to help but she was out with some friends for the day and won't be back until night time.

Night came a bit slow but she was able to finish making that new dress. The colors were similar to Morningstar's but the white has a silvery hue to when directly hit by the light. The red was a pale red color. She sighed before heading out after leaving Rosie a note to not worry her as she heads to the park for her date but for some reason, she can't shake the rising fear in her gut that this might end up the same way with Alastor.

Lucifer was bouncing his leg up and down anxiously as he tapped his fingers on his knees. He's really nervous that he basically waited for an entire day at the park. He practiced what he wanted to say to his date but he somehow can't help but feel super nervous. He sighed heavily as he checked the time. Maybe he's too early?

"Morningstar, are you okay?" He perked up and smiled but froze at the sight before him.

Allison was standing in front of him in a cute dress. It looked like it was both red and white but when he looked closely, he saw that the white had a silvery hue to it and the red was more on the paler color. She has her hair tied into a simple ponytail with a bow.

'W-Whoa...' Lucifer blushed lightly at her.

"Have you been waiting here all day?" She tilted her head and he snapped out of it.

"Y-Yeah, I just wanna make sure things are perfect." He laughed nervously. He cleared his throat and offered his hand. She smiled softly and held onto it as he led her somewhere.

"You might wanna close your eyes for this. It's a surprise and took me a bit to prepare." He told her and she looked at him in surprise. That line was like Alastor's yet so different.

She eyed him curiously as he looked at her with a smile. She closed her eyes as she let him lead her somewhere. Lucifer felt his heart flutter as he led her to a secluded yet clear field in the park. He spent the entire day looking for a perfect spot where you can see the stars and the sky. Hell fireflies were flying around, filling the area with golden and orange blinking lights as in the middle of the clearing was a picnic basket. They stopped as he held her hands.

"You can open your eyes now, mi'lady." He said.

She blinked her eyes and gasped in awe. Allison was in awe of what she's seeing. The clearing was secluded yet beautiful. Hell fireflies glowed and flew around with their lights blinking. The sky can be seen with millions of stars.

"W-Wow..." She breathed in awe.

She cupped her hand as a firefly flew to her before it flew away to join the others. She followed Lucifer to the picnic basket as they sat down and enjoyed the sight and silence.

"I found this place while waiting. So I decided to pick this place for this occasion." He said as she looked around.

"It's beautiful. I never knew something like this existed." She said as she looked at him. He smiled softly before clearing his throat.

"You hungry? I got apple tarts, pie, cider and apple slices." He said as he took out the food and Allison looked at it in surprise.

"I love apples. Especially strawberries." She smiled as Lucifer offered her a tart. She accepted and took a bite.

Allison couldn't help but hummed in delight at the burst of flavors. This was delicious.

"Did you make these?" She asked as she took another bite of the tart.

"Yup, I did. Wasn't hard to do since apples are my favorite." He said happily as he took a bite of his tart and was very proud of his baking.

"I wanna get to know you to be honest. I don't know anything else about you except for what you told me." He admitted as she chewed silently.

"I mean, not to offend you but... you seem too pure and innocent, nice even to wind up in Hell of all places. What made you end up here?" He asked curiously as he watched her. He watched as she averted her eyes as if hesitating on what she wanted to say. He was honestly curious how someone as sweet as her ended up in Hell of all places. She should belong in Heaven not Hell.

"It's a... very complicated story. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time... They... Bad people hurt me for discovering something that I shouldn't have. I thought that they were going to someplace every year but... in truth, they were going to kill people one day at a specific time every year... I wanted to tell someone but... they caught me, hurt me badly... That's how I ended up here for something I shouldn't have found out about..." Allison explained as she looked at her tart before finishing it.

Lucifer listened closely to her tale and couldn't help but feel that familiar burning fire threatening to come out of his mouth as well as his wings, horns and tail. How dare those people hurt his princess! But looking at Allison, he calmed down instantly. He couldn't help but feel sorry for what she went through. Somehow, he couldn't help but relate to what she went through. How he fell after doing something he deemed right yet they didn't like what he did and he paid the price for it.

"I can... relate to that..." He muttered sadly.

"R-Really?" She asked softly.

"Heh, yeah... I thought that what I was doing was right at the time but... they thought what I did was wrong and... I paid the price for it. I mean, they thought my ideas to make a change were useless and all they saw was a troublemaker. My... brothers want to do things that they want in their image and all I could was watch from the sidelines... Then I met her. We both did what we thought was right but we were both castaway for it. I lost my will to dream after. Years later, we had a kid. A daughter. She was such... She was such a light that I saw myself within her. We were so close and yet... we drifted apart. I thought that if I get close, I'll only fail... Yet, she keeps on being by my side, coming to my workshop which I didn't mind. The company was very nice. She was my light... I would do anything to protect her from harm... But it's been six years since I last talked to her..." Lucifer said sadly and Allison looked at him in sadness before putting her hand on top of his which made him look at her in surprise.

"I know the feeling... I was close with my little sister. Like really close. I practically raised her when she was first introduced to me. I was the one who had to take care of her whenever my older sister was always too busy to even say hi or tuck us in bed. But it didn't matter, as long as my sister is happy, I'm happy but... when she was old enough, my older sister started to keep us apart. The only time we spend time together is when we're both studying or whenever she sneaks away from her. I used to sing her a lullaby when she was a baby... but now... I can't help but think and wonder how she's doing right now or... does she even know I'm gone..." Allison said sadly as her ears pressed back against her head.

Lucifer couldn't help but feel sorry for her. That's what Lilith did whenever Charlie came to his workshop to listen to his stories. He enjoyed the company of his Apple Pie but whenever Lilith comes and takes her from him because as she told Charlie whenever she thought he wasn't listening "distracting him from his work" as she told her but it never stopped his daughter from seeing him from time to time.

Lucifer looked up and couldn't help but snort when he noticed that a group of fireflies landed on her head and ears, making a crown with their glowing body.

"What is it?" She asked him curiously.

"Hang on." He took out his phone and took a picture and showed it to her. She looked at the picture and started to giggle.

"You're like a magnet to them. Literally." He said as she giggled.

"I just seem to attract them for some reason to be honest." She lightly shook her head and the fireflies flew away from her.

Something from the corner of Lucifer's eye made him look up and he smiled.

"Right on time." He said. Allison looked at him in confusion and he pointed up.

Allison looks up to the sky and gasps softly in surprise and shock. Streaking across the sky like comets in a colorful display. Each shooting star comes in different colors but mostly in blues, purples and whites and sometimes red.

"They're called Azathoth's Tears from a story I once read." Lucifer said as he watched the sky's spectacle with Allison watching in awe.

"I never thought I'd see something so... so beautiful before." She admitted and Lucifer looked at her with a soft smile.

"I do." He whispered softly before looking back up. Music started to play as they continued to watch the spectacle and Allison started to sing mentally.

She smiled at the sky before she looked at Lucifer as his expression was relaxed and had a carefree smile that suited him perfectly. She couldn't help but notice something about him that she had never seen before. The way his eyes shone and reflect as each comet streak across the sky gives him a very enchanting look.

Lucifer caught her stare and she blushed heavily before looking down at her hands in embarrassment.

Lucifer was watching the spectacle when he caught her staring at him. He couldn't help but smile when she saw that he was looking at her and she looked down at her hands. He took this moment to really look at her and to say the least, she was beautiful. Despite the fact that he misses Lilith, Allison seemed to have replaced her in his heart and soul as he wanted her to be by his side. He started to sing mentally with a soft smile.

He noticed how her hair was a midnight blue color with black tuffs on the ears and hair on the sides of her head. How her eyes still hold their purity despite being in hell. The white freckles on her face. He just knows that he's in love.

He suddenly stood up as he offered his hand to her. Allison looked at him as he smiled down at her while offering his hand. She held onto his hand as he pulled her up and led her to a dance with him leading as she had her hand on his shoulder and the other in his. Lucifer placed his hand on her waist as he led them into a waltz as they looked at each other in the eyes with smiles.

The song ended as he put his hand on her cheek as she looked up at him as they got lost in each other's gaze. They started to slowly lean towards one another as Lucifer's eyes closed. Allison fluttered her eyes closed as their lips were only inches apart but when a voice in her mind shouted.

"Falling for someone in Hell? You're really pathetic! We'll kill them and anyone you love once we find you!"

That made her gasp and shoved Lucifer away from her as he stumbled back in shock and surprise. He looked at her in confusion and saw her hugging herself with her arms around her as fear was burning brightly in her wide eyes.

"A-Allison? What's wrong?" He asked in confusion.

She shook her head as tears welled up in her eyes and started to back away and Lucifer could feel his heart pounding. He's scared. He doesn't want her to leave.

"I-I... I should go... I'm sorry." Allison said sadly as she turned and ran, leaving Lucifer standing in the clearing all alone and heartbroken. Lucifer clutched his chest where his heart was as he felt the pain. Pain from the heartache and confusion of what happened. Tears started to well up in his eyes before letting out an anguish cry as his demon form manifested and destroyed the clearing in his anguish and sadness. By the time he calmed down, he was kneeling at what was once the clearing and the only thing that Lucifer remembered before going back to his estate and crying himself to sleep, hugging his pillow was the unconcealed fear in Allison's eyes. The fear was not directed at him but to someone else but still. The pain of the rejection is too painful as he sobbed softly against his pillow as his sobs echoed throughout the empty halls.

Allison made it back to Rosie's emporium and saw that her caretaker wasn't back yet which was a bit of a relief but it didn't stop the pained tears from escaping her eyes. She can't just believe she did it again... First she hurt Alastor by rejecting him and now Morningstar. She couldn't believe that she was letting her fear of Adam or Lute finding out that she grew close only for them to kill them because of how close she has gotten to them or is in a relationship.

She went to her room and closed the door before sinking to her knees against the door and sobbed softly. She looked at the table by the window and saw the rose that Alastor first gave her and the apple blossom rose that Morningstar gave her the other day. She put a crystal spell on them so they won't wilt and to preserve their beauty. But looking at them just made her think of Alastor and Morningstar. Her heart is torn in two yet she wants them both. She sniffed as she tried to wipe her tears away as she looked at her hands. She unfurled her wings and curled them around her as a shield or cocoon from everything and everyone as she started to sing sadly.

Allison choked back a sob but failed as she sobbed softly behind her wings, hugging her knees as she sobbed softly. It's not fair... Why can't she just be happy...? Doesn't she at least deserve that...?
