×Temari's POV×

After the lovely show our dear friends, Sakura and Sasuke showed, Shikamaru and I went to our room.

There was only one thing we both could agree on at the time. And that was the fact.....We were both sleepy as hell.

--"Hey, need a hand?"-- Shikamaru asked me while pointing at my bags.

--"I can carry them myself. Thanks."-- I said as I took my bags and went upstairs. I randomly just chose a room, I didn't really care which room we got aslong as we had a bed.

I opened the door....--"I seem to have such good luck when it comes to getting the biggest beds outta the squad."-- I thought while internally praising myself.

I flung the bags on the bed and hopped on myself.

It was so comfy.....until someone else arrived.

--"Scoot over, the bed doesn't belong to you."-- Shikamaru said as he crawled to the bed.... dragging his feet with him.

Basically, just imagine how "possessed" people walk. Well, that's exactly how he was walking.

--"You'll have to make me."-- I stated in a daring voice.

--"Temari you should know by now you shouldn't try me."-- he said while yawning and narrowing his eyes down at me.

--"I'll take my chances."-- I said bubbly.

He stared at me for a few seconds before replying. --"Nah, I'm to tired. I'll go sleep somewhere else."-- he said in supposed 'defeat'.

I just rolled my eyes. --"I would've liked for him to show a little initiative..."-- I thought while sighing and letting down my hair from my four ponytails.

Shikamaru was just about to open the door, his back was currently facing me. --"You still say your thoughts out loud."-- he said chuckling.

--"I know I do. No need to remind me."-- I replied as I jumped out of bed and was about to go and change at the bathroom until someone decided to talk.

--"Temari...."--

--"What?"-- I said oblivious raising an eyebrow.

--"You should let your hair down more often..."-- he said. I instantly looked back at him.

--"Really?"-- I asked him in disbelief.

--"Yeah, surprisingly it suits you well."-- he stated chuckling.

--"Surprisingly? So you thought I looked like a complete mess with my hair down.........that really hurt my feelings."-- I said dramatically. This isn't like me, to be acting like I've got 'emotions'. But I guess trying to show emotions once in a while isn't going to affect me.

--"Women are so troublesome. You misunderstand everything."-- he said while walking towards me. But before he even thought on trying something on me, I quickly went into the bathroom and locked the door.

He didn't even bother on trying to make me walk out. I wasn't expecting him to do so anyways.

I then filled the tub with warm water. Took off my clothes. Got in. Relaxed for a nice half an hour and got out. I then drained the water and dried up.

It took me a minute to say the least, to get ready.

I was just about to open the door until the lights went off.

--"The power must've gone off."-- I stated sighing. It was pitch black. I couldn't see a damn thing....

I kept on looking for the door knob but I just didn't find it at all. Until suddenly I touched something....

It felt like.....a person's chest....I quickly removed my hand.

--"Shikamaru what the hell are you up to now!?"-- I asked him almost about to slap him. It had to be him. I mean, who else was in the room other than him!?

I then felt him take a grip of my arm.

--"What are yo--" but before I could finish my sentence I had already been pushed to the bathtub. I was soaking wet....

And all of a sudden THE LIGHTS CAME ON AGAIN.

I WAS SO PISSED.
How dare he do that to me!?

I flung the door opened just to find the king of Rome currently sleeping.

Ohh wait, I mean, SUPPOSEDLY SLEEPING!

--"Shikamaru! Get your ass over here this instance!"-- I stated as I crossed my arms in annoyance.

--"Huh?..."-- he said as he sat up from the bed and rubbed his eyes.

--"Get. Over. Here. Now!"-- I shouted at the top of my lungs.

--"Don't yell.....geez.....I heard you loud and clear the first time...."-- he stated pouting. As soon as he saw my physical state his eyes widened.

--"What happened to you?"-- he asked.... supposedly concerned.

--"Don't act stupid lazyass! You know damn well who did this."-- I stated gritting my teeth. I was starting to get irritated. I hate it when people lie straight up to my face and act like they didn't do shit.

--"No I don't! What are you talking about!?"-- he replied as he got a towel and attempted to try and help me dry up.

--"I'm so close to slapping you right now so you better just confess while I still have a thin strand of forgiveness!"-- I told him as I snatched the towel away from him and took a few steps back. I didn't want him anywhere near me.

--"I really didn't do anything!"-- he said innocently.

I then remembered....I touched a bare chest. And Shikamaru is wearing his full uniform....

I instantly looked back at the bathroom....

And how come...I drained the tub but when I was pushed it was still full....

This makes no sense!

I then quickly ran into Shikamaru's arms...

--"Temari? Do you believe me now?"-- I quickly nodded. My eyes still concentrated on the bathrooms door.

--"You're so cold.....and why are you shaking?"-- he asked me, rubbing my shoulder as he pulled me closer to him.

I quickly pushed him away and took a Kunai.

--"Temari!? What are you doing!?"-- Shikamaru asked me confused.

--"There's someone here."-- I whispered. Focusing on my surroundings....I was still shaking tho. I didn't like this feeling. It reminded me of what happened when I was younger.....and it didn't help to know that it was starting to rain. Just like that day....

Shikamaru then positioned himself behind me. Back to back.

He then took my hand. --"Don't let go of me. Whatever happens."-- he told me, I then gripped his hand a little tight so he knew I agreed .....

The lights.... went off....again....
