Part 5- Aadya

Hey! I’m the goddess of the elements, Aadya. I’m thinking that you already heard about how Adara, Cordelia, Aither and Chrysanthos got their elements. I’m starting where I entered the room they were in.

“Ahh!!” Adara, Cordelia, Aither and Chrysanthos scream.

“Oops. Didn’t mean to scare you guys,” I say.

“Oh well, didn’t expect to see you so soon Aadya,” Aither says.

“That’s why I have numerous copies of myself. I forgot that I had copies when I was going to give Adara and Cordelia their powers,” I say.

“Wait, WHAT?!” Cordelia and Adara scream.

“Hehe, yeah,” I say. “So you all know what element you are, right?”

“Yeah, Adara’s Fire, Cordelia’s Water, Aither’s Air and I’m Earth,” Chris says.

“Yeah. So, where do you guys want to go to learn how to use your powers?” I ask.

“Where would a good place be that doesn’t abuse our powers in your opinion, Aadya?” Cordelia asks.

“I mean, being that we are practicing with ALL of the elements, it shouldn’t be too big of a deal. And I say that it shouldn’t be too big of a deal, it isn't a big deal,” I say.

“Oh yeah, you are the goddess of the elements, so if it’s fine by you, it’s fine,” Adara says.

“Exactly,” I say.

“What about the other element, the Light and Dark mix?” Cordelia asks.

“Oh, she’s right outside,” I say. “Ayla! You can come in now!”

“He-he-hello,” Ayla walks in. She has blonde hair that fades to a purple color.

“Love your hair!” Cordelia and Adara say in unison.

“Thank you Water and Fire,” Ayla says

“Hehe, she doesn’t know your names yet. Ayla, the Water element is Cordelia, the Fire is Adara, Earth is Chrysanthos and the Air is Aither,” I say.

“Thank you, Mom,” Ayla says.

“Wait, MOM?!?!” Adara, Aither, Cordelia and Chrysanthos scream.

“Hehe… You all are actually my children just… I didn’t know how to take care of all of you guys so I sent you all to human families and made it so you couldn’t learn about your powers until you met me. Ayla is the only one that I kept,” I explain.

“So, what you’re telling me is that you left us on a doorstep when we were infants?” Aither asks.

“Yeah, and you all are actually quintuplets,” I say.

“No wonder we all had the same birthday,” Adara says.

“But, what about our names? How do they all relate to our element? That wasn’t by chance,or was it?” Chrysanthos asks.

“I actually named all of you and put names on the blankets I wrapped around you,” I say.

“If you’re our mom, then who’s our dad?” Cordelia asks.

“A human that died years ago,” I say.

“That means we are demigods…” Aither says.

“Yeah. Hey, mom, can we go train them now? Please?” Ayla asks me with her puppy-dog eyes.

“We have to. Is there a secluded outside place somewhere close?” I ask.

“There’s the woods where I met you near my house, we could go there,” Chrysanthos says.

“I actually like going to the woods since it would be less likely of us getting seen,” I say.

"And it's less weird in my opinion," Cordelia says.

"Then, it's a plan. Lead the way Chrysanthos," Ayla says.
