And so, it began. All Might had told Izuku to come to Dagobah Municipal Beach in two days time. Izuku did exactly as he was told.

Dagobah was known to be a junkyard. People had been dumping their junk on said beach for years. And the local council did nothing.

It was a shame really, it was once a beautiful beach as well. It was a popular tourist attraction and date spot.

Once Izuku arrived, he saw All Might in his skinny form. He was waiting in the middle of an opening in the junk.

Izuku walked up to him, and All Might noticed. He smiled as he saw his soon to be successor walk towards him.

"I didn't expect you this early Young Midoriya. I'm fairly impressed".

"Well, if I'm going to be a hero, then I have no time to waste".

"Great attitude. That's what I like to see. Now then, do you know why I brought you here?"

Izuku pondered for a minute before coming to a realisation. "You're going to make me clean up the beach".

All Might smirked, "how intuitive. That's exactly what you'll be doing".

Now Izuku was nervous. This beach was covered in junk. There was no telling how long it would even take to clean it.

"I understand the purpose, but shouldn't you give me the quirk now, so I can learn to use it as much as I can, while training?"

"That would be the case, in an ideal world. However, we cannot do that, for reasons that I'm about to explain"

Izuku stayed quiet. "My quirk, is called One For All". Izuku repeated the name silently. "As you know, this is one of five quirks that have been passed down from person to person, for generations".

"Yeah I get that part" Izuku said, "that's all stuff I've heard before"

"Ah, but I'm going to explain the workings of the quirks. You see, once upon a time, there was a quirk named One For All. One For All, was an interesting quirk, in the sense that it could manipulate reality itself. At one point, One For All was purposefully split off into five separate, equally powerful quirks by the first user. Each one could manipulate an aspect of the universe. And as such, beaters of these quirks are called disciples. It is we who are chosen to follow and perform his wishes".

Izuku hummed in response. The story never mentioned that the five were initially one, or what the people who used them were called, but he listened in anyway.

"The story also mentioned the five aspects. Do you know what they were?"

Izuku recalled the story and recited what he remembered. "If I remember correctly, it was space, time, matter, energy and force"

All Might nodded, "correct. Can you guess which one, I have?"

Izuku thought about it for a moment. Considering All Might's abilities then there was only one option. "It's force, you have the ability to manipulate force".

All Might smiled once again, "correct again. My powers allow me to increase or decrease the magnitude of forces in and around my body. So let's say I punch, I can increase the total force the punch produces. That is why I appear to have a strength enhancing quirk, when in reality it's not".

Izuku understood fully now. It made sense.

"Now how that applies to your earlier question. I've told you how my quirk works, but don't you think it's odd, that a quirk that's meant to manipulate the aspect of force entirely can only do what I've just said?"

Izuku, thought that was weird. These quirks are meant to be all powerful and complex. Yet his was so simple. Izuku nodded in response.

"Well, it is mainly for safety. You see, it may be a quirk that manipulates force. But how it does so, changes with every user. My master before me, could not only change the magnitude of force to a slight degree, but also the force's direction. She could even stop bullets mid air by counteracting the force that was driving them forward. She could also manipulate forces further from her body. You see, it works different. How yours will work, I cannot predict. Therefore, to prevent any mishaps, you need to get in shape first. If you don't, when you first use the quirk, you may accidentally go overboard and rip a limb off".

That did not sit well with Izuku. He knew the quirk was powerful, but having that kind of drawback. He guessed it made sense. This was a very powerful quirk, he needed to work hard to be able to master it.

"Ok All Might, I understand. But one more thing before we start. Does this apply to the other quirks as well?"

"Yes it does. I've seen it a couple of times"

"So you've met the other disciples"

"I've met some of them. Remember, the disciples can change over time. The ones I've met may not be the same ones today".

"So, where are the other disciples now?"

"I'm unsure. Like I said, they may have changed. I'm unaware of the other's locations. What I do know, is they're scattered around the world. Now I think that's enough questions for today. Now we need to start training you".

Izuku nodded, "I'm ready All Might".

"That's the spirit kid. Now get to it". All Might said, going into his buff form.

It was going to be a long journey from here.

Surprise! Two chapters in a row. Now you're probably wondering, what happened to The Story of a Nephilim? Don't worry, the next chapter will come out soon. I've just had friends and family over and I got side tracked. It's been a couple days now, and I'm feeling enthusiastic about this new fanfic, I want to share it with you guys. That's why I chose to do this one first.

And yes, the OC will be coming. How soon? I'm not sure yet, I'll let the story take me there. All I know is, it will probably be soon. Within the next few chapters. I'm really looking forward to introducing him to you.
